I have to make sure i have the right place. Because a lot of people are calling this place "vegan" when their website indicates "vegetarian" - very different. Regardless, I wouldn't eat here again. I found the food to be very bland and uninteresting. If you're looking for unimproved vegetarian cuisine, this would be the place. i just didn't find any dish worth revisiting. The service was great! Everyone was very nice but there are better vegetarian and vegan restaurants.

Noticed this spot had turned into a Vegan restaurant not too long ago and was so excited to try. My first time I ordered takeout with a friend and loved it so much, I went back the next day to dine-in! Everything I've tried so far has been excellent - the general tao's dish, kung pao, dry pot, and sweet and spicy eggplant were all excellent. My only caveat is that the photo showed stir fried eggplant, but it ended up being breaded/fried. I also tried both the mango cheesecake and chocolate cake, which were INCREDIBLE. I wish they weren't quite so expensive, it was almost as much as the entrees for the mango cheesecake when I ordered a slice the other day at around ~$15. The food was excellent though, I can't wait to try more of the menu!! The service was incredibly friendly and the inside is really quiet and decorated nicely. I'm happy this spot is nearby and recommend to any vegetarian/vegans :)

I was really hungry and ordered way too much food. But it was all delicious! The honey chicken walnut looks very bland in appearance but order it! It is so delicious, you won't regret it. Even though my boyfriend is not vegan, he also enjoyed all of the food his favorite was the honey walnut chicken. Everyone is also really nice and helpful! Really awesome restaurant

Our family loves Veggie Life. The service is excellent and the food is fresh and creative. We've tried a lot of dishes and particularly love the eggplant and green beans. Enjoy!

New vegan spot that opened up in Kirkland! I'm so glad there's more vegan options in this area, that are not just American food either. They did a vegan take on asian food - including curries, noodles, chicken dishes, and vegetables. We got Singaporean rice noodles, general Tao's chicken, and tofu curry clay pot. Rice is extra unfortunately and did not come with the curry. For dessert we ordered the mango tofu cheesecake. Everything was SO delicious and the mango cheesecake did NOT taste vegan at all, it was amazing. My favorite was the general Tao's chicken - the breading was the perfect consistency and the sauce brought everything together. You could choose between 5 spice levels and they had additional hot sauce if you wanted it. I recommend ordering family style since the dishes are large and pricey (most around $16-22). The menus are on a QR code and you can just order on that site, then they bring out the food (pretty quickly). You pay in person, it would be nice if they could have an option to pay on the website too. I loved that it was the right amount of service, they checked in on us to see if we needed anything but weren't overbearing. Ordering through the website really sped up the process and l hope more restaurants adopt that. Love this spot, I think I'll definitely be back!

I had no idea this restaurant existed. It just happened I was in Kirkland and saw this place. Got some stuff to go. They are all pretty much Chinese American style dishes. Pretty good. Yes a bit smaller portion for the price. But it's pretty good if you are vegan and been craving greasy Chinese food.

My friend and I are vegan and we both agreed that this is the best fried tofu we've ever had! The food had so much flavor and the service was excellent! We will definitely be coming back

You're separated from the bar by a pillar so it's slightly difficult to see if someone comes in. The bartender eventually saw me and got me seated after they recognized me a couple minutes later, but I think they could use a greeter/host to get people seated. The server and bartender were nice and helpful. Dining: When sat down you're given a water jug and glass. You can get some mild spicy sauce on the side too. I ordered the pad-see-ew and the thai iced tea. Both were delicious. The pad-see-ew was flavorful with plenty of veggies and tofu. However, the portion size is pretty small for the price. The thai iced tea was just as described: "not too sweet", refreshing, and flavorful. All in all, the logistics, and portions could use some work, but I appreciate the service and food.

We got the lemon poppyseed cake and it was the biggest slice of cake I've ever seen (photos don't do it justice, it was bigger than our heads!) - it was a bit too sweet for my liking but the savory dishes were really delicious. I would love to try other items on their menu. We got seated at the outside bar table. Our servers were sweet and friendly. Parking lot in front with limited spots. Come early because it gets busy!

Had a total party size of two. We even added our names, but when we got led to our seats, we were put at the barstools. There were plenty of other parties of two that arrived after us that got tables plus there were some empty tables for two that we saw as well. So we requested a table instead of the bar area, but the server told us the manager didn't want us sitting there. Didn't make much sense when there were empty tables. Maybe they had some reasoning or structure for weekend crowds they they had to follow, not sure, but we had to stay seated at the bar area. We ordered a Margherita pizza to split as well as a slice of carrot cake as I've heard a lot of good things about these items. The pizza had really fresh ingredients and the sauce and tomatoes were tasty, however the dough was incredibly salty and made it difficult to eat. This was my first time at Deru Market, but I assume it isn't always this salty and could have been a one-time thing. The slice of carrot cake was pretty expensive (around $14) but it's huge and good to split amongst 2-3 people. I liked the generous serving of nuts and shredded carrot inside. Cream cheese frosting was still a bit too sweet for me (think I prefer Deep Sea Sugar and Salt's to this) and I had to remove most of it, but the cake was overall pretty good though a little on the dry side. I get why this place is popular, but I don't think I had the best first time experience here. With the high number of positive reviews though, maybe they were just having a bad day since it was a Saturday and pretty crowded, so I'm hoping to come back again in the future, during like a seasonal special if they have any.

We ordered the Sauzage VGMuffin and it was flavorful!…read more I'd been wanting to try Dada's Plant Based for a while and I am glad I ventured there. I'm a pescatarian and I still crave a good breakfast sausage based sandwich! So I preordered online and it was ready right at the pick up time. The first time I ordered I almost went through the wrong entrance so be sure to enter the doors facing Snoqualmie street. It's a co working kitchen that looks clean from what I could see, you buzz their bell and they bring the food out to you! I was a bit unsure about the mash up of the vegan cheese/egg and hash brown all on an English muffin to be honest. But surprisingly the flavors flow well all together. An extra side of the chipotle aioli is a must for me! In general I like extra sauce for just about everything. But with all the somewhat starchy ingredients it can be a little on the drier side. So I suggest ordering extra sauce to balance the textures out. My boyfriend who is a meat eater wasn't a big fan of the eggs but did like the sandwich without them. We were both very full! You could definitely eat half and save the other half for later. Though it's a little "pricy" for just one sandwich. With all the ingredients, you're paying for a full breakfast just stacked on one sandwich! And you're also supporting a local business, which I love to support our community. Next time I'd like to try a Classic Impossible Burger!

French fries: getting it hot and fresh, salty goodness. First thing I eat after I pick up my food. Now, I ordered online on their website and in 20-30 min my order is ready. They have a tiny parking lot but usually you can find street parking. The entrance has a display of all the restaurants and you push the call button and someone will come out and bring your grub. One of the times I ordered, I came late to pick up my food and assuming it was the owner, he said my fries got cold and if I waited 5 min he could make me a fresh batch and gave me ketchup too. That was so kind and thoughtful and very much appreciated. Overall, I love supporting small businesses, and the food is delicious. How can I not support my fellow vegan viet business owner.
