In fact, I'm currently planning for major dental treatment and have no interest in going anywhere else. Dr. Olsen and his staff have consistently provided the most skilled, compassionate, professional and patient centered care I've ever experienced. When you're facing something as significant as extractions and implants, trust matters and this is a practice I trust completely. I don't give five star reviews lightly. This practice earned it then and they have continued to earn it over the years. I've attached my original 2015 review because it's as accurate today as it was in 2015.

They really took great care of him. I would say that the cost seems a bit high, but I imagine that comes with the territory of being in the Palladio where I am sure the rent is extremely high. The only other issue we had was one of the visits they started to work on him, but then seemed to get distracted by another patient and left the room to deal with that. It was about 20 minutes before they came back to finish the work. It seems like something like that shouldn't happen. Scolded me for not getting my wisdom teeth taken out before my age of 25, and said I "caused this to be worse for waiting" like I had money and insurance at 18. Worst part of this experience was with the billing department. They lied and said they called my insurance provider to check if I was in-network. They said I was, and provided estimates. Not until after my costly surgery did they say "oops, actually you aren't, and we aren't responsible for that". My insurance confirmed over the phone that they had told them clearly I WAS NOT IN NETWORK, and this dental office STILL provided me paperwork and a treatment plan saying I was in-network. Now that I've called and tried to fight this, as it was not my mistake made, they are trying to say they cannot "guarantee estimates" which is a big fat cover up and phrase used to say "we don't want to be held responsible for not doing our jobs correctly". So now I am stuck with a $500 bill I can't afford. DO NOT LET THEM CONFIRM YOUR INSURANCE INFORMATION. They will get it wrong, and then charge you more.

Beware of Unnecessary Procedures and Misleading Diagnoses…read more I visited Renaissance Family Dentistry for a first-time evaluation and was immediately told I had 3-4 cavities. The staff was persistent about scheduling treatment right away, applying noticeable pressure to get the procedures done as soon as possible. They also scheduled a cleaning for the same visit -- but it was never performed. Concerned by the aggressive approach, I sought second and third opinions from two other dentists. Neither of them found any cavities in the areas this clinic had flagged. I then went a step further and consulted a prosthodontist, a specialist with significantly advanced training in dental restoration and diagnostics. The prosthodontist also confirmed there were no cavities -- and importantly, advised me to be cautious about this clinic. It is deeply troubling when a dental office diagnoses conditions that multiple other professionals, including a specialist, cannot confirm. This pattern raises serious concerns about whether unnecessary procedures are being recommended simply to bill insurance for codes and maximize revenue at the patient's expense. I strongly urge anyone visiting this clinic to always seek a second opinion before agreeing to any treatment.
