When trying to make an appointment for myself, I called 3x within a 30 minute span and had no answer. Months back when I called for more info about gift cards for my mom, they also didn't pick up. Nonetheless, both times they called back a little while later and left a voicemail, so I appreciated the reach out! They answered both times when I called them back afterwards and everything was set. Booking via phone was super easy, and they also have an online booking system as well. The spa is super clean, cute, and modern. Halina is who took care of me the entire time and I absolutely adored her! So down-to-earth, friendly, and absolutely great at her job. I got a 90-minute signature facial ($120) and it was worth every penny. I didn't even know this came with it but she also massaged my arms, shoulders, and feet! I felt so relaxed and my skin was flawlessly hydrated after. I loved every part of the facial, even the extraction (she made it as painless as possible). I had the setting solution on for literally an hour while she was working on other people. The nails were so horribly done, I had to get them redone at another salon. I could go on and on on about the horrible design and botched paint job for my nails-BUT- what is more importsnt is the unsanitary work conditions that resulted in my boyfriend having the most disgusting infected toenail, that he had to go to urgent care to get taken care of. The pedicure resulted in an incredibly infected toenail that was pus filled and had to be drained, and part of the toenail had to be removed. He was also given antibiotics and told he has to come get the infected toenail checked out again in a week. I contacted the nail salon about this and requested a refund and they told me basically to get lost and if I wanted a refund to "call the police". DO NOT GO HERE. Absolutely the worst nail salon I have ever been to, only go here if you want to be treated terribly and leave with a horrible infection and an urgent care bill.
