Mr. Alonso is absolutely one of the best handyman's we have ever used. When it comes to older buildings built many years ago, things are constantly breaking and many times it's impossible to find the exact replacement part, as they no longer even manufacture those building items. Mr. Alonso is super creative, and extremely resourceful. He's always able to solve the hardest problems, sometimes things that may look impossible to fix, he has done just an amazing job. He has completely a ton of tasks, each with care and dedication. He has fixed minor electrical issues for us, minor plumbing issues, repaired and installed small areas of laminate flooring, straightened doors. He's also an amazing carpenter and have replaced custom wood window frames/trims, custom door frames/trims, and made everything look absolutely beautiful. The residents have provided very positive feedback regarding his work. His admin lady Melissa is also super knowledgeable and is always very responsive to answer questions.
