The stew itself had a few nice chunks of beef and vegetables in a rich brown gravy that definitely leaned into bold seasoning. The only note is that the pepper level was quite heavy across the stew, mashed potatoes, and cabbage. If you're someone who enjoys a strong pepper-forward flavor profile, this will absolutely be right up your alley.
