We were coming home after picking up our new travel trailer in SLC, and after fighting the horrendous winds all day, were ready TO STOP. Seeing our 'paper plate' on the trailer, I guess the management was afraid we were trailer newbies and might need some help backing in and setting up, so they sent a VERY helpful gentleman over to assist. But we're 16 year trailer veterans and really didn't need the help. However, it was nice to see how helpful they're willing to be! There aren't too many open spaces for one-nighters like us, but we DID get a spot. Friendly folks on both sides, and the people in the office were friendly too. As another reviewer mentioned, it's quiet at night (except for the noise of the freeway, and even THAT isn't too bad). Of course, we hit the bar to get a beer and 'mingle' with the locals to get the feel of the place. Nice folks there too. We were there June 25th. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The price is set at $80 per person. You can choose an entree. From ribeye, to chicken to fish there is something for everyone's tastes. The chef chooses the appetizers, salad, sides and desserts. The first two hours are cocktail hours. Your $80 comes with appetizers and a glass of wine. The best part of the Ruby 360 Lodge, in my opinion, is the location and the views from the Lodge. Spend those first two hours out on the deck or playing yard games like corn hole. I chose the ribeye for my dinner. Unfortunately this was probably my only complaint of the experience. I requested the steak be cooked medium well. My steak looked amazing but it didn't taste like it was seasoned at all and over 1/2 was inedible due to it being undercooked and even though a ribeye is supposed to have a good marble this steak had way too much. The sides were just alright, but I loved my salad and the dessert. I was there for a party and I loved the whole evening so the food not being the best didn't deter me from wanting to go back again someday. I would just recommend choosing a different entree. The lodge has accommodations to stay there over night. And you can have breakfast for $35 a person. Just FYI. They can accommodate celiac dietary restrictions for dinner, but not for breakfast.

An Exceptional Experience!…read more The Ruby 360 is an incredible place! The lodge room that we viewed was lovely and spacious, with vast views through large windows, and the private patio. But we stayed at the Conrad Creek Yurt, and what an exceptional experience that was! The yurt itself was beautiful, large and roomy, with two comfy queen beds and the softest sheets ever, large couches, and kitchen facilities, all very clean and comfortable. There is a deck surrounding it, a gas bbq, and stone pathways along the lovely creek. Very much a deluxe camping experience. What makes this space so extraordinary is the soothing sound of the creek, and the magical feeling of staying in a round house. Something mystical about it. Very peaceful, relaxing and rejuvenating. Haven't slept that well in far too long! And then there's the restaurant... Quality food thoughtfully prepared, appealingly presented, and oh so delicious! Chef Jarred is very accommodating to dietary needs, and the friendly staff is attentive and helpful. Clearly Ruby 360 is run by visionaries. Such a memorable experience! Thank you so much! I'm a frequent guest at Holiday Inn express. This location is right off the freeway and is…read moreincredibly easy to access. I feel Holiday Inn express has the best complementary breakfast. I love their pancake machine and that they have high-end yogurt. This location also had one more hot dish items compared to other holiday Inn express. Unfortunately, they had a hard time keeping items available in the morning. Their breakfast hours were fantastic. It's 5:30 AM to 9:30 AM. If you're interested, they offered free dinner on Tuesday and Wednesday for guests who are staying longer stays. We never took advantage of it. The hotel itself is starting to get old. It was annoying that the smoke detectors were right above where you sleep so the light that flashes every 30 seconds kept waking me up. Typically that's by the entrance or somewhere so it's not distracting at night. It was a little frustrating when I booked my stay months ago that the price quoted was slightly different than what I actually paid. They tacked on a credit card processing fee, which seemed really strange. Do they really want me to show up with a check? All in all I would definitely come back.

We packed our shit and left rather than let it escalate any further. Absolutely fucking unacceptable behavior from hotel management. Stay literally anywhere else
