The estimate was fair, but then I saw the work they were doing. They were cutting off the trees and weeds to the ground, leaving the roots in the soil. The contract said "remove trees and weeds". When I complained, he told me to poison it with RoundUp even though he claimed to be a "holistic" landscaper, and doesn't use RoundUp himself! I even offered him my tree puller, but he dismissed me and said, "This is the way we do it." My husband told me I shouldn't have paid them, but I was having a panic attack. It was about $3,000. I was going to take him to conciliation court, but I didn't want to relive the nightmare.

Finally saw him today and all he had was excuses and he had to point out that he wasn't charging us but what he forgets is that he is fixing his poor work. He is very unorganized and a poor communicator. Has been fired or had multiple complaints in our neighborhood.
