After going through my fair share of chiropractors over the past few months; both small…read morefamily-owned businesses as well as the larger companies such as "The Joint Chiropractic", I still haven't come across a place that has helped with my ongoing neurological pain, numbness, and herniated disc issues. This is where I did my research while deciding to go with "Wagnon Chiropractic". Located directly on Sunrise Ave and tucked in a quiet area in between Coloma Way/Cirby Way, there are actually two different chiropractors that work in this building, Thomas Chiropractic and the person that I booked an appointment with, "Wagnon Chiropractic". I made my appointment for the morning of Thursday 9/3/2026 at 8:30am. The actual office was very easy to get to with ample parking with redwood buildings that showcase the exterior layout of the business. Prior to the actual appointment, I filled out a form that only took a few minutes. Since this was a new patient special (for only $60), I was able to get a thorough consultation, examination, and adjustment on the areas that have been triggering my ongoing pain. What I particularly liked about this place was that Dr. Wagnon asked a TON of questions pinpointing every single symptom of when my pain/numbness first started up to the present day. I think what really won me over is that Dr. Wagnon asked all the questions that a neurologist would ask (without paying the high price). This included which medicines (whether it is pills, creams, lotions) I take, what type of supplements/vitamins I consume, and of course the type of work I've had performed on my back to help alleviate the pain. He even dug deeper with questions as far as how I sit at work, my overall posture, the comfort of my shoes, the mattress I sleep on, and if I take Omega-3 vitamins. I've learned so much in just this one visit alone more than all the other chiropractic visits combined. As for the actual adjustment, Dr. Wagnon was extremely careful and cautious as the entire 10-minute adjustment went extremely smooth. I even felt improved relief in the days that followed. Not a complete relief but just a little improvement is better than no improvement at all. I will continue to make bi-weekly to monthly visits to see if things turn around in the right direction. In the meantime, I will continue to do what I need to (whether it is sciatica stretches, my at-home massage gun, or CBD creams/lotions that I have been using). With that said and done, I am giving "Wagnon Chiropractic" a perfect five stars.
