They had great food and drinks especially the root beer. You don't have to wait a long time I recommend you try it.

Three Barrel Brewing Company has amazing pizza and a wonderful caesar salad. Our server was very friendly and the mood in the restaurant was chill. Thankfully the second time we attempted to eat at Three Barrel we were successful. The first time we went, they were closed due to technical difficulties... weird

We got: -Pretty Thai for a White Guy (Firecracker chili sauce, provolone, mozzarella, pulled chicken, asian slaw, and peanut sauce) -Barbacoa Street taco (Provolone and mozzarella base, shredded beef, chili rojo, cilantro lime crema, and feta cheese) Pizza and beers were out quick! We preferred the barbacoa street taco pizza, but both were great.

Stopped here on our way back to Salida, quaint little town. Seen three barrel brewing and had to stop- parking lot full. Nice place and good beer and prices. Only stopped for one as we had to keep moving; but wished we could of stayed longer. Staff was fantastic and busy. This place not only has great beers but a wood fired pizza oven. The pizzas, sandwiches and calzones were made right in front of you and baked in front of you. Staff was diligently busy making each artistically and yummy. See some great sandwiches and pizzas made before our eyes. Talked to local patron and he said this is the best place in middle of a small town with awesome food. Great portions and visually appealing. Highly recommend a stop here if going through Del Norte.

Enjoyed the outside eating today! Our waitress was great! The food was wonderful! So glad we decided to stop! The pizzas around us looked really good too! The caprese panini was perfect! By the way, the outside patio is dog friendly.

Popular place for beer and pizza. I can see why -- both are really good. There is a lengthy selection of craft beers made on site. Made in a number of different styles. If you drink beer and are thirsty in Del Norte, look no further. The pizzas are really good. Again, a lengthy selection of Pizzas available, or you can custom order it just like you want it. Prices are very reasonable. Food is served pretty darn quickly. Inside it is busy, loud and there are Televisions on the walls with all your favorite sports on.

Best pizza! Service is great! Fun vibe place to go after a day slashing pow! They get you in fast, and food comes out fast! A gem for anyone in the Del Norte, south fork area. We come every year and no disappointment year after year. We fly all the way from Alaska for their pizza!

Here is the Axe with Green chilies added to it. When in southwest Colorado green chilies are a must on everything

When you find yourself in Del Norte, Co this is a must stop and eat and drink. Great wood fired pizza. Today I got the Axe with green chili added to it. Beer was their Amber Mexican Style Lager. Staff is very enthusiastic and energetic. This place I stop by every time I roll through town, which is about 5 times a year.

Good food and good service. I liked how they had a variety of taps to choose from so anyone visiting can choose their favorite or try them all. I had a flight of six and enjoyed most of them. I also took a few packs of their bottles since they had a sale on them. I cant wait to share with family and friends. For a snack I shared the "Axe" pizza and added some green chile for some spice. As a native NM I did not taste the green chile they put on there it had no extra flavor. The pizza overall was good but nothing special to me. I plan to try other menu items on my next visit.

The pizza here is amazing and would recommend trying these guys out. They have great toppings selections and great prices on 10 pizzas. The pizza crust was so good. I love a thin crispy crust and this was perfect.

A regular stop for us when passing though. Food and service are always great but I do wish they had more variety. We've had a couple of the pizzas, which are delicious, and the caprese panini.

For a small town, this place is pretty good! You can't go wrong with any of their pizzas and the local beer also didn't disappoint.

Great service, good selection on tap + some options for the non-beer crowd. The house pizza was particularly good!

Every single beer on tap was quality. Even if the style wasn't your favorite, it was still quality. But for for me, I thought every beer was delicious. To tag along, the was also high quality (that goat burger was amazing). I can't finish this without giving a nod to the Service, our bartender, she was great. Finally, I loved the ambiance. The restaurant was clearly popular, with a packed parking lot and a steady line of guests waiting for tables. While the outdoor seating wait was about 30 minutes, we were pleasantly surprised to be seated indoors right away. The atmosphere is lively and energetic, though it can get quite loud during busy times. I ordered the Rio Brisket Tacos and appreciated the happy hour discount, which made them an even better value. The Chokecherry Habanero Margarita was a standout, offering just the right balance of flavor and heat. My son tried the Homesick Texas Steak Sandwich along with a homemade root beer and thought they were decent. Service was a bit inconsistent during our visit, but the staff seemed to be managing a very busy crowd. The restaurant's popularity was evident when we overheard that the wait time had grown to an hour and a half by the time we left. Overall, while the experience didn't completely meet our expectations, it's easy to see why this spot draws such a crowd. The unique drink offerings, happy hour specials, eating by the river and strong local following may make it worth a visit for travelers passing through the area.

Nestled among the peaks of the Sawatch Range, where tumbleweeds might theoretically roll if they weren't caught in the spokes of a passing bicycle, sits an establishment of peculiar perfection: The Biker & The Baker. My compass has unerringly pointed to their door every single time I visit Salida over the past five years. It is a tradition forged in sugar and chain grease, where the rugged American West meets the precision of French pastry. Pairing high-desert riding with artisanal baking seems like a recipe for a pile-up, but the execution here is a sweet ride. You will find aerodynamic cyclists sitting elbow-to-elbow with flannel-draped modern prospectors, united by a singular quest for butter. The Biker handles the gears, the Baker handles the tiers. They aren't just coasting on charm; they are pedaling toward culinary triumph, baking up a storm that rivals the monsoons over the Arkansas River. The confections are miniature monuments to indulgence. I have routinely panned for gold in this valley, but the true motherlode is their lemon tart--a symmetrical marvel of citrus striking like a high-noon sun. Their charcuterie boards are arranged with the geometric exactitude of a surveyor mapping a railroad. Whether you are gearing up to summit Mount Shavano or recovering from a grueling promenade, this sanctuary provides the requisite fuel. It is the exceedingly charming destination itself.
