These people are thieves, I can't even call them a company and if I could give less than one star I would. They claimed to have repaired our chimney and roof with a 10 year warranty, which they did not honor. We had three different professional companies check out the poor work and say that the products that were used were not up to industry standard, and that the work was done by an unprofessional. The chimney still leaks and the roof is still missing tiles. I ended up taking them to court and won by default because I'm sure you guessed they did not show. We are out $4000+ The owner of the company is Arbor Domi and his name was never mentioned, but I found him through the state of New Jersey the office of consumer affairs. There are three different locations in two different counties. Very shady practices, and you should stay away. read more

He provided a quite reasonable estimate and when I agreed, he and his crew came on the next day, did all of the work and he arranged for the town inspection which went without a hitch. This started off well when the project manager who came to estimate the work made us feel comfortable. Said that we would need a max of 2-4 pieces of replacement plywood but would through in 2 pieces for free. After we signed a contract with deposit, Dylan told us he would call us to set up a date. Fast forward 2 days, I get a call from the main office that the workers are on their way, no additional advance notice. We let this go but then I get a phone call after they ripped off the shingles and all the plywood had to be replaced. He should have never said that he wasn't like other people who would quote low and then hit you with additional costs because this is exactly what happened. It wasn't a few hundred which we were expecting and ready for. It was closer to 2k more! Of course we had no choice but to move forward and scrape up the unexpected money needed. The workers worked a good amount of time but then packed up and left and never told me. I called the project manager again and asked him if they were done for the day and he said he would call and ask his crew. By the way, he was never at the site while his crew was working. Got a text back that they were done and would be back the next day. I asked what time so we could yet again move our cars out of the driveway, he told me usually 9am. They didn't show up at that time, called again and manager said he'd contact and call me back. They finally showed up at 10:40 to do the second part of the work. After completion, the knocked to tell me they were done so I told them I'd send the balance of the money via agreed method if zelle. 5 minutes pass and they return to give me a phone with same project manager. He asks me if I can give the workers a check, I said I already sent the payment. He asked if I could cancel Zelle. Absolutely not. So they let it go and left. Fast forward a couple of hours, my husband is outside with the kids and notices there are nails all over the grass. He tried to pick up what he could to minimize the mess. While he was doing this, a piece of something came flying off the roof and hit him in the head. I was promised that everything would be cleaned up when I signed the contract. This was infuriating because my 5 year old or 10 month old could have gotten hurt. I am annoyed bc I ran out after they left to take a quick look of the work and didn't check thoroughly that everything was done properly bc I was busy with work myself. I called back Dylan and was promised someone would come back to clean up today. It is 2:30, no phone call, no clean up and I'm not holding my breath. I feel like this company doesn't care about anything but earning that dollar. They have horrible customer service. And the workers must not be treated very well because they don't really seem to take pride in their work either. I wish I read the other reviews before hiring them. We used them for a new roof installation an found them to be unprofessional and costly. We decided to go with them after several proposals because they were the cheapest (huge mistake in retrospect) and they no showed first several times after getting the contract (we actually took off from work several times thinking that they would start the job) and had a hard time getting ahold of them. Once they finally started, we found out that our underlying plywood ALSO needed replacement costing us an additional $6000 as they upcharged us what was originally in our contract for plywood replacement. They told us the upcharge was because it was "different" plywood (REALLY?!!!?) but By this time we literally had no roof and I just wanted the job to be done so we agreed. Then the owner Mike started relentlessly harassing us for an advance before the job was even completed! Since it was close to the holidays, I agreed to give him half of the remaining balance just so he could disappear for a while (still needed gutters) then half ass completed the gutters (through a subcontractor) and a quick masonry job that he promised to do but didn't fully complete.... my advice, don't take anything they say seriously read more

