So, where do I even begin...?!…read more My journey with pain started all the way back in 2003 with my first injury to my lower back and hip. Over the years--with all the ups and downs, body adjustments, weight gain and loss--I began experiencing intense nerve pain in my lower back and right hip, radiating from my buttocks all the way down to my toes. That's when I learned it had a name: sciatica. For a while, I tried to manage the pain with basic stretches, but last year I decided to get an X-ray--just to be safe. The results were honestly shocking: I was diagnosed with L4-L5 disc degeneration, which was the root cause of all my pain. So I started physical therapy. But in March of this year, after a long trip, things got so much worse. The pain became unbearable, and I knew I had to find another way. That's when my partner suggested I try a chiropractor. I'll be honest--I was skeptical. But thank God I found Dr. Min. From the very first visit, the nerve pain that had tormented the entire right side of my body--from my hip to my toes--was completely gone. I used to feel severe pain just from lying on one side for more than an hour. That same week, after my first appointment, I lay on the couch all day with no pain at all. I couldn't sit or stand for longer than 15 minutes without discomfort--and now, that pain is completely gone. I can't express how truly thankful I am for Dr. Min. He is absolutely amazing. If you're struggling with pain, especially sciatica--you will say goodbye to it from the very first visit. Forever grateful!

First off, I can tell you that the staff here genuinely enjoys their line of work, they like being…read morethere, and being there for you. When I first spoke/met with Destiny, I was like ok she is the Boss, and I say that because she keeps everyone in order, on both sides, and I'm pretty sure she's the one responsible for seeing that everything runs smoothly. Not sure how many doctors/therapists work here, I've seen around 6 or 7, but she seems to hold it all down. I appreciate the level of communication I get from her, when scheduling appointments, and I like the reminder texts she sends that you can actually respond to and get a reply. And even though she's always busy, she's always a peach and is very welcoming when I come in. The facility is easy to get to, you can park in the front on the street for 1 hr parking, although Destiny advised against it since there's a history of idiots crashing into parked cars on Sepulveda. Or there's a huge lot in the back, and an entrance that's clearly visible. So today I had my 7th session with Dr. Key. Actually, maybe he's the Boss. But a different kind of boss if you know. Straight off, you realize you're getting treated by someone who knows and truly understands how the body works and makes connections with the necessary actions in order to rehabilitate you. Also, he cares. That's everything, right? Anyway, he def makes you feel comfortable and pays attention to your needs in terms of how you should be.paced and considers your individual progression. With Dr. Key and Madi (who I believe is currently working on her masters or doctorate and is totally going straight to the top cuz she's a baddie) you'll feel like you're in good hands. Although I would rather not have to deal with the circumstances which brought me to them, I do feel grateful to have them looking after me. Backing up real quick, I was referred here to aid in my recovery from a head/neck injury. The accident was actually three years ago but I'm still suffering from headaches, pain, stiffness and weakness on my left side. I've learned that recovery isn't always a quick fix, and that with patience, it also requires work and the willingness to be persistent and consistent with the things that will help truly help you get well. And for the long run. I'm hoping that by rehabbing and strengthening my body through PT, I won't need to rely on drugs or pain management for the rest of my life. I'm learning exercises that I can keep doing past the time I spend here, which I will appreciate forever. So yeah, they're legit and recommend them tremendously.

I had intense pain on my left neck, trap, and shoulder with pain radiating to the left upper thoracic bacK and my left head and eye. My best friend told me about her experience with Dr. Schroeder. I called to schedule my appointment. I explained that I was having severe pain, but expected to have to wait a a week or so. Luckily the receptionist, sandie, was very kind and was able to squeeze me into an appointment within a couple days. Thank goodness. Upon entering the office, to my surprise, I immediately meet Dr. Schroeder as I opened the door because she was walking a patient out. She greeted me with a big smile and welcomed me in. This made me feel at ease that she really cares for her patients. I filed some easy quick paperwork that took 5 minutes, then Dr. Schroeder came back to the waiting area to get me in. She took her time asking questions about my pain and getting my history. She also took some time to get to know me and we had a few laughs. When it was time to get on the table I felt confident in her, since she took her time getting to know me and my pain. She literary put pressure on my back with one finger and immediately I felt relief and a comforting crack. Obviously, her detailed assessment told her exactly where she needed to concentrate her efforts! When she was done with everything she helped me sit up. We talked briefly again and she recommended I see Tom, the massage therapist. She walked over to the waiting area and as I sit, Tom walks into the front door. I meet him and he takes me right back and says he can squeeze me in right away. I get ready and lay down on his cozy, heated table. I tell him I haven't had a massage in years and I'm quite nervous. To ease my anxiety he made sure to explain everything he did before he did it, and what it would feel like. I also liked that he asked if he could use certain oils or fragrances. He said he knew some people are sensitive to certain smells or oils and he wanted to make sure he could use them on me. It got very quite for a little while, which makes me nervous. So, I started talking. we talked, joked and laughed throughout the entire massage. When the massage was over I felt like an entirely different woman ready to take on the day pain free. He went through what he found was tight on my back, shoulder, and neck and had some recommendations that would help me. This office is not a crack and wack kinda place. Dr. Schroeder genuinely cares. Everyone in the office does! Will definitely be going back and will definitely recommend TL; DR I had left neck, shoulder and back pain. Dr Schroeder is a cool, easy-going, knowledgeable, and skillful chiropractor. I left the office with a euphoric, pain free state :)

