    I hate leaving negative reviews but hopefully the feedback will help them become a better company. My interactions with Julian started off great, very responsive and willing to come down for a small 5 Ethernet termination project on a weekend at a reasonable price. However on the day of actual service communication broke down completely. My window was 1-3 and I had no notification whatsoever that their previous jobs were running late and that they would likely miss the window. At 3 I contact Julian and am told that the techs will give me a call. I get no response for the next 45 minutes so I basically pack up and leave the worksite. I then get a nice message from Julian apologizing and saying he expected the techs to call me and explain that they were held up at their first job. While I appreciated the explanation, from other reviews it seems a common recent theme that management has no idea what the non communicative techs are doing. If they have known for the past 5 hours they are going to be late...let the customer know so we can figure out a solution preemptively. To his credit, Julian eventually responds and says to make it right he'll come by and do it on Sunday himself. I tell him that's kind and to call me or text me to let me know when he's coming. Guess what Sunday rolls around and....no further texts or responses from Julian and his team. Completely unprofessional. I understand that this was a small job but the right thing to do would be to just say no from the get go. Based on what I've read if they ever show up you'll get great service...but you may have trouble getting them there in the first place. Edit: Julian did eventually contact me on Sunday to schedule a time but by now I had lost faith in their ability to schedule appropriately.

    Some technical issues lead to me hire these gentleman. It started with a Yelp project of course! Which allowed me to receive bids from various vendors. Isiah and Elijah ended up doing the actual install. There's a story behind how I ended up choosing the most upgraded mechanical mantelmount system. The week prior Peter and Elijah came and discovered that the previous person (who shall not be named) messed up my television. A screw was broken off inside. They recommended the mechanical mantlemount which would not but added pressure moving the television up and down. I am so stoked with the service. Instead of trying to just "make it Work" they suggested a solution that would be the best. Was it a more expensive mount? Yes, but I did not feel like I as being taken advantage of and they didn't charge me a service fee for showing up the first time. Now, I have an awesome little entertainment center for my new home. I could not be happier. They showed up on time, were professional, and cleaned up after themselves. Thank you. SYOY!

They were incredibly kind and professional while we all juggled uncertain Covid schedules. The technicians just came this week, and were absurdly professional and capable. They knew every last random detail about houses like ours, did impeccable handiwork, and were fabulous communicators. On top of that, they wore masks every second they were inside the house without even mentioning it. Their after hours emergency house calls *are* expensive (which they very clearly explained!) I imagine some of the negative reviews here didn't realize that. Really great guys all round, and I recommend them highly.

It may not seem like an emergency to the average person, but it was for me because I was concerned that I could not get my alarm to set as I was leaving in the evening, and my shop is full of expensive Christmas merchandise at the moment. I called Froula, and Jaspyr was the technician on call. He was extremely polite and helpful, guiding me through checking various pieces of equipment in the shop and saving me the money a tech visit would have cost me. We figured out together, while he stayed extremely calm, that a battery was burned out. I went to to a grocery store to buy a new one, even calling him from that store to make sure I was buying the right battery. Then I called him from a ladder in my shop, and he explained exactly how to replace the battery and reset the alarm. I am SO GRATEFUL for this assistance, and for Jaspyr's calm and reassuring manner. Shopkeepers live in terror that we will be burglarized, and a properly set alarm, maintained by a company that cares, staffed by experienced and kind technicians, is essential to running a bricks and mortar shop. Jaspyr understands all that, and I am very appreciative of his assistance, which took about two hours from start to finish. He stayed with me, answered his phone about four times, and answered all my questions! He's a keeper, Froula!
