I've had enough. I was given a genEric gift card by my daughter. I tried to use it at Three B's but for a variety of reasons that were ridiculous, they couldn't take it. I was able to use it at a store with no trouble. This time around I was given an E gift certificate specifically for Three B's but once again, when I got to the restaurant, they told me I couldn't use it because I had to have scanned a QR code. There was no mention of any QR code on the E gift certificate. I told them that this wasn't the first time they've denied my use of a gc. I left the overpriced food and walked out. Poor bar service, one woman working her tail off. Young guy there showing up every so often to mix drinks or to take tips. Took a 50 dollar bill and put it directly in his pocket. Mixed drink was weak. Food not as described on the menu. I had "slow roasted" pork shanks. I had to fight to get the meat off the bone. And nowhere in the description of plate did it say anything about bbq, but the shanks were swimming in bbq sauce. We went here on 1-3-2023 for a birthday celebration for my brother-in-law! Our first time here. Food was very good! There were 7 of us. 4 of us got the chicken francese, which was excellent! One got the seafood pot pie, which he said was very good, and big enough to feed at least 2! My b-i-l had the chicken jambalaya, which he was good! I don't remember what the other person ordered, but she enjoyed it. The real star of the evening was our waiter, Nick! He was a very personable young man, who did his job extremely well! He amazed all of us by remembering exactly what we ordered w/o writing anything down, and verified everything with us before putting our order in. I really enjoyed my entree it was broiled flounder with risotto and a side of sautéed mushrooms. My friend ordered the seafood pot pie it was huge she said it was delicious. The best part of our experience was the service. Our waiter was polite and efficient. Both my Thanksgiving sandwich and my husband's beef stew were very disappointing. Not roasted turkey but sliced deli meat, stuffing was mush, gravy didn't even hint of herbs, and although the sweet potato fries were fine, they left an old oil after taste. We like this restaurant. So many good dishes . Like the atmosphere in the bar area. Just tried their Chilean Sea Bass Piccata. Let me just say... I should have stuck with my favorite Salmon on the plank Or Mediterranean Grouper. It was awful !! Could not eat it ... so fishy it could not have been Chilean sea bass . Ordered a medium-rare steak salad, and was told that the steak is only served medium-well. I reluctantly agreed to it, and was shocked by what they brought out. I was served a plate of wilted spring mix, with small, cold, chewy, pre-packaged-looking strips of steak that seemed to have been boiled in a bag. It tasted as bad as it looked. Another word to the wise - if you order a salad with honey mustard dressing here, expect to receive a to-go container of Ken's honey mustard dipping sauce. This place appears to be under new management, as the original book style menus have been replaced by a laminated diner style sheet, and the quality of food has taken a turn for the worst. We stopped here on Saturday, May 11. I had never been here before. When we received the menu I commented on the fact that there was only one burger on the menu. We were told that it was the Mother's Day menu so it had fewer selections. This was on a Saturday, not Sunday by the way. I ordered the Meatloaf. It was OK. She ordered the Lobster and Crab Stuffed Grouper. She said that it was disappointing. The woman sitting next to us said that she goes there often and the meal that she normally orders was 5 dollars more than usual. I later checked the price of the Meatloaf. Normally 21.99. For the Mother's Day menu, 24.99. So she was correct, they increased the prices on Saturday for Sunday. Also, we were charged an additional 3.50 for using a credit card. We used to like this place. They always had a good selection of menu items. My husband and I had lunch here recently and was very disappointed. I ordered a burger. It was very tough and tasteless. My husband ordered the fish tacos. He said they were just ok. It had cole slaw on the taco that made it very soggy. Then we had coffee to drink, we both had a refill too. When the bill came we were shocked!!! Coffee was $3.00 EACH!!! $12.00 for coffee!! WHAT? No free refill. That is highway robbery!! We don't think that we will return any time soon. read more

Updated review. Have now lived in the area for almost a year and have come here a handful of times. I will say that the only thing I've enjoyed on the menu is the sushi. It's been pretty ok and I would consider to continue to get that (but probably not since there are some good sushi places around here). Overall these positive reviews confuse me. Sounds like many of the reviewers don't travel outside of this area to experience what actual good restaurants are? I guess. Anyway, came here most recently twice in the last month. The first experience we ordered their "tater bombs" as an appetizer. They sounded amazing but the sauce they put on it is ridiculous. None of us liked them and I can't even think of an appropriate word to describe them. Just really a waste of money. The most recent visit last week we ordered a Caesar salad to split, and each got soup with our dinners. The Caesar was good, the French onion soup was gross (looked and tasted like dirty water with boiled - not caramelized- onions), and the broccoli soup was "ok" per my dining companion. For dinner I ordered the "filet mignon beef stroganoff" which boasted using prime cuts of filet marinated for 72 hours over fresh pasta. The beef was inedible. Absolutely disgusting. It was gritty and the overly sour sauce made it even grosser. The pasta, however, was good fresh pasta. At $22 I was very disappointed. My dining companion ordered the jerk chicken, if you could call it that. Not jerk style at all and was like a "jerk style" bbq sauce put on two pieces of grilled chicken tenderloins, and served with "uncle bens" rice as she described. Another disappointment and waste of money. Our server even knew we were disappointed but we just wanted to get out of there as managements responses to other reviews on here and Facebook are indicative of their attitudes towards negative feelings of their establishment. The drinks are ok here. Thy have some wack specials. I think the chef tries to be out of the box creative and have a super eclectic menu but should probably try to master at least one style of cooking. $100 dinner felt like a waste. I will definitely Not be returning or bringing anywhere here anymore. Will travel outside of the area to experience actual good restaurants. DO. NOT. Ok walked in and wait ten min with a bunch of other ppl Waiting to just give our name . So ppl were cutting each other n tension was building . I understand it's busy . Here is my advice , one person deals with the take out and one is a hostess. Not acknowledging ppl at all only makes them walk out which is what we did . If you need to get a deli number machine , at least names and seating will go according to the order in which ppl walked in . Also the Uber drivers or who ever delivers is blocking the customers in . They should park on the side or the back . It's a nice place , I just hope they get more organized. We are going back for another try but that's it . I will update my review upon better results .
