PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I will start by saying that this was my second visit to Thrifty Grooming to have my two Pomeranians bathed and cut. The first time was good and I was happy with their haircuts. Today was a completely different story; I dropped them off at 11 am for their appointment and spoke to Stephanie. I asked that they both be cut to 1/2 inch. I had not heard from her by 3:45 pm so I called and she said one dog was done but it would be another 45 minutes for the other because "her help" had not shown up until 1pm. They were not ready until 4:45 pm and when I picked them up, I was beyond shocked at the terrible grooming. I was upset and asked why they were cut so short. Stephanie told me both dogs were matted, so she decided to do a "summer cut." My dogs were not so matted that it required this severe haircut because they get groomed regularly. Even if it did, she should have reached out to me. She even shaved their tails down to nothing, and when I asked why, she didn't respond. I am beyond disappointed in this place and am disgusted that they charge $75 per dog, cash only for this ugly, lazy, hack job grooming they do. The worst part is that my dogs seem like they are in pain, I believe they were rough on them during their haircuts and they also have razor burn on their bellies and necks. The photos below show the terrible job she did today on my poor dogs and one photo of what they used to look like after being grooming by Paw Perfection, which sadly closed.

My pup looks like a brand new pup! Stephanie did amazing with him. This was his first official "groom" and he was nervous on the drive and as I left him but when I came back to pick him up he was chillin! Not bothered about anything. I was also running late to pick him up (2 accidents on our wonderful 60) and she was so patient and understanding even though she was closed Glad I took a chance here! I will definitely be bringing this stinky boy back for all his spa days For his bath, cut, nails, breath and other goods.. I think a facial? lol.. he came out to $65.

I have a beautiful 115 lbs German Shepherd (true service ‍ K9) and I can not give Thrifty Groomer 's a better recommendation than to tell you they took wonderful care of my Shelby and she came home from her (spa day...lol) absolutely gorgeous and so soft. I can honestly say you will not find a better groomer . Thank you again Stephanie and Staff. You All Rock.

I must leave a review. I live around the corner and I stopped by without an appointment and asked if they could do my Great Danes nails and I also asked for a muzzle because my Boy tries to be a tough guy. They didn't have muzzles And I said I would go somewhere else to be safe and this lady went out of her way to stop what she was doing come outside and sit on the floor and cut my dogs nails and she was extremely sweet and nice to my baby boy. He got his nails done perfectly. I am very grateful thank you so much for your time

My husband took our dog to get groomed last week and to say they did a horrible job is an understatement. I've never seen a dog groomed the way our dog was groomed. They chopped her hair so ugly and beyond uneven. It was our first and last time there.

Loved the service and the outcome! Stephanie is super friendly and so patient, the service was pretty fast much faster then PetSMart & the hair cut was also much better plus my baby got cute little bows in her hair, smelled great, shedding less & looks brighter white! Thanks for the most awesome service (definitely my new spot). See you in a few weeks for Eloise's next visit! Paid more money at PetSmart for my small little dog & I was NOT impressed. So to the person leaving a shitty review based on fees you'll find out when you get to PetSmart $10 more is worth it!

We have been taking our Cocker Spaniel Sofie here for at least 3 years and we love Thrifty Dog Grooming! Stephanie is just great with our dog. Our dog has skin tag issues and Stephanie is always careful when we point them out to her so as not to hurt her. She does s great job and is very reasonable with her rates. We would not go anywhere else.

The best nail trim experience I've had with my fur babies. Stephanie, the owner, is very warm and friendly. I was able to walk in on a Saturday since it was only a nail trim (and they are open 7 days a week) and Stephanie took care of my 2 small dogs quickly. You can tell that she really loves and animals and was really gentle with my babies. My dogs did not bleed at all, she is really professional and knows what she is doing. I love the fact that the salon is very open, most places take dogs to the back so you don't know what's going on, here I was able to help hold my doggies while they were taken care of (since they squirm a lot and get scared from past bad experiences) I'm def going to keep coming here because good places like these that feel safe, friendly, and clean are hard to find.

