After we explained Sawyer's situation, this absolute saint of a groomer didn't just agree to trim his nails -- she offered to clean him up for a small fee, with the kind of patience and warmth that could calm a tornado. Minutes later, out strutted a brand‑new dog. Freshly trimmed, nails immaculate, tail wagging like he'd just won a beauty pageant. I tipped more than I planned, but honestly, it still wasn't enough. She earned every penny with her kindness, her skill, and that unwavering smile that said, "Yes, I am single‑handedly keeping this place running, and no, you will not see me break." When you order online, you can have it shipped home, or you can pick up at the store within a couple hours. And often, they have extra promotions via the app if you order and pick-up at the store. The cashiers were welcoming and friendly, immediately offered assistance as I walked in looking for the pick-up section (which is at the registers).
