I initially went in for a treatment on 3/17/26 and received 58 units which I THOUGHT WAS BOTOX. IT WAS NOT!Il They injected Jeuveau which I DID NOT PURCHASE!! I returned 2 weeks later as it did not take affect as my usual treatment of BOTOX does. The esthetician said I needed 11 more units and proceeded with the injections ONCE AGAIN WITH Jeuveau NOT BOTOX!! After waiting 2 more weeks as I was told to do, I called and was told to make another appointment as it still was NOT working. This time they booked me with another esthetician. I met with the new esthetician and was told I needed more and at that time was notified that they were not injecting me with BOTOX which is what I PURCHASED!!!! Now after going back 3 times and using all 100 units that I paid $800 for all I received was an argument!! The front desk girl would not even listen to the fact that I paid for something I didn't receive!!!! They were NOT going to honor what I originally paid for which was BOTOX!! BEWARE OUT THERE!! This place is not where you want to have services done in my opinion when there is so many other competitors out there. My discussion with the front desk girl was that I DID NOT GET WHAT I ORIGINALLY PAID FOR and all I got was an argument!!!
