Not like Lowe's where you need to search the warehouse for each item and it's hard to find help. I often make use of their custom wood cutting service on 4 x 8 sheets of plywood. Great selection of spray paints. Usually go there to fill up my grill's propane tank in the summer. Always find them to be couteous and helpful.

Lowes does not stand behind their products! Recently purchased a chainsaw from Lowe's and…read morefrustrated is an understatement! Purchased a Husqvarna saw that will not start. After many attempts, we decided to return the item. Because the saw was out of the box and we attempted to start the saw, the item is not returnable because Lowes cannot re-sell the item After speaking with Lowes Executive Team, the only option is to go through an Authorized Dealer to fix a brand new saw that has never been used. When you purchase an item, the expectation is that the item will work and you take it out of the box. Unfortunately, we made the assumption that the saw would work and now the item is not returnable because we assumed incorrectly. Morale of the story is buy directly from an Authorized Dealer.
