    Baked clams oreganatta
    Seth M.

I have been passing by this restaurant for so long as I travel up and down Northlake Blvd. and as I'm going in and out of the shopping center on at Ibis. I finally decided to go there for lunch with my brother and see what it was about. I read the reviews prior to going and they weren't really spectacular so I wasn't sure what to expect. We were both seated pretty quickly and greeted by Brian our server. He had a very big smile and a very pleasant personality very friendly and helpful. And that goes a long way to making my dining experience a pleasant one. Our drinks were ordered and brought super fast. Right after we were ready to and order and he immediately took our orders for appetizers and lunch just as quickly as the drink order. My brother started off with a bowl of delicious chili and I had some baked clams oreganatta. For lunch, my brother had a delicious, huge coconut shrimp salad. For me it was the crispy clam strips with two side orders, one of rice and beans and the other fettuccine Alfredo. Everything was exceptionally tasty, hot fresh and plentiful. Brian was always helping us with refills on our soda and also chatting with us about life in South Florida and generally being a wonderful person. I can absolutely recommend a thirsty turtle lunch and or dinner.

Thirsty Turtle is located in Juno Beach, but we tried this Loxahatchee location. Restaurant was clean, girl and guy servers were so polite and helpful. We felt welcomed. Ordered and got our food pretty quickly. Wings were outstanding and appetizers delicious. Thanks for a perfect night out. Cup of Chili - best thing we had!!!! this chili was from heaven above!!! Cup of Conch soup - this was ok Fried Mushrooms appetizer - so delicious, crispy and flavorful Hot wings - crispy and perfect, award winning Po'Boy Sandwich - tasted fishy but good French Fries - nice and crispy Beer special - domestic

Going downhill fast. My wife and I have been going to thirsty turtle for years. The wings have been excellent until recently. I think they have switched suppliers. I hope this restaurant is not buying from Sysco. Today's wings look like zombie mutations. Disproportionate size and broken bones throughout. When you order wings, you are lucky if you receive one or two actual wings as the order is typically 90% drums. We often order the clams appetizer, but today's clams seem to be filled with more sand than actual clam and are tiny about the size of a fingernail compared to what this restaurant offered a year or so ago. I am very disappointed in what was hopefully a refreshing restaurant for this area is turning out to become another cost-cutting chain serving Sysco style mutated chicken. Pictures of the zombie chicken are included.

Great experience tonight we came for happy hour and decided to order some food. I ordered the wings, hot with blue cheese. My wife ordered the chicken Philly with mushrooms, peppers and onions. We both had drinks from the happy hour list The food came out quickly and looked perfect. My wings were worm but not really hot, let's say they were a little spicy but very good. The sauce is not like any I've ever tasted. Very good. My wife loved the chicken Philly sandwich. We shared her French fríes and the meal was delicious. Our servers name is Kristen and she was delightful, she is definitely an assist to the restaurant staff.

Good food , reasonable price, near my house. Had the 2 wraps and the were excellent. Didn't like the fries - not crispy.

Glad to finally have a new place out here. Been a few times and mostly very good! Hard to get a seat at the bar, though.

Everything from the ambiance to the food and even the service was phenomenal. Great dining room area with both an outdoor and indoor bar. We sat with the bartender AB that immediately greeted us with waters and their menu. They are currently running a pick 2 for $15.99 menu that has some pretty great options. We had 2 meals & chose the wings, blackened shrimp po boy with the small gumbo's. Wings were super crispy, juicy, and tender. With a nice light Smokey taste. They buffalo and blue cheese sauce was actually pretty impressive. The po boy had a good amount of shrimp to bread ratio, with a nice sauce included. The gumbo had a deep rich flavor, but was not overly heavy with fatty meats. We were also informed of the happy hour oyster special, so we ended up getting a few of the rockerfella and raw. The rockerfella was amazing with melty cheese, a nice garlic flavor, & served with crispy bread slices. The raw came with crackers, lemon, wine vinegar, and a tasty cocktail sauce. Both were delicious. Marco, the manager came and spoke with us about our experience which really showed the attention to detail this restaurant offers. After sharing our story of visiting New Orleans a few years ago and bragging about the beignets, he brought us 2 out to finish our meal. I have to say, these were better than the ones I've had at cafe beignet in NOLA. They were HOT out the fryer to the point where the powdered sugar was slightly melted. Crisp outside dough but gooey soft in the center. A unreal experience to end a fantastic meal. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Luckily my sister lives 5 mins from this place but I would easily drive a hour or 2 when visiting from out of town just for this experience. Marco and AB really went above and beyond to make sure this was a special outing on a regular ole' Monday, and we could not have left happier.

It's a bit hidden from the outside - stickers cover the windows so you almost can't tell what the inside looks like, but it's such a chill vibe inside and the food is always really good, especially if you like fresh fish! We started with the bao buns (you can choose shrimp, chicken or pork). They were really good but spicy! We took off the jalapeños so they weren't as spicy! They were delicious otherwise. For dinner we split the Indoroni (they call grown up Mac and cheese), the dish is HUGE and super filling, and a fish special. The fish came encrusted with their infamous sauce on top over a huge salad with roasted peppers, capers, red onions, and lettuce and a really tasty salad dressing. You get to choose from a few different fish, whatever is available that day. We went with the triple-tail. Super cute spot. Fish is always delicious and we really enjoy the ambiance. Service was great. If you have never been, don't be intimated by the outside. I know the first time I came here I was like, is this a dive bar from my college days? It's really not at all! Food is really fresh!
