I called them, they sent a message to confirm the appointment and a phone call. Three opportunities to mention the move. Got to the right office and didn't leave until 1:40. So an hour and a half for a flu shot that took at most 5 minutes. Do you need to space out the appointments? Hire more doctors? Take on less patients? I don't know about other people but after over 2 years with appointments like these I'm ready to start looking for a new office. Adding insult to injury, having waited so long at the doctor's office my guy has missed his nap window. So thanks for wasting my time, robbing me of any down time to get anything done and having a cranky toddler for the rest of the day.

The front desk I barely have to speak to so I can't say much. The MAs I only really had one assist me every time we went and she was super friendly. My son usually goes to the florham park office, but we had to resort to west orange once or twice. Now my issue is I called numerous times and asked about my son vaccination record (he was only 2.5 months old) so there was only 3 things on this record. Unfortunately the office is too far for me (40 mins) my son got an ear infection and I had to make an appt close to home. Now after his first appt I was told he needed his immunization records in order to be seen again by the new office near home. When I called florham park to retrieve these I was told "30 days you can pick it up" WHAT?!!!! I wasn't asking for medical records and I was going back and forth numerous times and different days... I gave up, bc as a new mom I'm exhausted and didn't have it in me to argue. ( I also emailed the office as suggested and at this point I wanted all records bc I was done with this facility and lack of common sense) So fast forward to two weeks later, I had to last min get my son in to do a quick covid test ( as I couldn't be seen near home bc I still wasn't able to retrieve his records). Once I got in I made sure to get his immunization rec., and once our appt was done I was told 24 hours for results to be in. I waited over 24 hours and finally called...the lady at the front desk told me their backed up on test.... Which made no sense but okay so she said to call in a day, well I gave them two days now at this point it's 5 days LATER I spoke to someone at 9am and they told me an on call doctor will call with my 2.5 month old sons results ( as covid result aren't important I guess) and guess what?.... NO CALL! So, aggravated as I was I called again and left a voicemail and I'm sure you can guess it again.... NO CALL BACK.... EVER! Now it's a week and a few days later I called, the front desk answered and literally gave me his results... it was THAT SIMPLE. Now I get an email 3 weeks later about medical records saying "it'll be ready in two weeks" well now it's over the legal 30 day period and clearly over the two weeks I was promised. My son is now 4 months what is so hard about printing or sending a few notes on his visits when he hasn't even been here more than 4/5 visits??? All this did was put me back on being able to treat my son as needed medically, very unprofessional as a medical office for children. Not sure what the excuse is holding medical records for longer than necessary I would never make my patients wait the 30 day period. That is totally absurd and so rude! I do work in medical and manage a super busy office so the way this office is handling specific/simple task is mind boggling. I will be calling back and giving a piece of my mind as they totally violated my rights to medical records and as the state of NJ it's a 30 day wait period.. which they're aware, but clearly can't manage that time correctly. This office seems very slow paced every time I've been here so I'm not sure what the issue is with helping patients out with simple things as this.

He is very thorough and he talks to the patient while the parent listens. He's not an antibiotic pusher. Only prescribes it when absolutely necessary. His staff is great. Fabiola is an awesome secretary and always takes care of anything I need in a timely manner. In my opinion you have to like the staff as much as the dr because you deal a lot more with them. The Dr seemed good but when my daughter got sick over and over and nothing was helping her I said enough and took her to Dr Corbo. He immediately took over, for all the testing she needed, treated her with the correct treatment and got her healthy again. He also saved her life by diagnosing her with type 1 diabetes. The other Dr said she was fine just a little tired/exhausted from being sick. I can't say enough great things about Dr Corbo!

Hardly ever would you find an office who would do that. Now, the wait time to see dr.ali was tremendous and his office waiting room is Small, standing room only! We waiting WELL over and hour, but it was worth it bc dr. Ali was wonderful, truly a caring person, and a very knowledgeable pediatrician. He took some in office tests and immediately told me the baby had a stronger strain of the flu! He put me on a regime of meds to control her high temps and made me come back in 2 days so he could re-check her! He really cares you get that vibe from him instantly. Very thankful that he helped my sick baby and would recommend him to anyone!

She is so warm and caring, she not only cares deeply for her little patients, she cares for their parents, too. She understands the scary parts of raising children, and she has incredible bedside manner. I trust both of these women with the most precious part of my life, my son, and so far (21 months later) they have given me no reason to let that trust falter. When they are closed, I've had to deal with other pediatricians affiliated with JFK hospital and it only made me appreciate these women and their staff of nurses and receptionists even more. Kindness goes a long way when you are talking to a parent who has been worried sick all night because their baby has a fever, this office seems to understand that- unfortunately not all other offices do! Of the group, Dr. Teresa Manocchio (pronounced like Pinocchio) is my all-time favorite. She has a warm bedside manner and an honest, down-to-earth personality. She's a natural. The entire staff including nurses and receptionists (who can validate parking) are great with children and their parents. In the waiting area, there's a spot for parking strollers and Nemo and Dory impersonators in a fish tank that separates healthy and sick patients. While receptionists can book appointments, online scheduling's available on a "patient portal" for $69/year for one child (and $30/year for each additional child). Visit notes, recommendations, and vaccine information are shared on the portal but more importantly, future appointments are easier to schedule with any doctor you wish. For regular check-ups, bringing a blanket helps keep babies warm when they need to be stripped to their diaper. One time I forgot and had to use my hoodie. Wait times typically range from 5 to 15 minutes. The staff's pretty mindful of keeping healthy kids away from exam rooms previously occupied by a sick child. The doctors use current best practices and fully answer any questions. They also perform ear piercings for $100 which includes a starter pair of earrings from a selection of 5 choices. I suggest bringing a book or toy as a distractor for immediately after the piercing. For semi-emergencies, you can call for a same-day appointment with the doctor on duty. I love this group so much that I recommended them to my brother's family. It's a matter of trust.

My mother had to call 911 a week following a gallbladder surgery. Dr. Gudz returned to my Saturday night (wouldn't you know it!) call within minutes. She knew exactly who the patients was and she immediately alerted the hospital, the surgeon and my mom's cardiologist. She really assumed the role of the primary care provider in a sense of assembling and guiding the team of specialists needed to take care of my mom. I am very impressed and very grateful
