I was going to order an A2 flight jacket, but I made the mistake of asking about their presidents…read morecollection ,and why it did not have any of our former living presidents featured. This devolved by the owner into, read a book about me, and what a hero, to calling me and my friends sick and needing to see a doctor. I tried to converse via E-Mail, and the guy who Id himself as a former person in the army and former Chief of Police in Ohio, continued to call me a sicko and to see a doctor. I decided on another company, that had no complaints and good customer service. To me it is obvious there is some mental illness. Do not waste time with this company. I blocked him from E-Mailing me. Very Nasty guy.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a leather jacket from US Wings in September 2023. Two…read moreweeks later, the jacket had not been shipped. I had to contact US Wings twice by email and once by phone before being told the jacket was on back order. I received the jacket in early October. I took it out of the box, tried it on, and decided it wasn't for me. I returned the jacket in its original box and plastic. (BTW US Wings makes the customer pay for the return shipping). After a week or so, I'd heard nothing about my refund. Again I contacted US Wings via email only to discover that they will only issue an e-gift Certificate if you return a product without the original tags attached. THE PROBLEM IS there were never any tags attached to the jacket. Now I'm out $295, plus shipping, plus I don't want an e-gift card. I've escalated this issue with my bank. Furthermore, I'm going to the BBB. Buyer... do yourself a favor and read the other reviews here and on the BBB site. What I'm describing is a common US Wings practice. Finally, it's sad to me that a small US company acts like this. It's also pathetic that I have to go to a huge corporate bank to get any kind of justice. Sgt. Hack (owner) should be ashamed for his un-American practices.

The coffee beans the owners chose to bring in from Colorado bring a twist to the Cleveland coffee scene - such a good roast and flavor profile. I love the cappuccino with oat milk for a hot option and the vanilla cold brew for a cold. The mesquite vanilla latte is also to die for! If you're into tea, the mood ring refresher and the Thai basil tea are so good!!!! My husband loves the espresso tonic or the americano. Every time we go in there's something new to try AND there's tons of gluten free options as well! My faveeee are the GF cookies from philomena bakery. The vintage options are so cute and curated by the owner. The decor is so inviting and so groovy. Definitely take a gander at the bathroom decor - wow! Such an amazing addition to the Old Brooklyn neighborhood! It's like family here! :) Also PSA go to the vendor markets on weekends when they run!!! Such a good spread of options for vintage and local made goods!

I can't believe i'm only the second Yelper to write about Twila's. After driving right by their…read morestorefront for years, I learned that they've been in Twinsburg since 2008. When my Mom and I stopped in a few weeks ago, I was pleasantly surprised. When you enter, drive in off of Darrow Road and park in the back. You'll see the sign instantly. Once you're inside, you'll be greeted by a stairway with an intersection of two floors. The bottom floor is filled with furniture, artwork, and other various home furnishings. The top floor is filled with purses, women's wear, jewelry and other accessories. As an avid consignment/vintage hunter, I can easily say that Twila's has one of the best furniture collections i've seen. Eyes can be deceiving on this place. The bottom floor is quite expansive, and I was wildly impressed with their selection of mid-century and Victorian style bedroom sets....particularly, the tall, old fashioned dressers with lock and keys, which are simply beautiful. The clothing selection is also impressive. While the store is generically organized, its worth it to go through all the racks, since many of them are out of order. I loved their wide variety of styles and sizes, and was happy to see quality brands like Coldwater Creek, Chico's, Kate Spade, Kate Landry and others. Looking forward to stopping by again soon, and maybe even bringing my own barely worn clothes for them to consign!

Of late, estate-saling has become my hobby (it's good to do something other than work, as long as it doesn't require more working to fund it), and I came to Twinsburg this morning in quest of a set of Pyrex nesting bowls. I stopped into Twila's on my way back home, thinking I might find another Pyrex prize, and was pleasantly surprised to find a bright, attractive, and well-stocked shop with helpful employees (the cashier signed me up for their rewards program and let me know during my birthday month to expect an email with 15% off as a gift -- I will be back). The lower level was well-organized and filled with furniture, décor, and housewares (the reason I stopped in), and upstairs were racks of clothing (spaced generously apart; not a bunch of stuff crammed close together), outfits displayed nicely, jewelry, shoes, and accessories, with sale items clearly marked. I dislike shopping for clothing (jeans and a pullover is my go-to uniform), but found several items I liked in a short amount of time, tried them on (the dressing rooms were a lovely surprise! Plenty of hooks, an ottoman, clean, pretty, large mirrors), and bought two blouses that will surprise the rest of the tops in my closet. I'm glad I stopped in; should have done so sooner!
