We started prepping our house to move to a new place for the first time so we didn't had any experience. We had boxes everywhere and had to rent a storage space just so that we could walk around the house. That was before we learned that this people bring the storage pod to pretty much your front door, leave it there for the time you need it, then they pick it up the date to schedule them to come by. If you are moving to a new place right then and there they pick it up and deliver it to the new place. IF you are in my situation where we have to leave the house and rent until our new house is built then they pick it up and take it to their facilities and hold it for you until you request them to deliver it. For us it will be for around 7 months so I will be updating this review in the future. hopefully saying how well everything came back to us. BTW. We had to reschedule the pick up time and they where really flexible with it as well. Great customer service.

This is the worst moving company I've ever worked with. Absolutely ruined my wife and I's move and…read moresubsequently made our lives hell for a couple days. DO NOT HIRE THEM. THEY LEFT THE JOB halfway through without saying anything. One of the two workers went back to the car and was just sitting in there for about 45 minutes. The other worker went to go check on him and I left them alone for about 30 seconds. When I got back, they were JUST GONE without any explanation. They showed up late to the job and broke multiple boxes and items within those boxes (totaling about 1K in value). Also, they were moving ridiculously slow (it took them one hour to load 20% of our truck - for perspective, the other company we hired unloaded the entire truck in one hour).

TDLR: Do NOT use this company. This was (without any exaggeration) one of the Worst experiences I…read morehave ever gone through. They were 5 hours late, barely actually moved anything, caused damage in multiple places, and made antisemitic comments to me and my family. Not Responsive - I can be a pretty accommodating person. I didnt get upset when they didnt show up on time. Even gave it another half an hour until we called to find out what was going on. We were told they had a job before us that had issues and they were running behind. I had no fuss, I just asked for a better time to expect them. They told me 1pm (3 hours after they were supposedto start at 10am). My family and I took this time before they got there to make sure everything was ready. Truck was in a good spot, all pieces and parts were disassembled and ready to be taken down. Made clear walking paths and areas for them. 1pm rolls around and still no movers and no contact so I called again. They said they should be leaving shortly and arriving in 10 to 15 minutes. I was again accommodating but within 10 minutes got a phone call from a different number. The man I was talking to before (owner of this company) had told the people actually moving us I was upset and angry so the movers wanted to call me directly about why they were late. They also told me that they were leaving to head to us very soon. Fast forward another hour (2:30pm-ish) No word from anyone, no movers had shown up. So instead of playing ring around the phone lines I called back the people who were actually moving us directly. They explained that they went to get lunch and were now on their way to our apartment. When they finally showed up at 3pm I wasn't even that upset with it being 5 hours after we scheduled them to start. We fortunately had been planning to move and unpack things pretty much that entire day so we found other work to do. I wanted to make sure I mentioned it here tho as I know others may not have that kind of "wiggle room" in their schedules. Poor Quality- In the span of multiple hours that they were here they spent most of it bickering with eachother then actually moving anything. They caused dry wall damage in around 5 different areas of the apartment we moved out of and also completely bent the metal framework of the house we moved into. We are opening up a claim with the company to get money back for repairs. I will update here on how that process goes for other's reference as well. Poor Value - When I paid for 4 movers for 3 hours I wasn't expecting body builders with a deep love of picking things up and putting them down again to be what we got. Although I didn't think I would get a 15 year old child either. The child was apparently asked to help last minute that morning by his father, another one of the movers we had. He spent a large amount of his time either sitting in their car, talking on his phone, or just watching others work. Do I blame the child for these things? No. I would say that it is unacceptable for the company to send him with any expectation to do anything less. I'm not even sure if he is legally even allowed to be considered one of the "movers" we were charged for. This is something else we are looking into and I will update here for other's reference based on what we find out. Not Professional- The 3 actual movers (Not counting the child) were extremely unprofessional. Each of the adults complained constantly about the frustrations they had earlier that day. Swearing was the least of it all. I can handle a bit of complaining here and there but when they started making antisemitic comments about their employer (the owner of this company) I was pretty shut down and done with any and all further conversations.
