This is our "local" pizza place. We've tried a few in the area and this is our go to. An 18" cheese pizza and it gets the job done. We used to get the Old Bay wings and the size has become questionable-grab wings from next door. For, our pizza & wing option on a Friday night, quick-meal night, or game night/day (football season is back). We generally call or place order online and haven't had any issues with our orders being incorrect or wrong. Seems like they are now hiring teens for the register. No issues on customer service and happy to have teens working and not upset about it. It's a local pizza spot (also seems to be a chain throughout MD) so not dining in and expecting great decor. Absolutely terrible customer service. I would give a score that's below zero if I could. I went on Uber Eats and ordered the BOGO special. I specifically ordered one pepperoni, one cheese, one mushroom, and one with black olives. Three Brothers sent me one pepperoni, and the manager, in his so-called infinite wisdom, thought it was a great idea to tell the "pizza guy" (their words, not mine) to make one with mushrooms and black olives instead. I called to inquire about the mistake and was treated like I was completely incompetent, as if I couldn't even read. Three Brothers completely disregarded my order and delivered a pizza that was inedible for everyone in the house. Furthermore, they were incredibly condescending, and the manager couldn't even take the time to get on the phone to explain the situation or listen to my complaint. The wings didn't come with the BBQ sauce that I indicated. NO mozzarella sticks showed up. No sauces. I called the store and they claimed they had no Doordash order. Doordash did refund me the money, but I just can't believe that the store that supported me when my husband died would treat me like this. Ordered on their website. Turkey sub, when ordering online it gives you the options for sub, I checked off the items I wanted. I did not check the bacon option. So even if the sub comes with bacon, I did not check that box to include. When I finally get home and look at sub it has bacon. our DC Hand Dance Club held a dance last night in Crofton, MD for 125 attendees. We selected 3 Brothers to cater it because we knew their food was very good, and because they are one of the few restaurants that will deliver. From the beginning, Ravi, the manager provided us guidance on how much to order. The 3 Brothers employees who delivered the order were on time and were extremely helpful in setting up the buffet table. Food portions were generous and arrived in trays, platters and big bowls so setting up was easy. The order was complete--not a thing was missing. Things couldn't have gone better and we couldn't have been happier. Also, prices were very fair. Our club will definitely use them again for future events. read more

Yesterday I stopped by right when they opened. I was starving and ordered a small extra cheese and green pepper pizza. It was delicious, even reheated the next day. When I was younger I really enjoyed Three Brothers. Which is more a mark on how old I actually am, geez I'm old! But now with age experience and a desire to review every meal I ever have, I decided to can a three brothers again The three brothers formula still the same you know go to the counter order your food and then they called your number and bring the food to your table when you eat in house. And they always have really reasonably priced specials I think. I was in the mood for some Italian and I saw they had a special on the Sicilian lasagna. Sausage ground beef and cheese cheese cheese as far as the advertisement says for $8 99 Plus solid garlic bread. Can't beat it really! So I went with that and I ate in house because I like to sit down and enjoy the meal fresh. Young man brought my food over, (young man how old am I?), and I got to say the presentation was good for quick service restaurant. The salad was abundant for side salad okay proportion of lettuce to cucumber tomato. Sometimes you get a mountain of lettuce in a few cuts of other vegetables. The Three Brothers side salad pretty good with the veggies that make a salad a salad as opposed to just a stack of rabbit food. They gave me one cup of dressing but we probably would have given me more if I ask. The salad was okay but there was no cheese no spices no seasoning and it needed it. I added some salt pepper and it was better Obviously the Star of the meal was the lasagna and it was okay. Honestly I was expecting more flavor. It almost seems generic in how it tasted. It wasn't the worst in the world but it just didn't have back to better than Stouffer's taste. I mean it was okay but I was expecting more of a homemade taste maybe as opposed to the almost generic taste make a lasagna had. And I think it was because of a lack of seasoning of the elements in the lasagna. I added some grated Parmesan, a lot as well as salt and pepper and oregano or Italian seasoning and it boosted the flavor significantly. I think I would have given the lasagna how your marks had it already had the seasoning in the recipe is all I'm saying. It was Bland until I added salt parmesan in Italian seasoning and then it became something that was actually delicious. I enjoyed it, and then I got you the center of the lasagna. Eating from left to right single you're reading this the first third of lasagna was cooked well. The dish inside was really hot and steamy. By the time I got to the middle of the dish however I noticed that her noodles we're not cooked completely!!! The lasagna noodles the damn lasagna wasn't cooked. They weren't even El Dante. They were hard and even difficult to cut with the knife. After being able to cut off pieces of the lasagna with the edge of the fork I suddenly found myself trying to work through a tough uncooked noodle which really took me out of the meal. What a bummer. So I gave Three Brothers three stars because of the lasagna noodle the most important part of lasagna not being properly cooked to the point where I had to remove it from the dish. Couple that with the seasoning issues that I had with my Dish as well as other items I've gotten from Three Brothers in the past and I just at this point can't mark it higher than three stars. It didn't ruin the meal I just had to add seasoning to work myself but you want food to be properly seasoned and presented to you at least most restaurants when I present you with food that's probably season for you to enjoy. I normally go to the Three Brothers restaurant that is located in Greenbelt. I have been going there for over 20 years. This time I thought I would try a location that was closer to me. As soon as I walked in the customer service was great. I ordered my food to go. I placed my ordered and sat down on a bench for my order to be completed. When it was completed I was called up to the counter. The young lady opened the box to make sure I was pleased, and I was. When I got home the food was still piping hot, even the garlic bread. I ordered the chicken alfredo, which had had just enough chicken and just enough sauce. Some places give you entirely too much sauce. I'm glad this one was spot on. I also ordered the spaghetti with meatballs, which was delicious. Some place will give you watered down mushy spaghetti and everything was able to hold its' own in this sauce. The meatballs tasted like the ones that you put on a sub. So I was very pleased with my dish. I would recommend this location. read more

Really disappointed. We ordered ahead on the app like they encourage you to do. At 6:15pm we placed an order for a large pizza and a couple of salads with a pick up time of 8:30. Upon arrival at 8:25 the friendly counter folks looked a tad confused. They searched for the order and I walked out with the food at about 8:35. The salads were great as they always are. The pizza was not. In fact, it was horrible. It was painfully clear that the folks in the store cooked this pizza at 6:15 upon me placing the order. The worst establishment and customer service I've ever experienced! I ordered four chicken cheesesteaks, got home only to find four beef steak and cheese subs. When I called to resolve the issue; I was accused of giving the wrong order, to the order taker! I don't eat beef have not eaten beef in 23 years. I ordered subs for my family and had to endure rude, bad customer service and a refusal to correct the order or refund my money $38! I will NEVER patronize this place again and will continue to share my horrible experience with family members and friends on social media! Management is unreasonable and unprofessional at best! Great place to get a last minute affordable dinner for the family when you don't feel like cooking or have the team meet for some food after a game. What if someone wants to hear "Midsummer's Daydream" by the talented Rick Emmett and he can't drop down to D? Hate the mural. Have it removed.
