The service was very good. Customer service is always great. I've tried the Strawberry Matcha and Mangonada slush and they were super good. I've been 3 times in the last week. The prices are not bad as well. If you are in the Perris area i definitely recommend stopping by.

I was overwhelmed at first as they have over 100 drinks but the recommendations help me so much! :) My pink chai latte was a 10/10 and it was actually pink!!! I cannot wait to come again I would recommend this bobaria to any and everyone in Perris!

My favorite is the pineapple slush with 25% sugar or the strawberry shortcake slush with no jelly extra strawberries. My little love the fruity pebbles ice cream.

I go here every week to be honest, I love the mango iced green tea as well, and the peach one. There is a a lot to choose from, and I always have a nice experience in there especially with the workers, they are extremely kind and helpful. And the space is very clean I recommend getting lychee jelly's in the iced teas it makes it much better! :) will def keep coming here read more

Pretty solid boba spot especially for the area! This is a little shop is in a shopping center with plenty of parking. They have a good variety of flavors of milk teas and slushies that you'd expect in a boba tea place. The workers here were very friendly. I got the Okinawa milk tea which was very solid. read more

The coconut milk tea didn't taste like coconut at all, it was a strange artificial flavor. The garlic Parmesan fries took a few minutes to make so I expected it to be fresh but it came out extremely soggy. It tasted like they microwaved old French fries instead of frying them to order. Not sure how someone can mess up fries that badly. read more

Been waiting for ThirsTea to open and I'm so glad they didn't disappoint. You walk into a cute little cafe with welcoming staff and you're able to either order at the counter, kiosk, or even online. There is a variety of options like ice cream, coffee, tea, shakes, and even some snacks. I ordered a iced jasmine green tea sweetened with honey and added boba and marble foam (cheese foam). I always judge a place by it's boba and their boba was fresh so it was the perfect texture. I will be a regular here I highly recommend coming to try this place out. Visited location three times but I am disappointed. Have tried to get a honey green tea three times and every time I get charged a a different amount and get handed a drink that doesn't match what I ordered. Have also tried the strawberry matcha and we were given a brown drink that was grainy and tasted like strawberry Herbalife. SUGAR WARNING!! The drinks are overly sweet and artificial tasting. If you order something, I would recommend adjusting the sweetness. Besides that the owner seems very kind and friendly and the service is pretty fast and location is clean. Maybe I'll have to wait to visit again in a few months once they get situated. read more

First of all, I love the diversity. They have one hundred drink options (not even including everything else!) to choose from (though that's not the only diversity here). The staff are very friendly, especially the owners. I would come back just for them! I felt very welcomed and validated despite my initial indecisiveness. The shop itself is very clean and spacious. It was a little busy when we came but we were still able to find seating! The decor is very tasteful as well. It feels I'm in Irvine... a little piece of Irvine in Perris...... As for the drinks... I order an iced Green Tea and my friend ordered a Pink Chai Tea Latte! I was able to successfully customize my drink by adding lychee jelly, which added a delightful sweet & chewy texture to my already perfectly steeped tea. As I was about to question my order, I literally watched my meal be delivered to a couple a few tables away. I saw Cass walk away thinking nothing of it. She was soon called back to identify the order being delivered incorrectly. She proceeded to take each meal ( two separate plates) back to her work station before figuring out it was our order. She walked over to our table and proceeded to tell me that there was a mix up on my order (I'll give her that) but when I explained that I wasn't comfortable with not knowing if the food had been handled, Cass' response was "ARE YOU SERIOUS?" I couldn't believe what I heard. Wait.. it gets better. I then explain that I preferred a full refund for the meals, her response was (wait for it..) ARE YOU SERIOUS?! Hilarious and so disappointing. This young generation never ceases to amaze me. One word, CLUELESS!!!

I used to look forward to coming here every weekend and brought my family here when they came to visit but I have stopped recommending it. Any positive reviews from me would have been based on the previous La Taza, but not the current one.

ordering was extremely easy. you can order at the counter or at the little screen/kiosk. once I placed my order I was able to take a seat at one of their chairs, and wait for my drink. the person who received their order before me was treated very sweetly by the person whom I can assume was the owner by asking if they liked their drink, as was I when they made sure I knew my order number. the space is also incredibly calming and open. the music they play is upbeat and was very easy to listen to, not too low and not too loud. the drink I purchased was the peach mango smoothie with boba. it was incredibly refreshing which was what I was looking for when I arrived at the location at 8:30pm. it's taste was equally tangy and sweet, along with the boba tapioca pearls that were perfectly booked and chewy. (The owner recognized my son from before which was very sweet of her to remember him) The owner and workers were very welcoming and the menu can fit anyone's preference. (haven't seen that in a while) It had a really nice feel to it and it gave me feel good vibes. we ordered the choco banana with strawberry popping pearls for my youngest, the mango slushee with mango jelly for my oldest. My partner and I got one mango and one passion fruit with black/green tea with passion fruit popping pearls and an order of fries. Very nice and clean. I have been here a couple times now and I haven't been disappointed. The service is very quick, the environment is clean and welcoming, and the staff are very kind and friendly. The drinks are superb! I've tried matcha, chai, taro, and mango drinks and I have loved each of them. The boba quality is also spectacular. I am very excited to keep coming back and trying new items. I have been to other boba spots like Boba Street in Moreno Valley as well as Ding Tea, Kung Fu Tea, It's Boba Time, and Krak Boba, and none of them have perfected sweetness without needing to customize it for smoothies. I would highly suggest to not hesitate on trying new drinks or flavors; the flavor you expect is what you'll get. The total cost is $12.50 for two drinks with boba, which is a really good value. The owner is very friendly, I often have a nice conversation with them whilst I wait for the drinks to be done. Service is often quick, and there are signs that tell the estimated wait times for food and ice creams, which usually take longer. Very wide variety of options for drinks, so there's always something new to try. Do be aware though; the default sweetness is usually on the higher side, especially for the milk teas and lemonades. I have always preferred my drinks sweeter, but these can be a bit strong even for me. This can be adjusted of course, and certain other drinks (such as the tea-pressos) have a much more reasonable sweetness by default. There's a certain level of trial and error that goes into finding the perfect drink for you. read more

My girlfriend and I visited today and the drinks were delicious. My girlfriend ordered the Strawberry Milk and I had the Rose Matcha Milk Tea. They have a ton of variety on their menu from milk teas to coffee to acai bowls(all included in the photos). The owners are also asking for any feedback positive or negative. The only feedback I have that I believe would help is a sweetness option for their drinks like most other boba shops have. I feel the drinks would be a bit too sweet for some so it would be a good option for customers who don't like their drinks too sweet. This boba place is always amazing! The quality of the drinks is consistently good no matter what you order. Everything tastes fresh, well-made, and perfectly balanced. The owner is incredibly sweet and welcoming. He always takes the time to recommend drinks if you're unsure what to get. You can practically design your own coffee with everything they allow you to add. The owner was very sweet. Josh is literally the nicest person , good customer service, have so much more than just drinks, they only have one size of cups , got a milk tea Jazmin with boba came out to be 6.50.