Love that I can just call and typically get in the week of. Prior I've only done mobile groomers so the texting back and forth was annoying. They take time to remove knots and not just shave your dog down for a couple mats. I took my mini golden/maltese and I wasn't charged an arm and a leg and I asked for a teddy bear cut cause I don't like a poodle looking cut. It was his best haircut. read more

Have been coming here for years with most of our dogs. Customer service is great and welcoming. Steph and her team always take good care of our dogs and leave them looking nice. The cost is also better than other shops. read more

I took my dog in I asked for a trim it's winter time and I also like my dog with longer hair. The groomer decided to shave him on her own decision saying his hair was long and matted. I brush my dog's hair it is not matted I don't care if it was matted it is not up to you to decide to shave my dog. My dog now looks like a whole different dog and I am so upset. Very unprofessional!!!!! read more

DON'T BRING YOUR DOG HERE!!!! I dropped my grand dog off this morning and recieved a lackluster greeting. Was told it would take about 2 hrs, call at the 2 hour mark and was told by Shermer she still had to " attempt to cut my grand dog nails because she " scratched me really bad" and she " pooped everywhere". I thought all these types of things were normal when grooming a puppy? These complaints surprised me along with the cost. $85 is not a Thrifty price. Picked my dog up and all they did for $85 was a shampoo! Her nails still sharp, her hair still long!!! Guess what their excuse was to why her nails weren't cut , One of the groomees said they didn't cut her nails because the 3 of them could not handle my dog enough to cut her nails and then the other 1 said it was an extra charge to actually clip my dog's nails! Worse place Ever!!! read more

This groomer came recommended to me by a friend. I tried it out and was very pleased. They took great care of my boxer which is super important to me. Took her in for a bath, trim nails, booty glands, and teeth cleaning. Prices are pretty good. read more

I normally would take my yorkie here and had a great experience, but this week I experience the shop being unprofessional. I had a schedule appointment Monday and when I arrived shop was closed. After many phone cakes I finally received text asking me to reschedule. I responded as my dog needs a cut and haven't received a response. Unfortunately, I have to find another reliable shop. read more

Took my 2 dogs there this morning my 45lb Akita mix Diesel and my 25lb French Bull dog they had not been groomed in about 3 months. They came out sooo clean there coat so shiny ans silky they also smelt amazing. I will definitely be taking it then back. The quality and price of this place is amazing. read more

OH MY GOODNESS! It has been so difficult finding a good groomer in Moreno Valley! I brought my fur baby in today for a shedless treatment & conditioner and he looks and feels great! His shedding has gone way down! I have no complaints! Thanks thrifty grooming. I'll be back! P.S they do get full fast so call for an appointment! I was looking for a good dog grooming place. I went on yelp and came across Thrifty grooming. After my dog had a horrible experience at another dog grooming place called "all about grooming" I was nervous to take him somewhere else. I'm so happy I chosed Thrifty Grooming. I explained to Stephanie how I wanted my dog Max groomed and she did an excellent job! I was so happy with there service I will definitely be bringing my dog Max back again! When we brought our baby in for her first grooming appointment she was apprehensive and nervous, but by the time we picked her up she was so happy and comfortable! The owner was so sweet and loving to our dog. Fair prices. Great work. We have a soft, fluffy and clean pup! And we love her cute little bows she came home with :) read more

Our first visit with a new groomer today. Stephanie's gentle manner and skilled grooming techniques are highly recommended if you have a nervous little guy like our Cosmo. He was shaking and quite scruffy when we dropped him off and picked him up relaxed, groomed beautifully and happy. read more

My dogs are so comfortable coming here. They do not panic as they did at other groomers. My daughter even drives to Moreno Valley from Orange county to get her dog groomed at Thrifty. And the dogs look fantastic...never disappointed! read more

Love this place!! My fur baby hasn't felt comfortable with any other groomer.. but taking him there today was a great decision. When I came in to pick him up he looked happy and at ease. His hair cut looks soo cute. Very impressed with this place. I was able to make a same day appointment and they were done pretty quick. I will be returning to this place. :) read more

My dog will growl, pee or cry with other groomers. Yet, she loves going to see Stephanie. When I walk in all the dogs look comfortable and happy. She is very gentle and kind towards my very fragile, blind senior dog. I appreciate the way she speaks to my dog and She always comes back looking adorable and smelling great. Thank you read more

Thrifty's is a diamond in the rough. My baby Nova is always serviced to perfection. Stephanie never disappoints and always accommodates our last minute appointment request. Pricing is great and customer service off the charts. We don't take Nova anywhere else. If Stephanie is booked we'll wait until she has a spot available. We love you Stephanie read more

