Here is part of the email I sent to the owner Jim with no response: Over the past week and half, I have made repeated attempts to contact you: * I texted Chris three separate times with no response for four days. * I left four messages at your office, again with no response. * When I was purchasing the fence and referring Chris to both of my neighbors, he responded immediately -- yet now, when accountability and follow‑through matter, everyone has gone silent. In addition to the communication failures, your crew cut my main power cable during installation. This caused substantial disruption and direct financial losses, including: * Two room air conditioners purchased one new for $340 * One used air conditioner purchased for $200 * Food loss in one refrigerator totaling approximately $500 * A full week without air conditioning during 90+ degree weather, creating unsafe living conditions and forcing emergency purchases

Fence was installed on 8/8/20 and on 8/10/20, 3 middle sections of the fence blew down during a rainstorm. The only thing that probably saved the whole run from falling dwn was my neighbor's adjacent fence tht held it up. Called Pro Line right away & they tried to claim it was an "Act of God". There's rickety fences around town that were still standing after the rainstorm, but they tried to claim that "maybe a microburst hit mine". The microburst must've jumped over my house, hit the middle of my fence, then skipped my neighbor's fence which is literally ***37 INCHES*** away. Neighbor's fence is UNTOUCHED! Although my contract called for the dirt from the post holes to be removed, they left piles of dirt all over my yard. They wanted me to file a claim on my homeowner's insurance or pay out of pocket for the labor to have it repaired/replaced & said they were trying to get a discount on the supplies from Lowe's. My security cameras captured their employees movements all day - including them hauling away fence materials/supplies that were left over after they completed my "install" even though their employees claimed nothing was left over. Called Kim at Pro Line several times & when I could reach her, she kept saying she would call me back - NEVER DID!...other calls just went unanswered. Finally got someone to answer - Heather - & she said Kim would call me back by the end of the day...HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM SINCE! I'll be sharing my videos of the work online. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

They weren't buried deep enough and there wasn't enough concrete holding them in. Our gate wouldn't close anymore because the posts were so uneven. I called Kim and eventually someone came out to fix them--for an additional fee. I paid it and then 1 1/2 years later, the same thing was happening. This time I called, left messages, spoke with Kim and Heather and they kept saying they would send someone out to see the posts, but no one ever did. Three months later, still no response. They are the worst and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Extremely disappointed with our experience with Certified Fence & Deck. The gate door and posts are leaning and uneven, and the gate that was installed was such poor quality that we ultimately had to pay another $500 to have someone else install a proper gate. That is an additional expense we should never have had to pay after already paying a premium price for a fence. The fence was also only given one coat of paint, and it is very noticeable. A second coat should have been applied, and the installer knew that. The finish is uneven and does not look like the quality of work you would expect from a company charging what they charge. We also discovered that the wrong type of nails were used, which is extremely concerning because it can affect the longevity of the fence. When you're paying top dollar for a fence, you shouldn't have to worry about whether the proper materials and installation methods were used. The biggest issue, however, is the warranty. They claim to stand behind their work, but when we brought these problems to their attention, they did not stand behind the work the way we expected them to. At this point, we've paid premium pricing, been left with poor craftsmanship and questionable material choices, and then had to spend another $500 out of pocket to correct part of the work. If you were considering them, DON'T! I strongly recommend asking exactly what materials will be used, and getting very clear information about what their warranty actually covers. For the amount of money we paid, we expected a fence that was straight, level, properly constructed, properly painted, and built to last. That is not what we received.
