We had some Ethernet ports in our house, but weren't sure how they were configured, wanted to verify bandwidth potential, and wanted to add a couple ports in other rooms. Julian came out and walked through the house and around the outside; we discussed where in each room I was hoping to see the ports added. I reached out on Yelp about a very sketchy potential TV mount I was considering into a gigantic and hideous rough stone fireplace facing. Jacob replied back almost instantly to get the conversation rolling, and then Julian contacted me, super conveniently over SMS, to follow up on an attempted phone contact I'd made earlier in the day--even after business hours. In the end, after evaluating pictures and considering hardware options, Julian advised that it'd be too risky with the depth of the stones and the unknowns about the backing support--a kind of integrity that I didn't get from a couple of other quotes that were essentially "yeah, sure, we'll make it work, whatever." After considering alternative options, I scheduled a more conventional and boring install on a normal drywall/wood stud setup, as I didn't have an extra pair of hands to lift a gigantic TV. This was very easy with transparent and competitive pricing, good communication on scheduling, and a very prompt availability given a holiday week for Thanksgiving. I got a surprise the next day, with a family member wanting to stop by to drop things off also volunteering to help with the heavy lifting. That let me convert the task into a DIY project, and then calling to cancel my appointment (talking in person with Julian this time) was again extremely pleasant and professional. Very satisfied with the quality or work done by Jacob and the team. Like many people, I have been working from home due to COVID-19. I have high speed internet with a wired connection getting me close to 100mbps but all my machines are connected over wireless due to lack of Ethernet wall outlets, I was going to run cables from my switch in the living room to the offices which would have been messy. Jacob and his team came in and were able to run the cables under my house through the crawl space, install wall outlets in the offices and now I can get faster connections speeds. Never got an estimate, 3 phone calls never answered and finally a response on Yelp message a month later saying I'll get my estimate the next day. No estimate, another month passes a few phone calls unanswered, finally a response saying need to come to house within the week to get an HDMI cord length for estimate; sure no problem; as expected no visit, no follow up; another month passes; 2 phone calls not returned, now really frustrated and request estimate money back which owner to his credit refunded. Owner said he would try to make it right but now no response for over 3 weeks. Looks like most had positive experiences but I did not and beware you could be lost in the wash and ignored. read more

I had a project the consisted of mounting a tv over a fireplace and setting up a 5.1 surround system. They also wired all of my speakers into the house!
