That lady who we think owns the place was real fun to get to know and we all share the same common memories of Portland in the 90s. As with any shop like this i would think the selection of stuff is subjective and changes often. Today we were impressed by good amount of records, fun cassettes and some great old clothing with some advertising places long gone like the city nightclub. I'm not attracted to dark, I've experienced enough, and I was never a goth. But for those attracted to that it is a thing. Imperfecta is a large art gallery and a gift shop. On the art side, they have very reasonably priced originals. They have many small sculptures. And they do significant installations. They have all kinds of vintage ephemeral objects. They would fit into the dark, witchy, magick, oddities realm in my view. The owner and staff, some volunteers, were present and helpful.
