She did a perfect fine job on my brows, but $20??? Are you out of your mind? I pay $8 in New York City. How is it that they can get away with charging more than double in Florida? My brows took all of about 5 minutes. That equates to $240 per hour plus tips. Guess I chose the wrong profession. And I couldn't figure out why I'd want cold stones on my brows after she was done. Awesome, always perfect and with very minimal discomfort. I have been threading for 10+ years at the same salon. When I moved I was worried I would not find somewhere to thread that I would like. I was wrong, I LOVE them. It used to hurt me to thread but the results where always worth it. NOT HERE! I barely feel it happening on my brows, and they know how o shape them just right! They are so gentle I decided to try getting my upper lip done, I would've NEVER tried it at my other place, hell no. I did feel it, but the "pain" was very minimal. Highly recommend these ladies. I have been going to this place for around three years now and the two sisters do a great job at what they do. But today, February 11, 2012 an incident happened and I will never go to this place ever again. No self respecting person will go to this place. I went in today at around 3.00 pm to get my eyebrows, upper lips, side locks and chin threaded. This is exactly the same what I have been getting done there since three years and they know it. I did not make an appointment and walked in. The lady at the reception told me that they have back to back appointments till 4.00 pm but they can squeeze me in in between if I was willing to wait. I was ready to wait and was waiting for my turn. In about 10 minutes, one of the sisters and the co-owner took me and started doing my eyebrows. After completing eyebrows, side locks and upper lips, she did not want to thread my chin as her other clients were waiting. I told her that since you took me in between so please complete my threading. She refused to do it and I had to walk out without completing my threading. It was like you go to a hair stylist and they do left side of your hair and refuse to do the right side as they have clients waiting. I was disappointing and insulting. I WILL NEVER go to this place again, no self respecting person will go again. read more

I have been going to Threading Diva in Fort Lauderdale for 5 years now and would never go anywhere else to get my eyebrows done. When I first started going, I lived 30 minutes away, and twice I went to other places for convenience and regretted it each time! It is worth the drive. The 2 owners are so professional and courteous and the best at what they do. I get compliments on my eyebrows all the time. The way they thread is practically painless. If you have had your eyebrows threaded before and didn't have a good experience whether it was the results or the pain, you have to try getting it done at Threading Diva you won't regret it. I really liked Threading Diva in Ft. Lauderdale. I had Sarah so my full face. She took her time going over every inch of my face and it was painless. I would definitely come back here. It is pretty pricey though. I paid $59 for my full face. It's worth it though. They even cooled down my skin with cold stones. I've had my eyebrows threaded in NY, Chicago and even LA, never paid more then 12. Chicago with their huge indian population price is usually driven down to 8. $20 for EYEBROW threading? that's a joke. there are places that thread for $9 and they do a much better and more thorough job! Maybe Threading Divas tent is high or something, but it's ridiculous to charge this much for an average job. If i'm paying $20 for less than 10 minutes on my eyebrows, I really don't feel too generous when it comes to tipping. I'd rather go pay $9 and drive a few miles farther for an excellent job and tip $5-7 instead. read more

Love shalini and sharmila! They are amazing at eyebrows! I'm so picky with my eyebrows and trust no one, but these girls I trust they shaped my eyebrows and made them the best I've ever had! I never have a problem getting an appointment and am always in and out so quickly. They do only accept cash tips but that's no biggy it's worth it. Threading is the best I would highly recommend over wax and if you're going to thread I recommend you go to threading diva. read more

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded at Threading Diva since they first opened and I could never go anywhere else. The ladies are all artists when it comes to threading and really take the time to listen to your eyebrow goals and work with you to achieve them. My eyebrows were paper thin 1 year ago now they are thick and amazing! This service does not hurt once the skin gets used to it. They also sell the best eyebrow pencils that I use religiously! Flexible weekend schedules are great for those of us who work during the week. read more

I gave them two stars because the lady did do a really good job on my brows, which were in rough shape. But horrible customer service has ensured that I will not return. I went for their weekly 20% off special (Wednesday this month) and when I asked for the discount at checkout, the girl at the front desk wouldn't give it to me, saying it was only one day and that I should look on Facebook for which day it was. I took that to mean it was only one day per month (even though I recalled it being a weekly special, but took her word). I paid full price and when I looked at the Facebook page after I left, I saw it was indeed a weekly special, not monthly. Called back and she said she meant that it was only one day per week. Made no sense, because if she thought that, she would have just given me the discount when I asked for it. She said if I had just shown her the FB page, she would have given me the discount, and if I came back, she would give me the money back. Since I was on my lunch break and they closed before I leave work for the day, I said I would come another day. Came the next day when they had later hours and the front desk girl was not there, but the lady who did my brows was. She told me knew of my issue and said that I had to "Like" the Facebook page to get the discount. I told her I did like the page, that's how I knew about the special. Then she said that I had to print the coupon from the FB page (doesn't say that anywhere on the page, and it's not even a coupon, it's an image that says to come in for the special). She also said she couldn't give me any money back because the owners weren't there and she would give me 20% next time I came in. Needless to say, I will not be going back there. For a $20 eyebrow threading, I expected better customer service than this. read more

The first time I came here about a month or so ago, I had a great experience and the eyebrow tech really shaped my brows perfectly. I think she may be the owner. I am blonde and have lightish colored brows so I try to hold on to every eyebrow hair I have. I just went here recently and I am VERY upset. I had a different eyebrow tech this time and told her I like them somewhat defined but as thick as possible. She completely took away both "tails" of my brows to the point where they're just blunt at the ends. Also, my one thicker brow was left with no arch and she didn't shape them at all. She gave me a mirror to look at my face and the damage was already done and my hairs were gone. Like I said, I am very upset because I have to fill them in with eyebrow pencil or powder to look normal. I should have never gone to this tech. Now I'm putting growth serum on my brows to help facilitate hair growth where my eyebrows use to be. I will not come again. read more
