My spine was in intense spasm and I felt like a pretzel with intense pain in my lower back, not just when I walked, but everytime my heart beat. In short, after going through the intense treatment for this acute problem, and having Dr. Thomas get me through this, I am in "maintenance" treatment with Dr. Thomas, and I, at age 57, once again am working out at the gym every day, working in my occupation without pain, and actually playing baseball in the National Adult Baseball Association (NABA)!! My 10 yr old son was having horrible migraines 3-4 a week for 4 months. We went to two specialist who couldn't help him except prescribe more maintance medications that didn't work.
