We had heating problems in the house: the heat kept failing. - They "purged" the system, which got the heat back on, BUT they did not check to see if both of 2 zones were fixed and had to come back next day to fix the other zone. - They repeatedly purged heating system, which was just putting a band-aid on the problem. - They never checked why the heat was failing so often and why he was coming back so often to fix. He just kept purging / "putting the band-aid" back on - After many visits and me strongly suggesting that there must be a more serious problem, they discovered it was a leak - We scheduled an appointment to find the leak - The day of appointment to find the leak, they canceled 1 hour before and Joe told me "YOUR INCONVENIENCE IS NOT IMPORTANT" and that he would be in touch - We had NO heat, in the middle of the WINTER! - Joe got back to me 16 DAYS LATER and was surprised we did not need him anymore - His NEGLIGENCE and UNPROFESSIONALISM cost us more than his bill: - ELECTRICITY FOR SPACE HEATERS - LEAK DAMAGE - PAYING ANOTHER CO. So, my husband and I have been taking very quick showers because the water was so hot. I have an American Standard single arm shower (no faucet). I purchased two pressure balances and two cartridges. I am so glad I did. After installing the first set, there was not water come out of my shower head. After several attempts to get the water running and a call to the plumbing supply store where I purchased the cartridges from (the guy there help to troubleshoot but it didn't work), I called Mr. Plumber. I am so very happy I did. Joe heard my story, suggested a few steps to me, gave me his cell phone number all because had faith I can get the job done (I appreciated that ) and I did. I could not have done it without him!