My husband and I called them in October 2019 because we had a leak in our skylight. They came right away and "fixed" it. We assumed what they did was right and it would fix the leak we had. It cost us $2600 to fix. We paid in cash and have the contract. A few weeks later, we had the ceiling painted, since there was water damage. In April of 2020, it rained heavily again and the skylight leaked again. We called, and they came a few days later to "seal" the perimeter of the skylight. In July 2020, it rained heavily again and the skylight was leaking again! After being told no one was in until 10am, Tony came. Tony looked at it, agreed there was a leak, and asked to see our contract. He went and bought a tarp, and covered the skylight. He promised he would come back and do the work himself. I also asked about the internal damage, since the ceiling now had water damage again, and he said he would take care of it. A week later, my husband had to call because no one came to fix the roof. Finally, employees came and did try to fix the leak, but could not find it. We watched as they put "sealant" on the skylight again. Tony DID NOT come and did not fix the inside of the house. We all thought that this would be it, but then the Hurricane came on August 4. Well, in the morning, my husband and I go downstairs and it's once again raining in my house. This time, when my husband called, he was told there "was nothing they could do about it." My husband said absolutely not and told them that it better be fixed, especially since we signed a contract with them. They said that this time, they would replace the skylight for us, since it should've been replaced the first time, but was misdiagnosed. They said they were "doing us a favor." So then a few gentlemen came out to do measurements. Then, crickets. We called many times and no one answered. I then called again and was told that due to Covid, the manufacturers were backed up. A month later, we called again. They had to send someone out a second time for measurements. We finally get a phone call saying our light was in! The day came (Saturday) and they brought it...only to find out that the skylight was the wrong size! They tell us they will be here on Monday with a brand new skylight. Well, Monday came and went and no one came. Finally, my husband called again and we were told that we had to wait for it to be ordered. We finally get a date for installation but when that date comes around, no one shows. My husband called the company multiple times throughout the day, and no one answered the phone or returned the call. My husband then gets a call from Gino, and Gino says that we will be dealing only with him. Gino said that we were going to be getting a new skylight and all would be well. That was the last we heard from Gino for a bit. My husband would call and not get an answer. Gino would text back with excuse after excuse. On Thursday September 24, Gino said he was picking up the skylight, and he said he would be at our house on Friday. Friday arrives, and no Gino. My husband called and Gino said they didn't get the flashing and they were picking the light up on Friday at 3. They said they were going to come on Saturday and they never did. Finally, they were supposed to come on September 28 in the morning. Well, the morning comes and goes and no one shows up. My husband calls him and no response. Gino texts back and says he will be there later today. I waited at home and finally decided to call Gino at 2:20. At this point, I was frustrated. I called Gino and told him that this seems to be a scam and that at this point, they basically stole $2600 from us, since the work was not completed. He told me I offended him, which I countered with how he offended me. He over talked me and was blatantly rude to me. Apparently he was upset that I told him he stole from me and that I was going to call BBB. I had to remind him that I had a copy of the contract, from a year ago, when he tried telling me he was doing me a favor by installing a new skylight. I asked when the workers would be here, since we have had this run around before, and he told me 3:15. I then stated that either Tony or he would be here as well, to ensure everything was done properly. He said he would not, but would check when they were done. I asked when that would be and he said 5:15. When the workers rang the doorbell, they apologized and I told them it most definitely was not them, and that their boss was a real piece of work. The workers were very nice and got right to work. Gino did end up coming to check the finished product. Now, we have to eventually have the room repainted because I am confident that Tony will not stay true to his word. It is my fault for not having it in writing, but honestly, I don't want to deal with them anymore. When I told my husband how Gino spoke to me, he was furious. Just experienced the absolute worst experience ever with a company. Excellent roofing came to my home to remove leaves from our gutters. After 10 minutes of being here one of the gentleman approached me (stinking like alcohol) says that our chimney is cracked into pieces and the cap is gone. He then tells me that as side money for him he'll replace my chimney for $3,800 in cash right now. Of course I declined especially because I knew the chimney was perfect 6 months ago. That's when it clicked that they broke it on purpose as some sort of scam to get money from me to fix it! He then says he'll do it for $1,300 on the side but don't tell anyone because he could lose his job. After again saying no he then says $800 because he'll do it on the side and again saying don't tell my boss because I'll lose my job. Are you kidding me! My chimney was perfectly fine until they came to clean my gutters! To think that these guys probably get away with this all the time and people fall for it is insane! Scam is truly not a strong enough word here. Now I have a broken chimney and no top. Please don't ever use this company. Thankfully I have a friend coming that's also in the chimney business to fix what they destroyed and demanded money right on the spot for it. An absolute disgrace to say the least. read more
