I had an absolutely terrible experience with Thompson Towing through my Geico roadside assistance. My son locked his keys in the car, so I called Geico at approximately 11:50 AM. Thompson Towing sent a text with an ETA of 12:53 PM. Then the delays started. First, they pushed the ETA to 1:54 PM. Then to 2:55 PM. When I called to check, the representative simply said they had to "move things around"--meaning my wait time was pushed even further. At 3:30 PM, the driver finally called to say he was on the way but Work out a little bit I moved it hey buddy, hey buddy would take 45 minutes since he was across town. But unbelievably, at 3:50 PM, he called back saying he got another call! I am not exaggerating--this actually happened. It's clear to me that Thompson Towing does not care about Geico or its customers. I told Geico to put a note in my account never to send them again. If you're in need of timely roadside assistance, I strongly recommenend looking elsewhere. read more

Submitted a towing request through the Geico app and Thomas Towing called me right after submitting the request. I received an eta from the phone call and through text messages. Very impressed with their timely communication. Husband met with the towing company when they came to our house to get my car out of the garage and he had a good experience with them. Had the misfortune to need a tow & turned to Yelp. Spoke to 3 companies including Thomas Towing. Most professional office experience, hands down. Called the next day to have my 8300 lb dully moved to a repair shop. Arrived faster than quoted. Dealings with the office , and owner ( who is the one that picked up my vehicle ) were handled professionally and with integrity. Rare these days. I didn't plan to lock the keys in my Jeep after spending an absurd amount of money at Costco, but I did. As the woman explained to me, Ben the driver was not only a kind individual but went out of his way to make sure I was an astatic customer. Great service! I had a car that needed to be towed to the shop, and these guys were just great. I received their information from a local dealer referral and went with it even though I couldn't find any reviews. I called the office for a quote, and the operator was super helpful. I scheduled a pick-up for later in the evening, and the driver showed up as scheduled. Very friendly and professional service. No fumbling around with the truck and getting it cinched down...no "just let me get the car and go" attitude. And a family owned business that's operated by off duty firefighters? You've gotta question your patriotism if you don't give these guys a shot at your business. When it comes time for me to get my car back, I'll probably have them tow my car back to my place instead of bribing a friend with food/beer to drive me 40 miles to get it. My insurance sent me their info and I waited for 2 hours. They later updated their time and stated it was going to take another hour. I kept calling ( a total of 3 times) and every time they said, it was going to take another hour. The original call was received at 3:30pm and it is 9:32pm and they are not here yet. I finally called them and cancelled. I am so glad I was not stranded in the middle of the road at night waiting on Thomas Towing! read more

I broke down on the beach and called my mechanic to help have me towed to his shop. They quoted us a price for the tow and I agreed. When they picked me up, they took me to another mechanic on the beach and said it would be the price quoted to stay at that mechanic, or I could pay more to have it towed to my mechanic which we had previously agreed on. I couldn't afford the extra expense so I had to stay with the mechanic on the beach. This is some shady stuff they are doing. So if you don't want to have your car worked on at the beach (you know who I'm talking about), don't have Thomas Towing tow you at the beach. read more
