I took my daughter to Third Reflection for a cut and color at the recommendation of a friend. Desi did an amazing job and we couldn't be happier with the results. Desi took time at the beginning of the appointment to really understand what my daughter wanted , and the result reflected that. My daughter has really long hair that had previously been highlighted to a very light shade. The highlights were growing out and my daughter wanted the bottom half of her hair to match the top half better, while keeping some dimension and contrast. For the cut, Desi also did a beautiful j job with just dusting the ends to preserve the length, adding long layers and redoing my daughter's curtain bangs (which I cut last with the help of a you tube video ) I highly recommend Desi as an extremely talented and skilled hair stylist/colorist! read more

She gained all of my trust - and I was very very anxious. She gave me realistic expectations, recommended products (no upselling, just what I would actually use - I am a less than 10 min/day for hair kind of girl). WOW. Never had this good of a haircut - EVER. And the advice and products work - even for a low maintenance type of girl like me. Visited Linh today for the first time to get my hair finally cut after this year + of quarentine. I've been struggling with my scalp for a year now (see my oily hair in the before pic) and Linh gave me a lot of great advice and insight on how to treat it better. So after months of avoiding the risk of a new stylist (you ladies know how scary that can get!), I read the glowing reviews here and requested an appointment last minute before heading off to vacation. SO glad I did! Desiree was kind enough to accommodate and gave me a fabulous haircut! A few things that I think make Desiree a wonderful stylist: She asked important questions about my hair and how I style it -- and really listened. She addressed questions I had regarding the feasibility and maintenance of the various cuts I contemplated. I was reluctant to do something a bit different than the standard, layered trim and she walked me though each step with care, always making sure I was comfortable. I know this seems like a little thing but I think it underscores her attention to detail: She brushed my hair out before shampooing so she didn't have to get rid of any tangled spots while it was wet and I never felt like she was rushing or trying to just get the job done. I felt pampered and equally thankful it wasn't one of those over-the-top feigned, superficial experiences at other salons. For me it was such a pleasant time that resulted in a beautiful cut.
