We went on Labor day and sat by the second bar that has large windows where you can see the outside... all the way past the first half of the restaurant. Anyways, it was amazing! More importantly the bartender working that night provided the best service I've ever had at any thirsty turtle location by far! The soup was great as usual, scampi was great with massive shrimp lol, and my friend said her wings were amazing.

I've really enjoyed the changes that have been made in the past couple of weeks. The new staff are all really friendly! They also have new fries which are delicious. I highly recommend the Mahi sandwich and the wings!

We had dinner here with family. They had chosen the location. We sat at the back bar area as the front was quite busy and also nosy -- with the live music. Although it's mainly a seafood place, most of us had their burgers. They were pretty good -- the best of the lot was the black and blue -- with blue cheese and bacon. I'd switched from fries to red bliss potatoes which were a bit bland -- just plain boiled potatoes. A bit of butter helped, but not much. The parking was challenging, but we did find a street side place out front. This is a busy area with many restaurants and shops. Inside, it's a casual spot. So actually, it was good for the group who had just come from a baseball game and were quite dressed down. We had good and friendly service. I will say that the bar drinks -- like the margarita were awful -- but the bottled drinks were fine. I'm glad we came to try them, but it's not a place that my husband and I would run back to -- if not with family including kids.

Third year tradition no hundred dollar 100$ tip this year on Christmas Eve!!!!!

On Christmas Eve, they said on the phone they close at 7pm when I called around 545 showed up around 615. They said they can't see us because the kitchen is backed up told me we aren't taking any orders anymore, even though they're not closed for another 45 minutes, showed up with my family and my two year and nine day old son normal tradition since he was born !!!! They refused to seat me in the front so I walked to the bartender in the back. She sat us and told us we just need to order soon because they're gonna close in a little while then all of a sudden they told us nope we can't order again and kicked us out and as we walked out the front we saw three tables That just got there and they were just ordering at the time we were walking out . as I walked by their tables with the same waitress that said she can't service us and we had to leave. I was like sorry they're closed. You can't get any more food from the kitchen right now. The waitress said from me!!! She was like you need to leave now and stop harassing our customers!!! Honestly I was getting my head like what the fuck!!! We called ahead of time and they said they're open until seven. We were like perfect. We will see you soon! Since there is Christmas Eve, there is nowhere else to go eat. We literally just had to go home and they had to ruin our night' This place needs new management and new waitress because they obviously don't know what they're doing considering this is my third year, showing up at the same time and I called ahead this time!!! This place is trash definitely never showing up to this place again!

That level of hospitality never dropped throughout the night. It truly felt like the entire team was working together to create the best possible experience, from quickly clearing empty plates to refilling water and even adding freshly grated parmesan without us having to ask. We started with the Carpaccio di Manzo, and it set the tone for the entire meal. The truffle oil tied the dish together perfectly--rich, balanced, and absolutely delicious. For our mains, we ordered the Pappardelle di Limone with shrimp and the Fettuccine ai Frutti di Mare in pomodoro sauce. Both were phenomenal. The lemon cream sauce on the pappardelle was to die for--bright, smooth, and incredibly flavorful--while the seafood fettuccine was just as impressive. Honestly, this might have been the best pasta I've had in my life. Our waitress, Sophia, was phenomenal. She was incredibly attentive, sweet, and knowledgeable about the menu. She answered all of our questions with ease and helped guide us through our indecisiveness, which made the experience even more enjoyable. For drinks, my sister had a non-alcoholic wine and I had a Malbec--both were delicious. Before dessert, we also enjoyed a cappuccino and a single espresso, which were the perfect way to wind down the meal. We ended with the Torta di Ricotta e Pistacchio, and it was just as memorable as everything before it. The texture was perfect--spoon cut right through it effortlessly--and the dulce de leche sauce complemented it beautifully. I genuinely can't get over how good the food was, paired with such friendly and attentive service. Casa Pasta exceeded expectations in every way. I'll definitely be back.

The Beggars Purse was one of the appetizers and the pasta was filled with pear and goat cheese topped with a white truffle cream sauce. I got the Caesar salad and the pappardelle alfredo for the main course. The pasta had a lot of creamy parmesan sauce and it was way too much for me at once, so I took the rest of it home for leftovers. The service was excellent. We wanted some authentic New York Italian food, I was skeptical but , we couldn't have been more pleased. Pastaio is a small authentic Italian restaurant the likes of which we have rarely seen. We grabbed 2 bar seats as we typically do. Troy was the bartender. Fantastic job. Personable and attentive. He made well crafted drinks with attention to detail. I had an old fashioned. Perfectly made , chilled and served over 1 large clear cube. My wife had a vodka/soda/ cranberry drink which was perfectly blended. To start we received a basket of bread. I normally wouldn't mention this but to call this "bread" would be an insult. This was warm delicious Tuscan Italian bread bathed in butter and covered in sharp fresh Parmesan . Literally a meal on its own. For the appetizer we went with the eggplant stack. Fantastic. Crispy eggplant , delicious authentic sauce smothered in rich mozzarella. Main course for me was homemade cavatelli in Sunday sauce. This included fall off the bone pork ribs and an incredibly authentic Italian meat ball. My 1st generation Italian family, including my mom would have loved this! My wife also had the home made cavatelli, however she chose the Cavatelli Trattoria. A delicious blend of chicken, spinach, cherry tomatoes and roasted herbs. Delicious. My wife and I are in search of a good steak and cheese in the area. Sad to say, the best we could find is from Jersey Mikes. Jersey Mikes subs are very good, but you shouldn't have to go to a franchise to find a good one with all the New York restaurant owners in the area. Anyway, in our opinion, DaVinci's steak and cheese has the rest beat, hands down. We added green peppers and a side of mayo to the onions and mushrooms. First off, it weighs about 4 pounds (slightly exaggerated but close). It's huge, and delicious. Really nothing more needs to be said. The flavor is excellent, and the bread is perfect. * I don't know if the bread is made in house, but it's very good. We also crave Calamari which can be hit or miss when ordered at a restaurant. Although the rings were not huge, they were plenty big enough, and (like the steak and cheese), the portion was huge. The Calamari they serve doesn't get much better. Just the right amount of crispy batter, and very tender. The accompanying marinara sauce has great flavor. I do get a bit excited when we discover a really good restaurant. There's a lot to choose from in the area, but not that many I consider to be great. DaVinci's has been around for a long time, which says something for its quality. It's a bit of a whole in the wall (my kind of place). You walk though the front door to a very tight counter area where they're cooking pizzas, and managing take out orders (which were flying out the door left and right). You might have to wait a few minutes while the girl at the counter, or one of the wait staff acknowledges you as they were very busy on a Saturday night - and no front host area. Was starting to get a little frustrated with the wait, but it was OK. There were 2-3 large tables filled with people but there were several booths available. The place is small, and you can tell the place has been around for 40+ years. It's nothing fancy, but it's quaint, and has a lively atmosphere. You can tell the patrons are regulars, and the wait staff and all have been there for a while. Even though we have not tried other dishes on the menu, you can tell it's all going to be good, We can't wait to go back to try some actual Italian dishes - and we know where we're going for Cheese Steaks from now on.