Highly recommend - they've helped me recover from old accident injuries!…read more After dealing with neck, shoulder, and mid-back pain from traffic accidents many years ago, I finally found real relief at Premiere Chiropractic & Sports Medicine. I've been going there for about a year now, and I'm genuinely improving with every visit. The adjustments have made a huge difference -- my neck and shoulders feel much looser, my mid-back pain has decreased significantly, and I'm standing noticeably taller with better posture than I have in years. What I love most is how friendly and professional the entire team is. Dr. Alan Naim and the staff take the time to listen and really care about your progress. The office is easy to get to, just off the freeway, and they're often able to get me in for same-day appointments when I need them. They also have the latest technology, but they still deliver excellent hands-on adjustments and therapeutic massage -- the perfect combination. If you're struggling with lingering pain from old injuries (or any neck/back issues), I can't recommend Premiere Chiropractic & Sports Medicine enough. They've made a real, lasting difference in my daily life. I've already referred several people and will keep coming back!

I feel like after seeing this doctor a few times I realized the following:…read more 1)Dr. Niam cares about his patients. 2) He has a great staff 3) I've see all 3 chiropractors but prefer Dr. Banks and Dr. Niam for adjustments as they are more firm and quick. Dr. J gives a very soft/light adjustment that just doesn't feel the same for me. 4) Being this is a clinic where they treat people that may not feel well or have migraines etc, I'm surprised they allow the use of phones with sounds in the office waiting area. On my first visit a woman was listening to vulgar music that was loud enough for everyone in the waiting room and front office to hear. Coming in with a headache that's not something I want to hear or listen to. Also, if there were children present, it's really not appropriate. But there's no signs or indications that people need to have their phone on silent. When I had asked the lady if she could turn it down, she just looked at me so I went to the front and asked to sit and wait in my car. There were multiple other times that people were either playing music or listening to reels or other things, and if the office just had a simple policy and they asked their patients to mute their phones it would make it better for all of their patients. I spoke to two of the doctors about this and one doctor completely agreed there should be a policy like this in place because people come for treatment with migraines and pain but the other doctor said no they don't want to inconvenience their patients makes me feel like they aren't being considerate for all their patients, especially those that are in pain. As such I'm increasing my rating because the doctors and staff and treatment are great but will not give a 5 because of the disregard to ensuring all patients, even those in pain and suffering migraines can wait for their treatment without further discomfort.

I have waited quite some time to write this review. I have been visiting Dr. Ash for several weeks…read morenow twice a week and just recently started physical therapy there as well. I'm someone who's hypermobile and I have a lot of various issues with my body, including an old shoulder injury that I had surgery on. All of that had compounded into my dislocating a rib, which is how I found myself at the office. I have been through over a dozen clinics and therapists and chiropractors in my life and can genuinely say that this has been one of the best experiences and it's genuinely giving me hope that I will be able to not have to constantly live in discomfort. Dr. Ash listens intently to everything that you have to say and he's not afraid to allow your input to guide what he does. You spend a significant amount of time in his office for appointments doing a variety of things to help address whatever your issue is. For me it's an array of manual adjustment, stretching, and compression therapy. I'd after my first session with Dr. ashes relatively new physical therapist , I am excited to continue going. He spends significant one on one time with you and really make sure that you're actually understanding and gaining the benefits of the exercises - not just putting you through the motions. I can't count the number of times I found a great physical therapist, but then was passed off to doing the actual exercises with an intern. That's not the case here. 10/10 recommend and will keep coming back and genuinely can't believe I found somewhere that might actually be able to help genuinely fix my body. Only other call out is make sure you read the parking signs because there's only street parking available and I wouldn't recommend parking in the one hour meter slots unless you're sure that your appointment will be less than that time. If you're willing to go 3 to 4 blocks away from the office, you'll find easy 2 hour free parking and honestly, you should walk around after your appointment anyways to help everything settle in.
