We came for a lunch special. $6.99 lunch special when you order a soda or tea. We ordered the smashburger with FF and the wings with Carolina sauce and FF. Both items were delicious and totally filled us up. Ordered arnold palmers to drink. Maria our server was so nice and totally attentive. Friendly and sweet too! A great experience. Come and get your lunch special Monday thru Friday and support local businesses. Also the music was relaxing and perfect volume, dining area clean and the bar is really nice. Everything looks kind of new. We will be back!

Second time for lunch recently with clients as it's convenient to our office. If you are on a time crunch, table service may not be the best bet. Seemed like the bar area service was moving along a bit quicker. Got the fish bowl both times, huge portion and tasty. Presentation was on point, everything looked perfect, the others got the poke bowl and chicken salad. All seemed satisfied. Bathroom stalls definitely needed some attention!! Definitely a solid lunch spot.

Fun place to eat with outdoor seating in a relaxed environment. The service is good and so is the food!

Came to Jumby Bay Island Grill for the first time recently, and it was good! We came on a Saturday night and were surprised that it wasn't too crowded, though it did get more crowded later into our meal. There are lots of restaurant and bar/brewery options where Jumby Bay is located, so there's definitely a lot of competition in the area. One thing I want to commend Jumby Bay on is the quite extensive menu. You can get burgers, sandwiches, wings, seafood, other island food options, and more. There's truly something for everyone. I decided on the Hangover Smash Burger which came with bacon, cheese and a fried egg. The burger was good. I really enjoyed having the egg on it, and the bacon was yummy. The burger patties themselves were good but they could've used a bit more of a flavor, which I can't quite put my finger on. Our food came out quite quickly, and the service was great overall!

Delicious ahí tuna blt. Excellent calamari and Ceasar salad. Fabulous friendly service and very reasonable prices! Can't figure out why there's not a crowd fighting to get in here. It seems that the rush must come at night. Highly recommend!!

Had an early dinner at Jumby Bay in Abacoa, Jupiter. This shopping area is right next to FAU (Florida Atlantic University) and it has many shops, restaurants, concert stage, etc. Parking is free around the shopping center as well as in a nice covered garage. They have many specials to choose from... Weekdays until 7pm: Doubles for the price of a Single Monday Night: Dollar Drafts Tuesday Night: Tacos & Tequila Wednesday Night: Flip Night Thursday Night: Ladies night Friday Night: Live Music & DJ Saturday Night: Live Music 6pm / 9pm DJ 'til close Sunday Night: Reggae Night & $4 Rude Bwoy We arrived around 3:30pm, too early for their 4pm Happy Hour (where all the appetizers with a happy face on the food menu are $8) so we ordered a chicken nacho. The plate was large, the chips were not oven baked, but drizzled with lots of cheese sauce. The tomatoes and jalapenos were very fresh. Not bad. At 4pm, we ordered the Sesame Ahi Tuna HH app and it came with 4 pieces. They were good as well. COCKTAIL HAPPY HOUR is EVERYDAY 4-7pm Double cocktails in a tall glass for price of single - All day every day until 7pm FOOD HAPPY HOUR is $8 select appetizers - Monday - Friday 4:00-7:00pm.....including Wings, Sesame Seared Tuna, BBQ Chicken Quesadilla, Chicka Chicka Fingers and Cheese Fries The food takes a bit long...we waited close to 20 min for the nachos. Our waitress seemed very un-informed and un-trained. But that's fine. Overall a nice ambiance with a hopping bar area and a beautiful outdoor patio.

I've never had a bad meal at Jumby! The food is consistently hot and fresh, and always tasty. The service is hit or miss. The servers are always pretty nice but they can disappear for long periods of time. I've had this experience with multiple servers, so I can't and won't single anyone out, but it is what it is. The vibe is fine, but the booths are incredibly uncomfortable. I always find myself using the pillows for extra comfort. I also want to mention that the Jambalaya, while a cute play on words, is definitely more akin to gumbo than normal Jambalaya. I didn't get it this time around, but it's a tasty option. I think my biggest complaint would be how pricy items are, and the fact that entrees don't come with sides, they must be added on for an additional cost. All that being said, living in Abacoa, I would say Jumby is probably the best and most consistent option, food wise downtown.

A better than average lunch & dinner place next to Roger Dean stadium. Extremely friendly staff. They work together very well, helping each other bring the food out in the rush before game time. Next year when we come down, we'll go after the Cardinals victory to celebrate!

Service felt flat the entire time. I specifically asked for very light ice in my drink and even said I didn't care if the glass wasn't full. The drink still came out packed with ice, and I had to ask for a separate cup and spoon to fix it myself--which shouldn't happen. What really stood out was the lack of attention. We were there for about 35 minutes, and not once did she come back to check on us--no "How is everything?" and no offer for another drink. Meanwhile, she spent more time in the back talking with a coworker than actually servicing her customers. There was also confusion when we asked for the check, which just added to the overall disorganization. What's disappointing is that this place used to have a much better vibe--staff like Denise made it feel welcoming and enjoyable. That's clearly changed. The new staff just doesn't bring the same level of service or personality. The food and location still have potential, but service makes or breaks a place--and right now, it's missing. "Service isn't just part of the experience--it is the experience."

My boyfriend ordered the crispy tuna and the swordfish special, both of which were outstanding. I ordered my go to meal, the Everyday Plate with grilled corvina. Includes, coconut rice, a melon pineapple salad and fried plantains. I was so disappointed, with my meal. The fish was over cooked, the rice was a pile of tasteless rice, no coconut flavor or flakes, the pineapple salad, was chunks of melon and pineapple and no sauce. It always so tasty and cut in small pieces. The three plantains were cold and taste old. I am not sure what happened. If we will be back, I'll definitely won't ordered my favorite dish again. I gave it four stars, due to the Brussels sprouts and my husband's meal being so good.

This is a perfect example of not judging a book by its cover. Inside, you have two sides of a restaurant. One size has an exhibition kitchen with booths along the wall and images of people having caught fish. The other side has tables with a full bar. We were seated right away, which was lucky because the place filled up on a Monday very quickly. We were greeted with bowls of coleslaw and waters. The menu here is quite extensive with handwritten specials, fresh catch of the day and smaller plates.. There are also mainstay pastas, and other smaller plates. The menu ranges from Caribbean food, to southern, to Asian, and anywhere else in between. We had conch chowder, fish dip, smaller plate of lamb chop with yellow rice and asparagus. Sesame crusted salmon over noodles with a soy broth, rocktopus (rock shrimp and octopus with potatoes), and a seafood curry. The service was attentive, and the food was delicious and fresh. Too bad we don't live in town, otherwise I would be here weekly and it would take me a year or more to eat everything. If you're anywhere near Palm Beach, Jupiter, or Juno Beach, you must look hard, but find Captain Charlie's!

The restaurant was pretty empty for lunch so I thought she would've been more on top of it. We ordered some oysters which were decent but I've had better on palm beach island. The crab cake was probably the only item I was thinking wow this is good. The salmon was lacking flavor and quality so I barely touched it. It was also extremely cold inside and the music was blasting. The waitress just seemed ready to keep up charging us by pushing us to order more such as coffee and dessert and not checking in on us through the meal.
