Had not been feeling my best; headache, slight fever, sore throat, congestion and sinus pressure. Everyone was saying maybe it's the flu. Others suggested a covid test. Unfortunately, I had three tests done. Flu: negative. Covid: negative. Strep: negative. It ended up being a sinus infection. I was given a prescription for antibiotics. They offer you water and give you full water bottle, bathroom is spotless. Facility is updated and has some nice touches such as private infusion rooms and clean triage rooms with reclining lounge chair (I needed to recline a little during my initial stick!). My infusion professional was very kind, and once we had my IV in she led me to the private room. There were comfortable reclining leather loungers and Roku tv. I felt so relaxed! So I've been coming to receive BeautyPlus IV treatment and Lipo B and Toradol. It's actually pretty amazing the affects that it has on my body although I don't come on a monthly basis which is essentially the goal. I do come a few times a year and little bit over a year now. Staff here is amazing the nurses are also very, very much attentive to how they handle needles because I'm super freaked out by needles! They just got new relaxation chairs in the rooms and keep the rooms very clean. And ally's are not impossible to come by If I had to compare this location to the old town location parking is not as exciting because it is $15 to park in the lot next-door which is valet only but something about this place and this location just feels a lot better than the old town location. read more

Great customer service! GREAT! I was a walk-in. In town for a few days, drank too much, and needed some revitalization. I decided to do the fatigue IV offering. It was cool and fast. About $170. Came with a B12 shot straight to the buttock. Didn't hurt. The IV drip took about 25 minutes. Only concern I had was whether to tip or not. I don't tip medical providers when I get my teeth cleaned or upper lip lasered. I really wasn't sure what to do. The packages themselves are already pretty pricey. Also, the tech may have rushed the removal of the IV. The bag looked empty but there was still a 'drip' and fluid in the piping. I want every drop I paid for. No big deal though. Didn't feel the energy shift the same day, only very mild dizziness that lasted for about one minute (not sure I can attribute that to this service but worth mentioning). The next day, I felt a boost of energy in the morning. I think, for maximum effectiveness, this is something you should do regularly, at least monthly. read more

After the holidays and a bad cold, I was running on empty. I had walked by IVme and checked out the website on a few occasions. I decided to bite the bullet and come in here for an extra shot in the arm--so to speak--to get me get back on my feet. It was easy to book the appointment online, although when I checked in I couldn't be found right away in the system, but the receptionist was able to look me up by phone number and ultimately find my account. After filling out the paperwork, I was ushered into a room for the vitamin shot. Probably the paperwork took longer than the shot itself. I will note that the space is immaculate. I felt highly confident in the level of cleanliness, which is always a good thing when a person is getting needles injected. I opted for the Super B shot, which combines vitamin B12 with other B vitamins, Vitamin C, and amino acids to boost energy and immunity, as well as regulate sleep and mood. The shot itself was quick and easy. Although I didn't notice the benefits immediately, it seems like I have not been as run down as I had been, and sleeping better, too. A coworker recommended oxygen for my recent headaches and after a search for an oxygen spa in Chicago, I came across IVME. After seeing that they didn't have any same day availability, I called and was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgable receptionist. Even though the online booking wasn't showing availability, they were able to see me as a walk-in and were beyond accommodating. I hardly waited 5 minutes before being seen by 2 nurses who were also very informative and knowledgable about the IV and which would best help my headaches. There was no oversell on the product, which was very comforting. Once the IV was put in, I was escorted to a comfortable room with pillows, a blanket, and TV, if I wanted to turn it on. Please note before going in that the fluids administered are cooler than your blood so you WILL feel chilly. Go ahead and accept the blanket when offered. :) I received oxygen, their "migraine IV," a steroid shot for my migraine and lastly, a B12 shot, because why not. I was concerned about the steroid shot as I had never received one but the nurse and the doctor answered all of my questions thoroughly. As for the headache: Though the steroid shot did help the tension, I still have a bit of a headache but I think that is due to issues that may not be treatable by IV treatment. I'm looking forward to feeling the effects of the B12 shot as well as returning to this location to try some of their other services! It was relaxing to get oxygen and the IV treatment in the dimmed room..It definitely helped my hangover symptoms (headache, nausea, fizzy brain), but not as much as I would have hoped. What a nice wellness spa. My husband and I both came here and it's so clean, cozy and relaxing. They have vibrating massage chairs in your treatment room as well as a large tv to watch some Spongebob while you get your body renovated and rejuvenated. Justin administered my IV and he's very thorough and friendly. The IV was painless and we got my IV going on the first try which is always good. Oh and they offer you something to drink while you get treated. The rest of the staff was nice and professional as well.. All in all, I 10/10 recommend. I went in January 9th for my fist appointment with two of my girlfriends. We all are attempting to start the New Year off right by being healthy and treating our bodies better. We all scheduled early morning vitamin B12 shots. We were in and out of the clinic in less than 20 minutes! There was no wait and there weren't any issues being seen. We all met with Christina and she was very knowledgeable and nice. Christina has extensive experience as a registered nurse. A clean, yet welcoming environment to come in for some IV fluids. I was in the area and had been wanting to check out IVme, but I didn't have time to get an entire liter of fluids which takes about an hour. I settle on getting the super B injection which is a shot of vitamin C and a few B vitamins in the booty. I wasn't quite sure what B vitamins, since the tech didn't know the answer. I started naming B vitamins and he looked a little confused. I guess it's uncommon to want to know precisely what vitamins are being injected into your booty. Prices for IV fluids are a bit inflated, but I'm sure it beats waiting in an ER when you are dehydrated. I'm just a bit concerned about the lack of knowledge amongst the employees and their qualifications. You can also have IVme come to your house if you can afford it. They charge an additional $50 per 5 miles of travel. read more

