Everyone in the service department is extremely nice…read more Back in June I took my truck in Spark Plugs replacement, Fuel injector cleaning, Oil Change, State Inspection, Thermostat replacement and Oil sensor replacement. After picking the truck up the first time, I discovered the thermostat wasn't working as the coolant fan never turned off and the oil sensor notification was still dinging. I took it back and Matthews Motors offered me a loaner vehicle while they looked at and worked on the truck. When I picked the truck up the 2nd time the truck has been working great. Thermostat and oil sensor issues both resolved and they didn't try to stick me with any additional charges. Overall I'm pleased. I would definitely go back. I left a 4 star instead of 5 only because while I'm happy with the end result, I was surprised the truck was returned to me without being fully fixed; and also, they did have my truck for about 3.5 or 4 weeks in total. I think they may have been understaffed when I took my truck in. But stuff happens right? It's how a company reacts to hiccups like that that separate the good ones from the bad ones. Turns out Matthews Motors is one of the good ones. If you need to have your vehicle repaired, I think that Matthews Motors will do everything they can to make sure your vehicle is fixed up and that you're happy. Most of the items on the list actually needed servicing and maintenance. One thing that stood out was the tires. The set of tires on the vehicle are high mileage tires that are not near the rating. They kept texting and making sure I didn't want new tires. Other than the back and forth about tires, everything went well and the price range was right around what I expected. This is the dealership where we purchased the vehicle new in 2012. Between here and Jacksonville Toyota all the vehicle maintenance history can be retrieved if needed. I would recommend this dealership for vehicle maintenance and service.