My lil dog was in SERIOUS need of grooming. She had a thick undercoat which was shedding EVERYWHERE. She had a small amount of matting under her ears. Hubby and I attempted to give her a bath and haircut ourselves which was a joke. So we looked here in yelp, and found Thrifty grooming. I called Stephanie and she got us an appointment that was convenient for both parties. She let me know I need to bring cash. Stephanie is very friendly and takes pride in her work. She loves these animals and I can tell by her actions. She has never met my dog but she held her and loved on her as if it were her own. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the shop and no stinky smells! There were a couple crates available to temporarily place a pet if needed. She had one dog she was working on when I came in and then mine was next. Our appt was at 11, and she quoted me the dollar amount and timeframe of 2-4 hours. She did EXACTLY what she said by calling me when she was about 20 minutes from the finish line &&&&& she called me at 12:45. I love that my dog wasn't just sitting around all day in a cage. My dog was happy to see me but also made sure to kiss Stephanie good-bye. That's important because it also shows my dog was treated well and not afraid of the groomer. I will DEFINITELY return! The price was reasonable. The shampoo and cut was beyond amazing- leaving my other dogs jealous and we don't have fur flying all over the place anymore. Thank you to Stephanie!!!!! We will be back and highly recommend you to our family and friends! read more

Stephanie and her team are THE BEST! We take our boxer, KeauxKeaux (Coco) on a regular basis. KeauxKeaux is always thrilled to "go visit Aunt Stephanie". After becoming unhappy with our previous groomer, we found Thrifty Grooming on Google. We've taken KeauxKeaux no less than 50 times...and we have been extremely happy with the results every time. My babies loved Stephanie. They were both calm when I came to pick them up. I loved the calm atmosphere in Stephanie's shop. My pups were not anxious at all. Definitely make an appointment ahead of time, as she gets booked quickly, and also accepts cash only. So far, my fur baby is happy. Smells good. I got the oatmeal shampoo with full bath and deshed. She was so happy to have me come pick her up. Bring cash when it's time to pick up the fur baby. I used to go to paw perfection, but they get so busy now. It's little farther away, but the work quality is there. I struggle bathing my dog, but I think she loves getting groomed. I think I'll keep coming back every month. read more

My son brought our Bernadoodle in to be groomed, and they convinced him that he was matted and required a summer cut. My son reluctantly agreed, and they completely shaved him. To do a summer cut requires no finesse in grooming, and they charged me $189 for a cut that took less than 15 minutes that is no different than a farmer shearing his lambs. Here is a picture of what matted hair looks like, and pictures of my dog before his summer cut. If you look at his summer cut, check out his ears and tail, you can see they did take the time to brush out. Which means they were too lazy to accommodate us. I also pointed out to them that when I brought him there last year, they were accommodating to my request of a trim and could pull up the record on their system. They made the excuse that they couldn't do it because their system was in transaction mode. I question their integrity because they used to list the prices of the services they provided. Now they can subjectively name their prices. I expressed my concerns, and this group of employees quickly dismissed me, saying my pet was a big dog, therefore it cost more, no bigger than my Huskies, which I paid far less for grooming. If you have experienced this type of customer service, stand your ground and demand that they meet your needs/desires for your pet's grooming. What happened to that friendly family atmosphere?