Unprofessional staff. After 7 years of being a customer and countless visits. I had the worst experience today . I had made a reservation days in advance for 3pm Sat 8/28. I arrived just before three and completed the check in . I was asked to sit and told it would take a couple of minutes. Shortly after I was taken to a treatment room and assured someone would be in shortly. 20 mins later I buzzed fir help to enquirer if they knew I was here. The employee who was super rude told me and I quote "I will attend to you when I am ready". No explanation to timing . 10 mins later (30 mins all together ) I hear the employee in the hall and spoke to her, where I asked about timing since it was 30 mins late and I was told , again I quote " I don't have a schedule". I asked what the point of booking is and that I needed to get back home to take over my 1 yr old daughter as my wife had an appointment. I asked if she could help now and the answer was no. I asked to speak to a manager and that I would like to lay a complaint. I was informed by the rude employee / nurse that she was the manager . I again said I would like to lay a complaint. I was then told I was shouting at her and needed to leave. I complied with our recourse only asking for her name. She refused , at the front of the office I again asked for her name and was again accused of shouting. I called upon the other people in the room as witnesses that I was not shouting and I was inquiring about her name and again explaining that I had an appointment and need to provide an update to my wife. So I did not get my treatment, I was humiliated in being asked to leave for only enquiring about timing and upon receiving answers that didn't help me and only made me ask follow ups ( "I will come when I am ready" and "there is no schedule") . All that was needed was explanation of when I would receive my treatment . I was kept in the dark. Extremely poor customer service, extremely poor customer communications and not acceptable for what I deem a great business and service overall. I will be calling on tomorrow / Monday to lay a formal complaint. Very dissatisfied customer Update : the management has reached out and have been amazing at assessing the issues and lack of service I received. I can't say enough good things about IVme. I am on a "special" formula as per my NMD and Gina has been more than amazing to help support my requirements. In fact, the entire staff has been a dream to work with. I live in NYC and come to Chicago about every 2 weeks for work and I thought it would be beneficial for me to receive my IV therapy the day after my flight to help regenerate my body. I am a VIP Platinum member (which means I receive 2 treatments a month at a discounted rate) You first begin your treatment (set up) in a room where the nurse inserts your IV (quickly I might add) and then you are transferred to a private room. This room has two lounge chairs, a tv and access to wifi. I work while I receive my treatment as mine lasts about 1 hour. They periodically come to check in on you and have a button you can push if you need their services. I went back to see Olivia after she did my filler, this time for botox. She did the most natural-looking botox job ever (and I work in beauty, so I see a lot of them): brow lift, forehead (which I can still move to emote, but doesn't have any lines anymore) and smoothed out crow's feet. Also lip flip for my upper lip, which I tend to purse and, without botox, would eventually lead to smoker's lines. As with filler, the results are noticeable, but to the extent that you look like you've been good at getting enough sleep, drinking enough water and applying enough SPF your entire life rather than having gotten stuff done.
