Before starting the job, they conducted a detailed evaluation of the roof and did the same once the work was complete, to make sure everything was done right from start to finish. They also brought in a licensed electrician to properly disconnect and reinstall my solar panels, and thoroughly tested them afterward to confirm everything was working correctly. In addition to the roof, they rebuilt my chimney and installed beautiful new 6" gutters -- the whole property looks fantastic. What really stood out was how flexible and fair they were during negotiations. We worked together to agree on a contract that worked for both of us, including a 50-year extended material warranty and a 25-year workmanship warranty. On top of that, they went above and beyond and threw in an extra item as a gift, which I really wasn't expecting. A1 Gutters and Roofing is professional, skilled, and honest from start to finish. Having to replace an entire roof including structural repairs of its wooden beams, new insulation, and re-bricking of the upper portion of the chimney was a major undertaking.
