On multiple occasions, he and his team have stayed late until the job is done. They may not be the cheapest in town, but they are easily worth the money to know that the job will be done correctly the first time -- and I consider myself pretty picky when it comes to how I think things should be done. My partner and I looked for a plumber and landed on Roto Rooter considering it was a small job. We thought a large chain might offer a reasonable price to fix this minor problem. After the technician finished one hour of work, we see the final bill has an extra $300 price tag, bringing our total bill to almost $950!!! We could have a bought a new vanity for that cost. After speaking with a manager at the company, they tried to explain the additional cost. I mentioned on the phone, the additional $300 completely caught us off guard from the original quote and that it was pretty significant. The office offered us a small discount because we participated in their food drive which offered a $55 discount with a food donation. Yet this is a minor salve to the financial dent this has caused. I don't recommend their service because their prices are way beyond what seems logical.
