Only two heroic employees behind the counter, blending like their lives depended on it. Honestly, they deserved capes...and maybe a third coworker!?!?!?! Thursday, 11-07-2024: I decided to stop by on my way home from work. Upon entering I immediately noticed it was warm especially with the full impact of the sun shining brightly directly into the store windows. C'mon owners, please install some shades or provide shades for your people to wear! The poor young man was struggling to see but still was able to take my order. I could sense his discomfort from the blinding onslaught of sunlight. It was pretty warm for me, too. Anyhow, the place was clean and still adorned with Halloween decorations. I ordered the Mighty-C Immunity Juice consisting of orange, apple, red grapes, pineapple, and ginger. It sounded refreshing since it did include my favorite fruits. It was so disappointing. The mixture was off balance. Too much ginger was used and overpowered the drink to the point of being slightly bitter. Guess I will have to order next time and request they use a smidgen of ginger. Or order an entirely different drink. I felt sorry for the nice young man, who took my order. I hope the owners read this and install some much needed shades for both the comfort & well being of their employees and customers. read more

The worker there had zero regards to cleanliness in making and handling the smoothie orders. This worker was helping another worker lift the bottom of the trash bag out of the trash can to take to the outside bins. She did not wear gloves and after touching the trash bag, she came back to handling and making smoothies without washing her hands. Yuck! Not very hygienic at all. First time at Juice It Up for a quick pick-me-up after an early morning. My boyfriend and I often visit our local smoothie shop in LA so this was new to us, as we were in the Moreno Valley area. I ordered a medium Raspberry Craze and my boyfriend ordered a large Strawberry Wave, both from their "Classic Smoothie" menu. I was fully aware we were in a smoothie shop, so I expected the loud blending sounds, but it was so loud I couldn't order or hear what I was saying, haha! So I had to point to what I wanted and emphasize my words and hope our cashier was good at lip reading; they were great because our order was exactly what we wanted! I tried both smoothies but enjoyed my Raspberry Craze one better! I love how they threw in a little lemon because it added a light, refreshing zing to the rest of my blend. Wow! One of the fastest Juice It Up locations ever. My favorite menu items are the Melon Madness, Lava Flow, and the Ultimate Acai. You can get delivery from most apps like Doordash, UberEats, etc. They also have a very user friendly app where you can order for carryout and curbside pickup! Masks required! Lots of social distance markings inside the store and there is contactless payment too. For this visit: There was a small crowd of people at the store at 3:30 pm on a weekday afternoon. The staff is super friendly! They took my order quickly and I got my two smoothies done in just a couple minutes! So fast. My order was ready before everyone else's. Once I was in my car about to leave, I realized that the small crowd were all waiting for Acai Bowls! TLDR: if you come here for smoothies, the service is immensely fast! Been here 2 times and both times i've tried getting an acai bowl for a quick meal. Both times they've been watered down.

Even tho new customers were filing in, she didn't rush my order and made my smoothie soooo well. A lot of people don't let it blend it all the way, but she made sure it was fully blended. First Rome here and it was suggested I try it. I was excited to try this place since I've only been to Jamba Juice a real fan of that place. Walking in, it's not a bright place like jamba, meaning no yellow on the wall no citrus smell. It looks basically blain with a counter in the middle of the place. Not many people was there when we walked in, girl that was doing thee cashier did not look pleasant at all nor was she fast to help the people we let in front of us. I'm not sure what was her problem. I ordered a mango lava I think that was name, it had a hint of chili, it remInded me of eating the mango sliced up with chili on it( something you would get from downtown la). The drink was good, sweet and spicy but not too spicy and refreshing at the same time. They have a point system as well, so if your a regular why not sign up. read more

My hubby decided after doing our recycling to treat me to a drink. I got a strawberry breeze and he got something called a red fusion. My drink you can't go wrong with its bananas and strawberries. My husbands drink on the other hand was different. It had beets and a bunch of other healthy stuff. This facility has been remodeled and is nice and clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. UPDATE: I am updating my review because the manager and assistant manager reached out to me and helped resolve the issue. They were super helpful, offered me a large smoothie and refunded me. They understood my point of view and apologized for the situation. I appreciated their concern and their help! Terrible customer service :( I came in to redeem my birthday reward and I told the guy I wanted to redeem it. I've never redeemed a reward so I needed help. He said he doesn't know how that works but he thinks it should automatically take off the reward when they scan the app. Well, it didn't. It still charged me. I waited a long time for my smoothie, they didn't yell out orders so I didn't know when my smoothie was out. It was starting to get packed and the employees didn't acknowledge anyone. I kindly let them know that I was still charged for the smoothie when I had wanted to redeem my birthday reward and the girl I told was so rude. She had an attitude with me for no reason. She blamed it on me and said I scanned it wrong and there's nothing she can do I'll have to try next time. Just left the iris and laselle location and let me say I've never been more disappointed. From the moment I walked in the music was incredibly loud to the point where as I was ordering I was screaming almost. Due to this our order was wrong and we got a smoothie we didn't even ask for. Before getting our orders however I noticed about 4 other people that came after me get their drinks right away . We ordered a smoothie and an açaí bowl . And the açaí bowl was really watery , my smoothie had a better consistency then the açaí bowl. The people working there also did mot seem to be in the mood to work . One guy walking in and out and making the smoothies and seemed to be more interested in singing then focus on making the orders . They just seemed to not have the energy to be there. This location has become so unprofessional. They don't ever open on time. I leave home early just to purchase their products before work and they are HARDLY OPEN AT 7:30 like it says they do. I've gone multiple times and the girls opening casually walk in to open when they please almost 40 minutes after opening time. I've stopped trying to make the extra trip here because it throws my entire work schedule off. Another time I went in, the guy couldn't even understand my order because the music was so loud. After ordering several people ordered after us and received their orders before us and after about 15 minutes of waiting we were called to the counter only to get asked what the order was again and we needed to wait longer. Whenever I go to a Juice It Up, I usually test each Juice It Up with the "Evergreen" test. Sometimes I might throw in "The Zone" Test from time to time, but mostly, whenever I am at any Juice It Up I am unfamiliar with, I usually as for a Medium Sized "Evergreen".. this will test the quality of their smoothies.
