Joe recently installed a Trane 2 stage AC system in my home. I would never again consider another HVAC provider. He is honest, professional, neat, respectful of property, communicates extremely well,has the most extensive knowledge base, and is a veteran! Joe's quote was not the least expensive, but his expertise quickly separated his from the other 4 bids. Speaking of the other bids: one illegally tried to tell me my AC could be deducted from my taxes with solar, another was using non-Trane equipment to give a lower bid, a third installed my 2 stage furnace with a thermostat that could only run the furnace as a one stage furnace(Joe discovered this). The final quote I did not choose used the same installer to tap into electrical instead of a licensed electrician ( as did all quotes except the one from Joe- he used Jesse Keegan as a separate licensed electrician per code requirements and Jesse did an excellent job as well! Joe also was the only contractor to perform load calculations to identify if I needed additional ducting to balance the cooling in all rooms in my home. I did need more ductwork and expect the heating will be more even this winter. Joe discovered the incorrect thermostat, corrected ductwork that was not properly connected in the garage from my prior furnace install, put tarps down in the house and cleaned up meticulously, communicated thoroughly throughout the process and even met with the inspector. He also fixed a hinge on my closet door which was not at all part of the job, but he saw it when accessing the attic. I received several bids before selecting Air Support, but Joe was the only one who assessed the correct load and ductwork for each room. I met Joe about two years (2017) ago while he was working on my neighbors house. After talking with him I knew he was an honest person and I just got a good feeling about him. Today (Jul 2019) my A/C isn't working correctly and the first person I think of is Joe. I called him and he came out and started to trouble shoot the problem. He took his time in trouble shooting the problem and let me know what could be going wrong. He spent four hours working on the A/C system, but when he got done with it, the A/C was blowing colder air in the house like NEVER before. My worst fear happened my air conditioning went out on a very hot day. I knew it would be almost impossible to get someone out to fix it at 4 pm. I went on yelp and started calling everyone on the list. My number one criteria was they had to come that day. I knew I was going to pay through the roof but, excessive heat makes me do things I normally wouldn't. I called Joseph at Air Support and he said sure he'd come over. I was relieved that I found someone but, like I said before I knew I was going to have to pay a "is a hot day at 4 pm" charge. Joseph showed up at the promised time of a half an hour. He was nice and showed me exactly what was wrong. I could tell what was wrong because I could see by looking at the part that the wires were fried. I was expecting some kind of bull like since that was fried the "whatever" had to be changed was well. I had ASI the white glove guys out a year ago for preventive maintence they went up into the attic (that's not where my air conditioning is) and they told me my whole system needed to be rewired. I called his supervisor and complained so they sent out another technician. The second guy told me a bunch of crap too. It was so obvious that they were trying to rip me off because I'm a woman and therefore I wouldn't understand. Joseph was nothing like that he didn't try to feed me a line he didn't try to charge me for a bunch of stuff I really didn't need. He was like that guy that most people pretend to be. Everone knows a guy, you know that guy that is honest, warm and friendly, just a great guy, that's Joseph. He was very knowledgeable he found the problem right away. He didn't talk to me like I'm some kind of idiot. He fixed the problem quickly and charged a fair price without the "it's a hot day" surcharge.
