Dan came by, and quoted me to add a hose to the front yard, add a washer/dryer water hookup, and to add a gas water heater for our 2 unit house. We also got one other quote, and Dan's prices were very fair. We were able to schedule within the week for him to come by. He was able to do the hose and washer dryer within just a few hours - he was very efficient. He came by the following week to do the gas water heater install. We were really happy with this work, efficiency, and fair pricing. Everything he did is working well and I don't doubt he'll be there to help if anything were to go wrong. Note that they do not offer financing, but if you're willing to pay the full amount (half before service and half afterwards) and save some money, it's a good deal. I live in a Condo, so DMC provided all the necessary documents including certificate of insurance before I signed any agreements. It was easy to communicate with DMC via email and phone and everyone I dealt with was polite and friendly. Installation was done within one day and all technicians who came to my house were friendly and professional. Oscar, who I believe was the lead technician, was patient, friendly, a nice guy. So far the system has been running fine. I will update my review at a later time should anything change. With the service I was provided by DMC I feel comfortable and confident using their service in the future for HVAC and plumbing needs. Note that there are some negative reviews associated with home warranty but those seem to be for a different DMC company. The one I'm reviewing is DMC Plumbing from Bayonne, NJ.
