The amount of drug use, vapes, and alcohol is unbelievable. You can't even go to the restroom without seeing 5 girls huddled in a stall taking a puff. In February of 2025, we had to run the mile outside in the forest. Yes, kids got lost, (not the point) but my friends and I stumbled upon a homeless man without a shirt. He was walking weirdly, like he was drunk, and we ran away. We also found abandoned different colored pills, a clear container of what looked like chewing tobacco, and a student I.D. cut in half next to it. The teacher took photos of it, and verified it had been a student's. People gamble at lunch, and there is a certain locker that has cans of beer and nonalcoholic beer in it. Kids line up during a certain time to go buy their beer and playboy magazines. People sell drugs, girls get touched, and it is disgusting. There was a used condom on the floor just a few days ago. Kids cut themselves all the time, because the atmosphere is so terrible at Fowler. The conditions of this school should actually be illegal. This school is 51 one years old, but it looks like it has been through way more than that.The bathrooms don't get cleaned, and there are bloody tampons everywhere. The bathrooms are always trashed with mustard and milk cartons, print outs of feet pics, and rotten fruit. There is mold on the ceilings, mold coming out of the water pipes. In 2024, the water shut off, and they still made us go to school for 2 days, even though nobody could go to the bathroom, drink water, or wash their hands. The school even banned bathrooms for a few days, so kids would go outside during lunch and pee in the bushes. The P.E. equipment is all taped up because we don't have enough money to pay for dodgeballs and stuff. The track that we have to run a mile on every week has bumps and tears in it. The upper gym had no electricity for almost a week. One time, we had to do gym class outside in the cold because the other gym class was using the downstairs gym. Half of the ceramics classroom floods sometimes. The hallways are a dump. People shove ketchup in your locker through the locker vents. I can go on and on about this. The school lunch is so horrible. They served pretzels, but thought the oven cleaner was salt because it was misplaced. So the kitchen staff served the entire 6th grade oven cleaner salted pretzels. The office didn't do anything. 37 kids were hospitalized. You can check on 'Fox12' news and other news channels. The kitchen staff also gave students corn dogs, but the popsicle stick was so flaky that pieces of wood got into the corn dogs. They also served us pickle ice cream, and you cannot guess how many kids were throwing up in the bathrooms. read more

This school is the absolute worst. The teachers are fine, and some are even amazing, but the students are the real problem. Students never listen to teachers, and a lot of the teachers aren't strict enough to enforce the rules. During passing period, on a good day, I'll hear at least 50 curses or slurs and get shoulder checked. The hallways are way too thin. Not to mention, the building itself! There's mold everywhere, lockers infested with thousands of ants, for example my friend once opened his locker and the walls were covered in black spots because there were so many ants. Also I swear the lunch ladies are trying to kill us. First wood pieces in the corndog batter, now oven cleaner on pretzels. The boys lockers room is huge, and even has a toaster oven meanwhile the girls locker room is small and way worse. There's a school rule that even if you are protecting yourself in a fight, you still get in huge trouble, which is so unfair. There was also a PE teacher who was a creep probably a pedophile who disappeared halfway through the school year last year, but before that he had been at the school for a couple of years. read more

my son went here and he just needed to eat lunch. he wasn't very popular so he was eating alone. all of the sudden three guys grabbed him and took him to the bathroom, when they got there the boys forced my son to be in a TWENTIE MINUTE VIDEO of him being DUCKTAPED to the stall, the boys made a part 2 of them just violently closing the stall door WITH HIM TAPED TO IT! Nobody ever found out, not even me until my son was in the ninth grade. My son never felt safe at the school. THIS JUST IN apparently the boys made my son POOP AND PEE HIS PANTS AND IF HE DIDENT THE BOYS THREATENED TO FIND OUR ADRESS AND THROW POOP AT OUR WINDOW, the boys also made my son butt naked AFTER he pooped and peed his pants and they took pictures of his poop and sold them on the internet.
