ABUSE, HARASSMENT, and STALKING. This company, which I entrusted my personal contact info to, texted me at 2.22 am in the morning saying "Haha u still up?" as if they are a random Individual monitoring my activity or whereabouts. Not just unprofessional and boundary-crossing for a business to send clients a solicitation mass text at 2 in the morning - but even more extremely disturbing that they modeled the text to make it look like it was written by someone who knows me personally and is watching me to see that I'm awake. As a person, I don't appreciate having my sleep disturbed by a mass text from a company I trusted with my info; but as a woman, who like many women has in the past received stalking/threatening calls or texts from random internet creepers in the middle of the night, this is such a deep violation of safety, boundaries, and professional (or even personal) conduct. When I called the company, the representative, though acting polite at first, lied twice. First he said that the text was programmed to be sent at 1 PM in the afternoon and there was just a glitch in the system (so then why did the opening line say "Are u still up?"). When that lie didn't work, he changed his story to "it was meant to be sent at 10 pm" - but that's also a lie, because it's not strange for anyone to be up at 10 pm. In the end, after he wouldn't stop lying and changing his story, he hung up on me. Abusive handling of their own already deeply inappropriate behavior. I've recorded the call and will submit to the Better Business Bureau. No "wellness" company should be sending mass texts soliciting clients at 10 pm, let alone at 2 am, and no company or individual should EVER craft a message to look like it was written by a close friend who knows what youre up to in the middle of the night. Three Jewels perpetrated a creepy violation bordering on harassment/stalking. Until I can get this place investigated/prosecuted, my advise to others is this: STAY AWAY.

NYU Students lucked out with this cute cafe/ meditation center. They made me a mean iced tea and allowed to me to work in their quaint little cafe. Toward the back looked to be a studio where the yoga and meditation sessions are held. They also had other branded drinks for purchase. One of them was one of my faves - Kimino which is a Japanese brand where I usually purchase my canned yuzu sparkling drinks from. While I waited for my tea to steep I sipped on the Kimino drink and worked away. I would be interested in finding out more about the studio as well. Great small biz idea. Keep it up!

Food: 4/5 | Service: 5/5 | Experience: 4/5 This cute small cafe is where you can go to relax or get work done. There is wifi offered there but only 3 tables to sit at. Decor is very peaceful and not loud at all. I ordered the oat milk masala chai, which was good. I expected the flavor profile to be stronger, but it was good and had a bit of spice that hit the back of the throat (in a good way...). If you want to add sweetener, there is a bottle on the counter for it to be customized the way you want.

A nice quiet cafe to either wind down or get some work done. The drinks are fairly priced. The genmaicha was good, and they really took the time to make the drink. There's free wifi, a good amount of outlets, and the restroom is very clean. Some of the tables are a bit wobbly though. The cafe portion doesn't have a lot of seats, so you it might be hard to stay if they get busy. There's a yoga studio in the back, so the place is quiet and relaxing. The overall atmosphere is calming.

I loooooove this place!!!! Such a vibe. it's like entering a portal to true bliss, no exaggeration! The minute you enter the place it smells like a cafe in a temple on top of the Himalayan's (lol). Strawberry matcha and the tahini chocolate chip cookies (that are vegan might I add) are my go to snack. Their yoga classes are designed for mixed experienced practitioners. Meditation classes are guided by the theme that you gravitate to at the moment in the day. The staff are always friendly and make you feel you can stay as long as you like and that you are genuinely welcomed. I recommend you go in if you're looking for a little bit of chill and forget you're in the ultra active environment of NYC.

As someone that has been coming into Three Jewels for the last two years, I can wholeheartedly say that you will not find a cafe more special than this place. The coffee, matcha, and snacks are all fantastic and the people are always some of the sweetest and friendliest you've ever met! The people behind the bar strive to make you feel welcome and will gladly converse with you about anything if that's what you're feeling! If you don't feel chatty, there's plenty of space to just sit, take in the space, and listen to the music.

The Three Jewels Cafe features a healthy, calm and culturally curated menu with interesting drinks and merchandise to browse. A lovely quiet space for coworking, meditating, and practicing yoga.

The energy here is like a warm hug. The people who were working were so sweet. I was immediately greeted when I walked in. Did not feel rushed whatsoever. Tea was prepared thoughtfully. A great selection too, as a non-coffee drinker I appreciate this. Such a beautiful little space. I only had tea at the cafe, I have not experienced their yoga classes or meditations. After my experience, I will definitely be going back to try them out though!

Such a good space! I originally thought it was a coffee shop, but they specialize in teas. I ordered an iced chai latte, and the shop owner/barista (?) warned me it wasn't naturally sweet so I add to add sugar. I actually really liked it. The chai flavor was very apparent, and it wasn't too heavy or too light. I do like my drinks slightly sweet, so I opted for some honey. The interior of the cafe is so beautiful. There is a lot of natural lighting, light wood, and plants. It's a good space to do work.

During our whirlwind of a weekend visiting NYC, my husband and I woke up on a Saturday morning and…read moredecided we could both use a little bit of yoga to start our day... We searched Yelp for a nearby studio with a class that was appealing and we found that this new Midtown East CPY studio had a Core Power Yoga 2 class that morning... we weren't sure we'd make it, and we walked in just a few minutes before the class started, but the ladies at the front desk worked with us to get us registered and into the class and we were so appreciative. Kelsea W was our teacher and she was fabulous... she had some unique sequences that allowed my mind to focus on the present moment and just move / enjoy the class. Needless to say, it was exactly what I needed! The studio itself is spacious, offers lockers, bathrooms, water refills, a bit of a retail store, mats, towels, and more... So yes, CPY is a chain, but it's consistent and if you find the right teacher / class, you'll get just what you need in that moment. Thanks again, Kelsea!

We've had the chance to take classes both in the mornings and evenings, and have likely practiced with most of their instructors at least once. The class schedule is great, and with our membership, booking spots for the high-demand classes isn't a hassle. We've had no trouble getting off the waitlist for early morning sessions either. All of the instructors have been friendly and excellent to work with, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Even when classes are full, the space doesn't feel too cramped, which makes for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We highly recommend this location!

They weren't upfront about my package details at all--I signed up for what I thought was a one-month commitment, only to find out they locked me into two months and then charged me a random fee just to cancel. On top of that, when I literally spilled my water on the floor and asked for a towel to clean it up, they told me they would have to charge me for it. It is incredibly petty and transactional. To top it off, when I brought up a concern, the owner/manager sent a highly defensive email. Take your money to a studio that actually values its members.

In addition, they also have hot Pilates. That kicks your butt, but it feels amazing afterwards. Staff is great, they are very welcoming and supportive of everyone's journey in there well-being. The owner remembers everyone's names and has a very positive energy. The only downside is that they sell water bottles instead of offering a water cooler for water. Granted that New York tap water is very drinkable, I didn't really like that they offered water for sale, especially since it was in 16 oz plastic bottles. However, they sold coconut water which a lot of people purchased.
