The first guy came…read moreto finish up the demo, and didn't bring any plastic (they were pulling out plaster) - so I had to provide plastic to him or my entire house would have been covered in plaster dust. Then they dropped off the drywall when they weren't supposed to and left it outside (with rain in the forecast) so they had to come back and move it in the house. The guys that hung the drywall didn't shim the drywall so the walls aren't flat, which caused problems for my countertop gusy. And when I called to complain, they told me that it was my houses fault that they couldn't hang drywall properly. And they are expensive. It would have cost me less to have my electrician hang the drywall and would have been done better.... :-O

We built a modern home and had the entire house, walls and ceilings painted all the same color but…read moreafter a couple weeks after moving in we noticed lots of marks on the walls, dirty hand prints... We tried wiping the walls down but realized the paint was very chalky & discolored. Nothing we did would get all the marks off the walls so we went to Sherwin Williams to order some new paint and they told us the grade of paint used on our house wasn't even a grade they sell because it's used on industrial buildings as a base coat. It's not even a final coating paint!! Everything makes sense to us now, cleaner marks from the spray mop around the bottom of the walls that will not come off, hand prints up the stairs, drywall showing when you try wiping down the walls, discolored walls everywhere from all the kids just touching them... We paid nearly $10,000 to have our house painted and after just 2 years we are contemplating having the entire house painted again. Very frustrating since we were sold a "scrubbable flat finish"

Jeremy is wonderful on communication, returns calls within 2 hours or less, sends pictures of progress, asks for clarification and gives advice. Workers show up everyday and all trash and debris was taken care of. All the things you want in a GC. His attention to detail is outstanding. He even redid the molding around of the inside of the closet doors, something you wouldn't see unless you looked. The cabinets fit perfectly, every corner of the tile work was clean. Lights were moved and placed exactly where I wanted them. Everything works. He's very respectful of property and we could not have hired someone better. We will definitely be reaching out to him in the next year or two for the next phase on the outside of the house.
