If I could give Eddie 6 stars, I would. He fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. We have been living with a malfunctioning air conditioner for over a year. Others have tried to fix it and failed. I detailed the symptoms (runs for 6-10 minutes, turns off for 30-40 minutes, repeat, never achieving the set point) and what had been tried. We suspected a clogged condensation line but had no idea where it was or how to clear it, if that was the problem. He said that was likely and explained how he came to that conclusion. He sandwiched a visit into his schedule, traced the condensation line from the attic to the drain pipe under the sink in the second bathroom and cleared the line for us. Success! The a/c is behaving as it should and the house is finally cool. His charge was just a standard visit, which was very reasonable. His expertise was priceless. The photo shows the condensation line.