They assured me they could work with her. After I dropped her off, they even called and asked for permission to put a muzzle on her so they could continue. I also offered to stay and help comfort my dog during the grooming, but they told me it wasn't necessary. About two hours later, I received a call to come pick her up. When I saw her, I was shocked. She looked terrible. They didn't even groom her face, and she had multiple cuts on her ears and face. To make matters worse, she was still wet when they handed her back to me. They told me my dog was aggressive, but at no point did anyone call to let me know they were unable to safely complete the grooming. Instead, they waited until I arrived and then tried to charge me extra because they said it took two people to work on her. I have a 1-year-old Maltipoo who is incredibly sweet and loving. I understand she gets anxious during grooming, which is exactly why I was upfront about her behavior from the beginning. I expected patience, communication, and professionalism--not for my dog to come home injured and with an incomplete groom. I will not be returning. Not only that, but the groomer who worked on my dog was extremely rude and unprofessional, and the owner of the shop allowed the disrespectful behavior. She repeatedly kept telling me my dog was "bad," constantly talked over me, and spoke to me in an aggressive tone when I was simply trying to explain that the additional charge should have been communicated beforehand. They had no problem calling me to ask permission to use a muzzle and informing me there would be an extra charge for that, so they should have shown the same courtesy when they decided to charge me more because two people had to work on my dog. Instead, they waited until I arrived to tell me, which was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. And then they had the nerve to try to charge me $125 for a groom that wasn't even completed. My dog's face wasn't done, she came back with cuts on her ears and face, and she was still wet when they handed her to me. Based on the way the groomer spoke to me--being rude, aggressive, and repeatedly calling my dog "bad"--I left with very little confidence that my dog was treated with the patience and care she deserved. My dog is a sweet, loving 1-year-old Maltipoo who gets anxious during grooming, and I was transparent about that from the very beginning. I expected compassion and professionalism, not poor communication, disrespect, and an incomplete groom. i wouldnt even give a star but i have to!

BEWARE!!!…read more I'm writing this review to you today because I had a really surprising and frankly, pretty disappointing experience when I brought my schnauzer in for her recent grooming. I was really hoping for a specific type of service based on our chat beforehand, but what happened wasn't at all what I expected. When I booked the appointment, we talked quite a bit about getting her that classic, breed-standard schnauzer cut. That particular style is super important for her look, and I was assured that you guys were totally skilled in doing it. That's why I felt comfortable bringing her to you - I really trusted that his unique grooming needs would be met. So, imagine how shocked and upset I was when I picked her up and found shed been completely shaved! Her signature schnauzer coat, which defines her , was just gone. It was such an unexpected change and definitely not what we had agreed upon. When I asked about it, I was told it was because of "severe matting." And honestly, I have to strongly disagree with that my dog had some matting on her chest area and spout but nothing to that extreme of completely shaving her down . But more than anything, what really threw me off was the lack of communication. If there was genuinely a problem with matting that meant you couldn't do the schnauzer cut we discussed, I really, really wish I would have got the heads up about the complete shave down and given the option to take my dog elsewhere . A quick heads-up would have allowed us to talk through options, or I could have even come to pick her up. Making such a drastic, irreversible decision without my consent is a big oversight and a bit of a disregard for what I wanted for my pet. This whole situation is more than just a styling mistake; it feels like a real letdown in trust and communication. Seeing my dog like this is quite upsetting, especially after I went out of my way to choose a specialized service. In addition I was charged 80+ for the unauthorized shave down and according to the lady I was also charged for the muzzle they used on her !! Given this rather unsatisfactory experience, I'm sad to say I won't be able to bring my dog back to Nancy's for future grooming. And honestly, it makes it hard for me to recommend your salon to other pet owners looking for reliable service. Please see the photos 2nd photo is how they left my dog.

I typically drop her off in the morning and within 4 to 5 hours they call me and tell me she is ready sometimes shorter than that even She's always looked really great They used to be in the shopping center off of Wood Street but now they're down just a tiny little bit walking distance behind the Ace Hardware I completely recommend this shop for Grooming, they have patience. They do a good job and the price is average for a big dog groom.

