No stars. We've been customers for a long time with 2 small dogs. Today I dropped them off and…read morewas informed our usual groomer was gone and we had a new person, but there were no notes for either dog. Needless to say, not off to a great start. I explained what I wanted for each dog and she seemed to understand. We got the call that the dogs were done, much sooner than anticipated. When I arrived I was told she couldn't "finish" one of them because she was nipping at the clippers. I get it, it happens. I pay for both dogs and was given a 20% discount for the dog not "finished'. Of course they expect payment and tip before you even see the dogs, shame on me for not insisting on seeing them first. Turns out not finished meant they only shampooed the dog and nothing else, $65. Keep in mind this is a 6 pound dog. We called to speak to someone about this, but no surprise we have gotten no return call. The groomer who took care of the dogs left in a hurry, perhaps she couldn't finish our dog because she had somewhere to go. Clearly I've been had, even tipped the groomer for doing almost nothing. And paid these people $65 for a shampoo. Do not make the same mistake I've made, find another place to have your dog groomed. (Also, I'd appreciate a referral)

I was scheduled for 9am but I thought it was a general…read moredrop off time because I could see dogs lined up for grooming: I was also called the last two times at 3pm when I dropped them off in the morning. So my guess is that they leave the dogs for a couples hours and take them when they are ready. It took me two months to get the appointment. It was my third appointment. I tip well it. Costs me close to 200 with both dogs including tip . Not to mention they don't like being Dropped off there. Jill the manager kicked me and my dogs out because we were late. When I complained Jill offered to call every dog groomer in town to complain about me so I would not be able to get into another dog groomer. What? I admit I was extremely upset because my dogs look terrible and need grooming at least every two months. It was very upsetting to me that I might have to wait another month for a dog groomer they cannot go without grooming. I showed late due to a misunderstanding. I live half the time in Chicago and I can say I have never been treated in this way. Typically 9 am would be a general drop off and they line up the dogs for the groomers. Which I understand. Jill did not even offer me another day . Snd said it's like a vet office you must show up on time. Yes agree with being on time for a vet because they don't line them up to be washed. I called the establishment back and asked to talk with the owner. Jill answered and said she was the owner. I cannot believe that she is the owner. She doubled down on her rudeness. She called insulting names. I cannot believe an owner of an establishment would act the way she did. Took the day off from work and got my dogs into Pawsatively. What a great group! My dogs look perfect that's to Pawatively at 1550'N Wells. If groomers aren't nice to the owners I can't what goes on with innocent dogs when the owners aren't around. They are very professional and pay attention to my dogs needs. They take you on time when your appointment is scheduled and are prompt In calling you as soon as they are done . With my 3 dogs and a standing 8 am appointment every 5 weeks they are usually done by 1030-11. I recommend booking in advance as they book quickly because their service is the best! Most importantly my dogs (and myself) are always happy to see Jill, Courtney and Noelle and vice versa. I know they are always in good hands and come out looking amazing and smell great.

I took my recently rescued golden retriever to Dawn last night and Dawn was fabulous with her…read more Miss Mango was very nervous and scared so I stayed the entire time and between me and Dawn we got her through it and she was more relaxed by the end. My pretty girl is so soft, smells so good and looks so much better. Dawn recommended a couple products for me to use at home for my regular brushing of her in between grooms. I highly recommend Dawn however it can be at least six weeks to be able to get in with her. She's well worth the wait.

Sent me a text that night, checking up on him and said that she doesn't like when"hurt" on her watch like someone else was doing it and she was supervising. No, she did it. And yes, she did quote the word hurt. I asked for a refund and she just sent me what she gets paid out for every groom. I'm pretty certain she didn't talk to the owner of fancy face, Amber.

First time there, and several things happened which will not take me back…read more First, I was quoted over the phone $90 dollars for my mini golden doodle - Ended up being $115, although there was not one knot on him. Second, my bernedoodle had knots on his legs. I got as many as I could out at home but his legs retained some. They would not work with me on this. I Gave me 2 options; Shave to the skin all over; or face and fanny only. They would not shave down the legs and groom the rest of the body, even thought I requested that. I though I was paying for what WE wanted? Obviously we took the face and fanny. $85!!!!!!!!!!!! and no groom - I nearly keeled over. I was hoping this would be our new loving place. I hope you have better luck. WE will not try again.
