The ambiance of the office is great, with a sea-life theme that makes the environment welcoming for kids. They also have games in the waiting room, which helped keep children entertained while waiting. Dr. Navarro was amazing with my daughter. She spoke with her gently and made her feel comfortable throughout the visit. We were given a clear verbal walkthrough of the entire procedure, which was easy to understand. Everything was carried out exactly as it had been explained to us. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they kept us informed about the progress of the treatment the entire time. Overall, it was a great experience. Dr. Navarro and the team clearly demonstrated their expertise in the treatment they were referred for.

Scheduling routine dental cleanings has always been easy and convenient. We decided to keep both children with the practice for orthodontics as well, thinking it would simplify appointments. However, we weren't aware that the orthodontist has limited office days and hours, which has made rescheduling appointments more challenging than expected. Had we known this upfront, we may have considered other options. That said, Dr. Wong has been wonderful and we're very happy with the care he provides. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. The only concern we've had is that the orthodontic assistant who sees my daughter has made her feel somewhat uncomfortable during the last few visits, possibly due to frustration over recurring broken brackets. Overall, we've had a good experience, and Dr. Wong has been a big reason why we've continued our orthodontic care here.

I wasn't old enough to talk about my experience when it was…read morehappening, but I am reminded of how much trauma he put me through every time I look in the mirror. I saw Dr. Wadden young, I think he put me in my first bar at 7. I had braces for years, they gave me a herbst appliance for 9 months when I was in 5th grade which has left horrible circle bits outlined in my cheeks, and then I had rubber bands so crazy I couldn't open my mouth. I was in 7th grade when I had finally gotten them off, I thought the pain was done. I had moved, and my braces were off I never had to see him again!! (Little did I know he sent a little "fiberotomy" over to my new dentist that cut the fibers around my gums so they wouldn't move back, that dentist had never done one before and said they were abnormal to see done, but my parents waved ahead and that was so entirely painful) That all and all doesn't sound the most horrible, but what I left out was that he also used to hold appointments to lazer my gums without any numbing. I had so many times where they scheduled me in the mornings, alone, before other patients, because I would scream from being in so much pain. Every appointment was painful, truly and utterly painful. My gums were bloody and red after every appointment, sometimes just from molar braces brackets being pushed over and over onto the teeth, then being told to just rinse with salt and water. I was horrified of this man. When I thought I was done I went into another orthodontics office where I moved to get a retainer and the lady CRIED when she saw my mouth. Looking at my history, they were horrified. Back in braces I went because some of my teeth were way up high and the other side was low, for being in braces my whole life and so much pain I shouldn't have had a messed up mouth!!!!! At that time, my parents called Wadden's Orthodontic Office frusterated, and the office settled with them and paid them a grand which went back to braces and said "it's the best they could do". Me personally, between the trauma of those appointments, leading to bad results, it's sparked an entire lifelong battle both in my mouth and mentally, that I will always have to deal with. Do not take your kids here, they can't speak up for themselves. Do not let them take advantage of you, your wallet, or your kid.

This time, they took a panoramic X-ray, but the dentist never came out to update us -- only the assistant said everything looked good. That didn't feel right. I later had another dentist review the same X-rays and found that my son has four wisdom teeth coming in -- something this orthodontist completely missed. At our next visit to replace a lost retainer, the dentist didn't even know about the wisdom teeth until I mentioned it. The financial coordinator, Rose, was rude and unprofessional. I requested a call from the dentist, but he never called back. When I followed up, he said parents must provide a reason when requesting a call -- an unacceptable response from a dentist and business owner. He also said he's so confident in his staff's training that there's nothing wrong with his practice. Unbelievable. Due to his lack of attention to detail and poor professionalism, I do not recommend this orthodontist.

Very helpful with insurance matters and scheduling. All the dental assistants have been very nice and mindful of any discomfort. The hygienists are just as good. Very informative and do great job. Dr Vu is great at what he does. All the treatments that have been done and recommended, have been in my best interest. My previous dentist wanted my wisdom pulled but Dr Vu had the keen eye to notice the nerves in my jaw. If i had gotten them removed i could have had permanent nerve damage. That in turn proved everything wrong from my last dentist and just how better Dr Vu is. He works fast and precise. The facility is super clean and looks so new. You can watch TV while getting your teeth done. Once your appointment starts you're in there getting it done. You're not sitting in a chair waiting for them to start. Again this is the best dental office experience ive had. Hope the helps!!!

After being told I needed seven fillings, I specifically asked about the cost. I was told 'not to worry' and that insurance covers partial for white fillings. And I just need to pay my portion $579 After already paying $579 out of pocket, I returned for a cleaning only to be told I owed an additional $620.50. When I questioned this, the staff blamed it on the fact that they never sent a pre-authorization to my insurance because it was the 'end of the year.' Now, I am looking at a total of nearly $1,200 out of pocket for basic dental work even with insurance. If thats how much i have to pay then how much was the total pre insurance? Every visit feels like there is a new 'hidden fee..' the bait and switch. I don't mind paying my fair share, but the lack of honesty and the poor administrative practices here are unacceptable

I really appreciate how efficient and thorough the staff is when scheduling appointments and during our visits. They are so well staffed that things work like a well oiled machine. One of the best things is being able to get appointments after school so that I don't have to take any time off to get my kids here. We've found a new pediatric dentist who explained they will attempt x‑rays without traumatizing the child and who respected our concerns. I'm sharing this so other parents know what to expect.