This review has taken me some time to post because it has been a difficult situation to process. We…read moretook our 6 year old otherwise healthy Labradoodle in due to extreme lethargy and swelling. Intake was fine, but that was the only part of the experience that was. Our dog was taken away for testing and we were left to fill out paperwork. While we were doing that, another patient was trying to make payment for their dog's sudden euthanasia. His card was not working and he was offering alternate ways to pay with no real help or feedback from reception. He felt a bit panicked...his significant other was crying in the exam room while the fact that his card declined had become a very public discussion in the lobby. While we were there an owner came in with a dog that had been hit by a car and another owner came in with a pet with a snake bite. Both were visibly rattled. I had to help one of the owners fill out the intake paperwork, as no help was offered. While we have a dog being put to sleep in one room, two frantic owners in the lobby, and me anxiously awaiting test results, the two people at the front desk talked about their weekend plans and laughed. This went on the entire time I was in the lobby. We were taken to an exam room. The doctor could not pull up the xray images. After waiting for some time, my nerves were frazzled and I ask that she simply dictate what she found, as we did not need visuals. She denied my request and left for 15-20 minutes while trying to figure out how to get the results sent to the correct computer. That wait was horrible as we had absolutely no clue as to what was going on. She finally returned and told us that there was an issue with our dog's spleen and that the surgery would be $8,000 and "probably not worth it." The other options were to take her home and simply wait for natural death, take her home with Chinese herbs that would help death come sooner but not ease the pain, or put her to sleep. At that time I asked my husband to bring our children down to say goodbye. Understand, that morning we left for work with a perfectly healthy (so we thought) 6 year old dog and this decision was absolutely unexpected. After waiting an eternity, the tech came in and administered the medication that caused her breathing to slow and eventually stop. We never saw the doctor after our decision was made. No one offered condolences or their expressed regret that we had such a heavy experience. In fact, though there were signs on two doors that said "please be quite, someone is saying goodbye to a loved one" we walked out with red, swollen faces to staff still cracking jokes behind the desk. It felt surreal. Sometime later a voicemail was left letting me know her remains were ready for pick up. Before I could call back, they placed a second call. Quite frankly, I wasn't ready to take that call knowing what it was about, but I answered. The person on the other end was very matter of fact and ended the conversation saying that if I don't come by the end of the week my dog's remains would "be disposed of." Mind you, this is the first time their office ever talked to me...it isn't like months or even weeks had passed since I was given this information. Additionally, my dog's cremation was a service that I paid several hundreds for. To act like they were doing some favor by holding her 5" x 7" box in their office until I could pick her up was unacceptable and cruel. Over the years I have had many pets that passed and I have never, ever experienced such treatment. I, unfortunately, have to drive by this location daily and every time I do I think back to the poor treatment we experienced from the time we checked in until we picked up our dog's remains. I write this as a word of caution because I would genuinely hate for another pet loving family to ever experience this.

He had been in a slow decline that suddenly turned rapid, and I knew we were at the end. What stood out most was the veterinarian's honesty. They checked his vitals, but we didn't pursue extensive diagnostics. Instead, he spoke candidly about what he was seeing--neurologically, Baxter was not himself and had clearly lost significant muscle mass. At his age, there was likely more going on than one treatable issue. The veterinarian could have easily recommended a long list of tests. Instead, he gave me real guidance. When I asked what he would do if it were his own dog, he told me he would choose euthanasia at this stage, explaining that "a day or a week too early is better than a day too late" to avoid unnecessary suffering. I had been struggling with this decision for a while, and that honesty helped me feel confident I was doing the right thing. It meant everything. Once I made the decision, the compassion from the staff was incredible. They handled everything with such care, dignity, and kindness. I've also been here before when Baxter was first diagnosed with heart failure, and had the same experience. The veterinarian literally told me it wasn't an emergency and that I could either proceed with treatment there or follow up with my regular vet the next day and save the cost of emergency care. That level of transparency really stuck with me. I'm truly grateful for this team and this office. If you're ever in a difficult situation with your pet, this is a place where you'll receive honest, compassionate care--not pressure to run unnecessary tests or take advantage of a vulnerable moment. Five stars, without hesitation.

I recently took my mini golden doodle, Toby, to Thrifty Grooming and I couldn't be happier with the results. He came out looking like a little teddy bear and the price was great. However, it was a bit challenging to get in touch with them over the phone. If you're looking to schedule an appointment, I highly recommend calling early to ensure you can get a spot on their busy schedule. Despite the difficulty in scheduling, the service provided by Thrifty Grooming was top-notch. The staff was friendly and clearly passionate about what they do. They handled Toby with care and made sure he was comfortable throughout the grooming process. I would highly recommend this groomer to anyone looking for a high-quality grooming experience for their furry friend. The owner was SUPER friendly and patient with my kitty! She was very considerate, trying her best to keep him calm in a room full of adorable barking puppies! I had to stay for a while, because petsmart sold us nail caps without glue! But while waiting for my Grandmother to bring back some nail glue to use, I had an opportunity to chat with the staff. They were all very friendly, and treated all of the animals with such love! The dogs being dropped off were actually excited to be there! I was also informed that my dog would need to remain in a cage indoors for two hours prior to grooming, which had not been explained beforehand. I then scheduled their mobile groomer for the next day, but no one showed up and there was no follow-up or communication. This experience was extremely unprofessional. I would NOT recommend this business.

