CAL BAR complaint Filed!! http://calbar.ca.gov This Dude is worthless as an attorney. I wish I had seen the reviews before, so I WOULD NOT have hired him. I hired him after a FALSE "FREE consultation" I had URGENT case so I PAID in full for 2 Cases. Still did not get consultation. took my money and was ushered all the way to the Street. I was given intake forms to fill out, completely wrong for my case. I wrote all pertinent info, separately, on my case but NEVER discussed my case w this guy. Instead, a "paralegal" with Pessimal English skills wrote docs all wrong info, wrong defendant, etc. I REJECTED to re-do. They filed a motion anyway but never contacted me about it. Atty NEVER appeared for Hearing, I Did not appear bc I was NOT informed. Case dismissed. On a Probate case, (never discussed) he did not make appearance. I had to Prod him by TEXT to show up at hearing. made a "Verbal objection" but never Filed any Docs to officially enter the case. Instead filed "substitution of Atty" and DROPPED HIMSELF out of the case Without ever telling me. I kept calling to find out status of the 2 cases, then unprofessional secretaries were Rude, offensive, name-calling. Was LIED-to and said first case was "continued" but was DISMISSED. I had to go to court and INVESTIGATE status of Both cases. the Probate, Deadline for filing actions was passed and thus, by Statute of limitations I lost right to make claim. Lost at least $3.5 Million Dls in Probate case. When I contacted and demanded answers, Staff was Rude and condescending. I demanded a FULL REFUND so I could hire a REAL lawyer and SALVAGE my cases. this Crook refused to return money and laughed at me. ONLY AFTER I filed a CAL BAR complaint (link at top) and notified him, he still had the AUDACITY to STEAL my money and offer only 100dls from the Thousands I gave him. This Guy is a CROOK and a THIEF. I will get him SUSPENDED and RECOVER my money!!! IF he screwed up your case and STOLE your money, contact CAL BAR he needs to be suspended and DisBARRED. Avoid This Attorney at All Costs My experience with this attorney was nothing short of a disaster. Despite what may seem like a competitive rate--$3,500 upfront and $500/month for six months--the service received was abysmal and ultimately cost me a case that should have been a clear win. He consistently failed to return calls or respond to messages. Court dates were continued not once, but four times due to his complete lack of preparation and coordination. It was obvious that his team had no internal communication; the left hand had no idea what the right hand was doing. This was a straightforward case--one that any competent attorney could have resolved efficiently. Instead, it was botched beyond repair due to his disorganization, arrogance, and stunning lack of professionalism. He showed zero empathy, failed to advocate for me effectively, and treated my case with outright indifference. I will be filing a formal complaint with the State Bar for negligence, failure to communicate, and a total disregard for ethical standards. Do not make the same mistake I did. Do not hire him. The worst attorney for family and guardianship,provided NO defense NO witness s No documents signed after saying NO multiple times to guardianship he conspired with other attorney and signed away my rights, case brought to trial while evidence was still pending. eventually evidence cleared father but lost case. this attorney should be disbarred. read more

Stop don't use Thompson law, He should be disbarred , my siblings were trustees & poisoned my mom & stole my inheritance & all her money, Thompson took a bribe from them & stopped helping me, he told me to leave the trustees alone & go to church & get over it, I didn't have enough money to pay for another attorney, I will never forgive him ! ! read more

This lawyer is someone you can trust to really fight for your case. He was very blunt with his opinion on my case and did not overpromise. I got more than what I expected to get because Mr. Thompson fought for me.
