Dr. Tran helped to diagnose a blood clotting disorder and took me of my birth control of three and a half years. My old obgyn never even bothered to check. She also helped to address my concerns over my cycle, and is always giving advice on how to stay the healthiest, and what to do if I want to prepare for pregnancy. Dr. Hoppe is one of the most dedicated and compassionate physicians I've ever met. His focus is always on helping people. I was sick and needed asthma medication once during that winter everyone had omicron, and left a message in the portal to make an appointment on January 2nd, and they were closed for break. When they reopened on the 3rd, I had an appointment for 7:30pm. When I spoke to him I said "I am surprised you were able to take me. I thought you guys closed at 7." He said "We do, but there are a lot of sick people right now." After 5 YEARS of trying to find a doctor who would take my symptoms seriously, Dr. Hoppe referred me to the gastro who determined my gallbladder had been working at 21%. After FIVE YEARS of pain, constant nausea, and more, I am FINALLY comfortable. I could cry. Everyone I send their way, which is about five people at this point, loves them. The process was seamless and our daughter barely cried. While there, I casually asked Dr. Shukla about my daughter's eczema. My own pediatrician insisted the severity of the rash was normal and provided some ointment that didn't seem to be working. Dr. Shukla stated the rash definitely needed to be treated or it would get worse. After deciding to switch the nature of our trip to a "sick visit," Dr. Shukla examines our daughter and advised us that we were given the incorrect medication. She prescribed a different ointment indicating that it would clear up the severe atopic dermatitis within 2-3 days. On the whole, Dr. Shukla was extremely comprehensive, examined my daughter's entire body and took pictures to upload to her file. Dr. Shukla also showed us websites with pictures and articles to help us better understand what we were dealing with. She even gave us recommendations on a daily skin care regimen for to begin once the eczema cleared up.
