It's an easy place to get in and out of. The speaker was in good working condition. The employees were kind and worked quickly to get our order out even though they made me wait in an area just past the pickup window. My kiddos got soft-serv with their kids meal. It was a beautiful work of art on a warm day. I found it odd that an employee asked if they wanted their ice cream now or later. At the drive-thru! Lol. No complaints about our order that afternoon. Giving a bad review to restaurants usually isn't my thing…read more But today I had the third or fourth bad experience at the Dairy Queen in Monte Vista, Co. It took them 20 minutes to bring my food out to my car. I wasn't the only one, 3-4 cars waited that long also. As I said not the first time, but the longest wait. Yes they were busy. But in the last couple months this has been the norm. Here is my suggestion, if you can't get my food to me within a few minutes, then don't take any more orders until you can fulfill the orders you have in the queue. That way if someone doesn't want to wait in line that long they can leave. Once we have payed for our meals, most won't leave. Please get it together management.
