Their prices are very reasonable compared to other body shops, but what really keeps me coming back is the quality of their work. Every time I pick up my vehicle, it looks like new again. On my most recent visit, they estimated the repair would take about four days, but the work was actually completed two days ahead of schedule. That was a pleasant surprise and speaks to their commitment to taking care of customers. What also stands out is their attention to detail. Not only was the repair work excellent, but they thoroughly cleaned the vehicle before returning it to me--even the floor mats were spotless. It's those little touches that show how much pride they take in their work. If you're looking for an honest, reasonably priced body shop that does quality work and treats your vehicle with care, I highly recommend ER Collision & Autobody.

On May 31, the bumper popped out again -- just one day later…read more At pickup, I specifically raised concerns that the fitment was still off and that there was visible bulging in the same area where the bumper had previously popped out. I documented those concerns because it looked similar to the condition that led to the prior failure. Unfortunately, those concerns proved valid. I was told that if the bumper popped out again, the repair would be redone and the fender, bumper, and all associated components would be replaced. I documented these discussions in writing, and the notes were signed by the shop representative. Since discovering the issue, I have contacted the shop twice and have not received a response. I also discovered a damaged part on the vehicle that should not have been present following the repair. Given the recurring fitment issues and the presence of damaged parts, I now have serious concerns about the quality of the repairs and whether all damaged components were properly replaced in accordance with the repair plan and invoices provided to me.

Because of the aluminum truck bed body the shop I previously used could not fix it. So I searched around and called some well known body shops that did aluminum body work and they declined to see my truck. Thanks to Yelpers that left earlier reviews for Chang's I called and came to them. They saw me the same day which was great because I had taken off the day from work. BEST part was I was actually able to leave my truck in capable hands. They did ALL the work contacting and working with my insurance company, AAA (who did an awesome job too). Simon and his crew kept me updated along the process. Happy to report the work was great and the calibrating of the truck sensors were perfect too. Last shop could never get the rear right sensors right and I always would get a false warning. Thanks Simon!

Tony was courteous and extremely responsive, keeping me updated through the entire process. When the body work was done, there was an issue with the rear window where it kept rolling down on its own. I was able to take the car into Tesla to fix that problem and Tony was able to get it covered by filing a supplemental claim with my insurance. Hai Tech does great work. I wouldn't be coming back over the years if they didn't.

Usually when you look for a mechanic, you want one that will turn you away more than they reel you in, and that is exactly how Andy runs their shop. He knows I have an aging car so we often discuss what is worth and not worth fixing at this point in time. On the rare occasion that he does have to repair my car beyond a routine oil change, he would go out of his way to inspect other areas as a courtesy (complimentary) that other shops would charge diagnostics for. It's a shame that there are some old complaints in these reviews because this shop has been a pillar of the community. Opened around the time I was born actually, so to claim that they are "out to get people" is disingenuous, it is clear that being open for 3 decades and counting means they are in it for the long haul - their reputation is all they have. I'm sure if there were some misunderstandings, speaking with them instead of running to Yelp would solve every issue. I'm just glad I got a mechanic I can rely on which is hard to come by nowadays!

He did warn me that it could be a little wait due to high volume of clients. I ended up going with a muffler delete and replaced my suspension with coil overs. Yen took care of the muffler delete and Lee and two other very helpful gentlemen took care of my coil overs. I have to say I am very satisfied with the quality of work for the value. They quoted me way under anyone else that I had called prior to going with them. I will recommend A-1 Muffler Express to all of my friends and family. They all make you feel that you're part of the family. They offered me coffee and cold water while I waited for my car to be done. One thing to remember, they are experts in mufflers, exhaust systems, and not any other type of work. But it never hurts to ask if they can do it for you!

Since my truck was out of warranty, I wasn't sure where to turn. I reached out through Yelp and heard back from Ed almost immediately. He had a good idea of what might be wrong and invited me to bring the truck in for an assessment. After inspecting it, he identified damage (caused by rats) to the transmission wiring harness, which had unfortunately caused internal damage. He walked me through everything clearly and provided a very reasonable estimate for a full rebuild. Throughout the entire process, Ed was easy to communicate with, always professional, and genuinely helpful with his advice. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond after the repair. I was told this type damage might be covered under my comprehensive auto insurance. Ed then took the time to work directly with my insurance company--providing detailed documentation and expert insight. Because of his effort and experience, the claim was approved and the repair ended up being fully covered. That level of service is rare these days. I truly appreciate Ed's honesty, professionalism, and follow-through. He did exactly what he said he would do and then some. I had a hard time believing that was the issue. My truck left worse than when I came in. I came into Anthony's shop and he helped me get everything dialed into spec. Car drives brand new again. Good price and value. The negative reviews about alignment seems to me are more of people who generally don't know much about vehicles and claim things are a scam when they need "new parts" I also feel they don't know how to properly explain what is going on with the car. I came in, Anthony got everything to spec. My steering wheel was a tad off, he fixed it on the spot. Everything is extremely straight now, we both took the time to see where the issue may lie and resolved it. Will come back again. Take it from me, a person who works on their car 99% of the time, this shop is legit. Just know what is wrong with your vehicle, and listen to what they tell you. It's a recommendation they're giving you if they say something is bad. You can always say no but if the part is bad, your alignment will be thrown off in no time. Will be back again.