I only use doggie day spa for all My doggies grooming needs, all 5 of them! Maria is always friendly and kind. I know my doggies are safe with her and her family while they are in her care. My newest addition was a shelter rescue. I let Maria know she may be a little scared, she assured me she would be extra gentle. Maria takes her time and always makes sure I'm happy with my puppers cuts. I book in advance she books up fast Highly recommend!!

BEWARE!!!…read more I'm writing this review to you today because I had a really surprising and frankly, pretty disappointing experience when I brought my schnauzer in for her recent grooming. I was really hoping for a specific type of service based on our chat beforehand, but what happened wasn't at all what I expected. When I booked the appointment, we talked quite a bit about getting her that classic, breed-standard schnauzer cut. That particular style is super important for her look, and I was assured that you guys were totally skilled in doing it. That's why I felt comfortable bringing her to you - I really trusted that his unique grooming needs would be met. So, imagine how shocked and upset I was when I picked her up and found shed been completely shaved! Her signature schnauzer coat, which defines her , was just gone. It was such an unexpected change and definitely not what we had agreed upon. When I asked about it, I was told it was because of "severe matting." And honestly, I have to strongly disagree with that my dog had some matting on her chest area and spout but nothing to that extreme of completely shaving her down . But more than anything, what really threw me off was the lack of communication. If there was genuinely a problem with matting that meant you couldn't do the schnauzer cut we discussed, I really, really wish I would have got the heads up about the complete shave down and given the option to take my dog elsewhere . A quick heads-up would have allowed us to talk through options, or I could have even come to pick her up. Making such a drastic, irreversible decision without my consent is a big oversight and a bit of a disregard for what I wanted for my pet. This whole situation is more than just a styling mistake; it feels like a real letdown in trust and communication. Seeing my dog like this is quite upsetting, especially after I went out of my way to choose a specialized service. In addition I was charged 80+ for the unauthorized shave down and according to the lady I was also charged for the muzzle they used on her !! Given this rather unsatisfactory experience, I'm sad to say I won't be able to bring my dog back to Nancy's for future grooming. And honestly, it makes it hard for me to recommend your salon to other pet owners looking for reliable service. Please see the photos 2nd photo is how they left my dog.

Terrible experience. Before I dropped my dog off, I explained that she doesn't like being groomed…read moreand that whoever groomed her before I adopted her may have given her a bad experience. They assured me they could work with her. After I dropped her off, they even called and asked for permission to put a muzzle on her so they could continue. I also offered to stay and help comfort my dog during the grooming, but they told me it wasn't necessary. About two hours later, I received a call to come pick her up. When I saw her, I was shocked. She looked terrible. They didn't even groom her face, and she had multiple cuts on her ears and face. To make matters worse, she was still wet when they handed her back to me. They told me my dog was aggressive, but at no point did anyone call to let me know they were unable to safely complete the grooming. Instead, they waited until I arrived and then tried to charge me extra because they said it took two people to work on her. I have a 1-year-old Maltipoo who is incredibly sweet and loving. I understand she gets anxious during grooming, which is exactly why I was upfront about her behavior from the beginning. I expected patience, communication, and professionalism--not for my dog to come home injured and with an incomplete groom. I will not be returning. Not only that, but the groomer who worked on my dog was extremely rude and unprofessional, and the owner of the shop allowed the disrespectful behavior. She repeatedly kept telling me my dog was "bad," constantly talked over me, and spoke to me in an aggressive tone when I was simply trying to explain that the additional charge should have been communicated beforehand. They had no problem calling me to ask permission to use a muzzle and informing me there would be an extra charge for that, so they should have shown the same courtesy when they decided to charge me more because two people had to work on my dog. Instead, they waited until I arrived to tell me, which was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. And then they had the nerve to try to charge me $125 for a groom that wasn't even completed. My dog's face wasn't done, she came back with cuts on her ears and face, and she was still wet when they handed her to me. Based on the way the groomer spoke to me--being rude, aggressive, and repeatedly calling my dog "bad"--I left with very little confidence that my dog was treated with the patience and care she deserved. My dog is a sweet, loving 1-year-old Maltipoo who gets anxious during grooming, and I was transparent about that from the very beginning. I expected compassion and professionalism, not poor communication, disrespect, and an incomplete groom. i wouldnt even give a star but i have to!
