From the surgical center to the Wilshire office, everyone was professional, caring, and well organized. The staff explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The surgery and follow-up care went very smoothly, and my vision is now better than ever. I am very grateful for the wonderful care I received and highly recommend LA Sight.

The machines used here are very high-tech and advanced, as the data they provided was exceptionally comprehensive. Everyone at the clinic was very polite -- from the receptionist, techs, lasik consultant, optometrist, and Dr. Moarefi. The male tech did a great job guiding me through the different tests; he was also doing a good job training a female tech who was shadowing him and sounded very knowledgeable. My main concern was to determine if my eyes could be corrected to 20/20, and Dr.Moarefi had both the tech and the optometrist check my prescription to see if that would be achievable. I also wanted to get my axial length measured, so the optometrist was able to precisely measure that for me. I truly appreciated Dr.Moarefi's high attention to detail and the way that every single one of my concerns were all addressed seriously. My experience was phenomenal, and I know that I can trust this clinic with my eye management going forward. Our eyes are among our most important senses, so I highly recommend LA Sight for anyone seeking quality eye care. Finding a clinic that utilizes advanced technology, provides comprehensive examinations, and takes the time to address every concern is key to ensuring the best possible care and long-term eye health.

Compare Dr. Devgan's images to the true/correct image of my eye from Dr. Barry Seibel. See the photos ATTACHED to my YELP review. Dr. Devgan had told me that I have 65% cataract condition in both eyes, and gave me incentives to QUICKLY get eye surgeries in both eyes from him. BUT two other prominent ophthalmologists and two optometrists all agreed that I have only a 25% cataract condition in both eyes, which do not require cataract surgeries. Everything is documented in email communications with the ophthalmologists. Then I experienced RUNAROUND in my attempt to get a copy of my medical records which I paid for. I had to make 5 requests over the course of 2 1/2 months via email and faxes - to finally get a copy of my medical records from Dr. Devgan.

The employees that I came in contact with before Dr. Tara were amazing. I then met Dr. Tara for the results. That's when I found out officially that I had ocular melanoma. She showed me the tumor on the scan. I can remember feeling so numb at that moment. Dr. Tara explained that she does not sit and watch these, she goes in aggressively, exactly what I wanted. She explained plaque radiation and how it's done. She told me that I will be getting a phone call from her right-hand man, Andre, and he will go over everything that we had talked about, and all the information that I need for upcoming appointments and procedures. Dr. Tara has an amazing bedside manner. People come from all different states to be treated by her. She is well-renowned, respected and sought after ocular oncologist. When giving this very scary diagnosis this is comforting. You can find her videos on YouTube and she also has a book on Amazon called Finding Your Way With Ocular Melanoma. I was able to purchase it on Amazon. I definitely recommend this book and her YouTube videos. This cancer is rare six in one million will be diagnosed. It's aggressive and likes to metastasize to the liver. It's good to have her expertise and the handbook to refer to. Unfortunately, after healing from the surgery and having the radiation plaque put in for a week, my retina detached. I had to undergo another major surgery. Now my life will include continuous scans of my body to make sure that it has not metastasized. I feel I am in amazing hands with Dr. Tara. I want to thank Andre and Priscilla, who work with Dr. Tara. Another example of amazing patient care and going above and beyond. Thank you for taking great care of me during this scary time. 4/30/26

When they brought me in, the doctor couldn't figure out what was wrong and told me I needed to see an "ear specialist." Why on earth they would have assigned me to someone who was NOT an ear specialist when I was coming in for hearing loss is beyond me. I waited to see that person and then was told she wanted me to go do a repeat of the audiology testing because she didn't trust the first testing even though it was done within their own office!! At that point, I decided to seek care through the House clinic downtown, where I was accommodated immediately due to the time sensitive nature of this concern and was met by very kind and competent doctors. Unfortunately, at this point, I am well beyond the window where it's likely that steroids could save my hearing.
