Shannon created beautiful allergen-free custom decorated cupcakes that were not only delicious, but thoughtfully and perfectly prepared based on the inspiration photo we shared. Every detail was handled with such care, and it meant so much to know our friends and guests could safely enjoy something so special on such an important day. The cupcakes fit seamlessly into the overall picnic and celebration design and added such a thoughtful touch to the evening. The owner of Third Coast is a consummate professional who thinks of every single detail to give her customers a WOW experience. She ensures that her staff are highly trained in customer service and food safety. But beyond the technical components, you can tell that everyone at Third Coast loves what they do, who they serve, and the products they sell. I have tried brownies, donuts, cookies, energy bites, scones, and a few other items. They are all exceptional; they feel and taste like the "real" thing, which has earned my repeat business. Handcrafted, small batch, boutique bakery. Worth EVERY penny. Coffee is outta this world! Love the edible cookie dough bars and cinnamon gooey cake. You can tell they really care about the ingredients and their customers. Staff is extremely knowledgeable about food allergies. Gorgeous interior with large sunny windows and a cozy fireplace. I am also very happy to see their products offered in locally owned grocery stores because getting to their brick and mortal location is not always convenient for me. Everything tastes so good! You can't tell anything is allergen-free. In fact, my family agrees that their baked goods taste better than traditional bakeries. The shop is cozy and inviting. Almond Crumb Cake is our family favorite. We can eat anything we want (no allergies), and think this place is a big asset to Traverse City. read more

Amazing matcha latte! And the donuts are extremely good. You wouldn't even know they are gluten free. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly and I have always had a good experience when I have visited. Love that I can get these at Toms and Oryana too! read more
