The service was very good. Customer service is always great. I've tried the Strawberry Matcha and Mangonada slush and they were super good. I've been 3 times in the last week. The prices are not bad as well. If you are in the Perris area i definitely recommend stopping by.

Finally!!! A boba place in Perris!! I was driving by feeling thirsty and I came across this ThirsTea on its grand opening! The interior is super clean and aesthetically pleasing while also being cozy and welcoming. The cashier was super attentive and friendly and gave me wonderful recommendations! I was overwhelmed at first as they have over 100 drinks but the recommendations help me so much! :) My pink chai latte was a 10/10 and it was actually pink!!! I cannot wait to come again I would recommend this bobaria to any and everyone in Perris!

This drink was amazing. As a diabetic I like that I can have some sugar removed. It wasn't too sweet nor was it not sweet.

Pretty solid boba spot especially for the area! This is a little shop is in a shopping center with plenty of parking. The coconut milk tea didn't taste like coconut at all, it was a strange artificial flavor. The garlic Parmesan fries took a few minutes to make so I expected it to be fresh but it came out extremely soggy. It tasted like they microwaved old French fries instead of frying them to order. Been waiting for ThirsTea to open and I'm so glad they didn't disappoint. You walk into a cute little cafe with welcoming staff and you're able to either order at the counter, kiosk, or even online. There is a variety of options like ice cream, coffee, tea, shakes, and even some snacks. I ordered a iced jasmine green tea sweetened with honey and added boba and marble foam (cheese foam). I always judge a place by it's boba and their boba was fresh so it was the perfect texture. I will be a regular here I highly recommend coming to try this place out. Visited location three times but I am disappointed. Have tried to get a honey green tea three times and every time I get charged a a different amount and get handed a drink that doesn't match what I ordered. Have also tried the strawberry matcha and we were given a brown drink that was grainy and tasted like strawberry Herbalife. SUGAR WARNING!! The drinks are overly sweet and artificial tasting. If you order something, I would recommend adjusting the sweetness. Besides that the owner seems very kind and friendly and the service is pretty fast and location is clean. Maybe I'll have to wait to visit again in a few months once they get situated. read more

I almost left because the shop was understaffed, only one employee was working with a line of customers, but the wait ended up being short. My Strawberry Smoothie was perfectly blended and tasted great. However, the lone employee seemed bothered, and the customer service definitely fell short. It's strictly a 'to-go' spot with no seating. An average experience overall; I'm undecided on returning given the lack of customer service.

First of all, I love the diversity. They have one hundred drink options (not even including everything else!) to choose from (though that's not the only diversity here). The staff are very friendly, especially the owners. I would come back just for them! I felt very welcomed and validated despite my initial indecisiveness. The shop itself is very clean and spacious. It was a little busy when we came but we were still able to find seating! The decor is very tasteful as well. It feels I'm in Irvine... a little piece of Irvine in Perris...... As for the drinks... I order an iced Green Tea and my friend ordered a Pink Chai Tea Latte! I was able to successfully customize my drink by adding lychee jelly, which added a delightful sweet & chewy texture to my already perfectly steeped tea. As for my friend's drink, she says it was very good! Overall it's the best boba I ever had. I will definitely come back again and again and again!! read more

ordering was extremely easy. you can order at the counter or at the little screen/kiosk. once I placed my order I was able to take a seat at one of their chairs, and wait for my drink. the person who received their order before me was treated very sweetly by the person whom I can assume was the owner by asking if they liked their drink, as was I when they made sure I knew my order number. the space is also incredibly calming and open. the music they play is upbeat and was very easy to listen to, not too low and not too loud. the drink I purchased was the peach mango smoothie with boba. it was incredibly refreshing which was what I was looking for when I arrived at the location at 8:30pm. it's taste was equally tangy and sweet, along with the boba tapioca pearls that were perfectly booked and chewy. Can't wait to try their other drinks from their large selection. I'm most excited for their boba blasts or the matcha drinks ! read more

My partner and I went with my son for the first time today and it was an overall good experience. (The owner recognized my son from before which was very sweet of her to remember him) The owner and workers were very welcoming and the menu can fit anyone's preference. (I did however suggest adding a fresh milk grassjelly drink to the menu) They also have free samples which I thought was pretty cool. (haven't seen that in a while) It had a really nice feel to it and it gave me feel good vibes. we ordered the choco banana with strawberry popping pearls for my youngest, the mango slushee with mango jelly for my oldest. My partner and I got one mango and one passion fruit with black/green tea with passion fruit popping pearls and an order of fries. Very nice and clean. I have been here a couple times now and I haven't been disappointed. The service is very quick, the environment is clean and welcoming, and the staff are very kind and friendly. The drinks are superb! I've tried matcha, chai, taro, and mango drinks and I have loved each of them. The boba quality is also spectacular. I am very excited to keep coming back and trying new items. I have been to other boba spots like Boba Street in Moreno Valley as well as Ding Tea, Kung Fu Tea, It's Boba Time, and Krak Boba, and none of them have perfected sweetness without needing to customize it for smoothies. I would highly suggest to not hesitate on trying new drinks or flavors; the flavor you expect is what you'll get. The total cost is $12.50 for two drinks with boba, which is a really good value. The owner is very friendly, I often have a nice conversation with them whilst I wait for the drinks to be done. Service is often quick, and there are signs that tell the estimated wait times for food and ice creams, which usually take longer. Very wide variety of options for drinks, so there's always something new to try. Do be aware though; the default sweetness is usually on the higher side, especially for the milk teas and lemonades. I have always preferred my drinks sweeter, but these can be a bit strong even for me. This can be adjusted of course, and certain other drinks (such as the tea-pressos) have a much more reasonable sweetness by default. There's a certain level of trial and error that goes into finding the perfect drink for you. read more

My girlfriend and I visited today and the drinks were delicious. My girlfriend ordered the Strawberry Milk and I had the Rose Matcha Milk Tea. They have a ton of variety on their menu from milk teas to coffee to acai bowls(all included in the photos). The owners are also asking for any feedback positive or negative. The only feedback I have that I believe would help is a sweetness option for their drinks like most other boba shops have. I feel the drinks would be a bit too sweet for some so it would be a good option for customers who don't like their drinks too sweet. Overall I'm glad to have a boba shop in Perris and will definitely become a regular and encourage any and everyone to come in and give them a shot! read more

This boba place is always amazing! The quality of the drinks is consistently good no matter what you order. Everything tastes fresh, well-made, and perfectly balanced. The owner is incredibly sweet and welcoming. He always takes the time to recommend drinks if you're unsure what to get. You can really tell he cares about his customers and wants everyone to enjoy their drink. The employees are also very kind and friendly. Found this new boba place and let me say each time i've gone they do not miss !! I have ordered the Tiger Brown Sugar Milk with caramelized boba and Marble Matcha Slush with caramelized boba. The drinks where super good quality. I was a bit skeptical to try coffee at a boba shop but the coffee tasted really rich. You can practically design your own coffee with everything they allow you to add. The owner was very sweet. She even give out samples of all the boba flavors which is so sweet and I've never seen someone do. read more

Josh is literally the nicest person , good customer service, have so much more than just drinks, they only have one size of cups , got a milk tea Jazmin with boba came out to be 6.50. Ambiance had music and lots of seats available and not at all cramped inside. Would def recommend coming here. read more
